Did you know that Mohammad Ali Mazarei has been in court a lot? Case # RIC1713126 from 2017 is where Mohammad sued RIC1713126 Case Report – Riverside Civil & Small Claims someone (and went Pro-Per as he appears to be too cheap or broke to get an attorney) for Unlawful Detainer.

You can see several references to “Failure to Comply” and ultimately in less than 3 months Mohammad’s lawsuit was dismissed. (as in tossed out)

Whoops. Mohammad has a Tax Lien. A Smog Check Fraud Issue. Got sued by a bank for breech of contract. But he has had time to give the Sheriff, Stan Sniff $52,000+ over the years.

(BTW – is it Mohammad or is it Mohammd???)

For good measure Mohammad took a break from obsessing over your intrepid blogger and Sheriff Candidate Chad Bianco to sue the Perris Chamber of Commerce.

#EPICFAIL.

Mohammad failed so badly in his lawsuit that the Judge threw it out WITH PREJUDICE.

With Prejudice means that the lawsuit was deemed frivolous and Mohammad is now on the hook for court costs and the legal fees of the Perris Chamber of Commerce who he sued.

You see – Mohammad Ali Mazarei sued the Perris Chamber of Commerce to get all of his donations to them from over the years back because of some sort of argument he had with them. The American legal system is (allegedly) designed to safeguard against lawsuits used as a vehicle to intimidate people. In this case, Mohammad paid the ultimate Civil Lawsuit price – stuck with a dismissal with prejudice.

Since Mohammad is concerned about my characterization of scary pictures of him, let me offer some unsolicited advice. (I’m known to do that from time to time, because I care…)

This picture of Mohammad is horrible, his house is a mess and he is missing the beanie and the plunger. That picture of the beanie and the plunger was a much better photo. I guess both Stanley and Mohammad are not looking so hot these days.

Allow me to suggest to Mohammad that he wear brighter colors as black does not go with his skin tone well. I think a Red Shirt or a Bright Blue Shirt (similar to Am/Pm colors) would work great for his next selfie.

Now have a look at my selfie. You can see that as I am white as a ghost and a lifelong #RAIDERZ4LIFE fan, that Black does indeed work well on your intrepid blogger.

Mohammad – you will notice that my house is clean and organized in the background. There even is a wreath in the background with some bright colors in it (similar to those I am suggesting you add to your wardrobe). Also notice that I am looking straight in to the camera. This relays the message that “I’m Coming for you”. You might even try a hat instead of the beanie, you might look good in an AM/PM hat or the hat of the sorry football team in San Diego.

Since I am in a giving mood to Mr. Mazarei, my buddy Moe, I’d like to suggest that Moe comment on this blog if he does not like what people are writing. Leave a valid email address and say “Hi everyone this is Moe from Perris here and you suck” or something like that. You see Moe, Chad Bianco, Dave Brown and Miguelito have never commented on this blog. The people leaving comments are Stan Sniff’s employees mostly. A couple of them are people interested in the Sheriff that are average citizens, join in the discussion.

The employees leaving comments have to do so under assumed names because the Sniffmeister likes to destroy the career of people that disagree with him. You know a few things about threatening people you don’t like, so you could imagine that most people would avoid it if they could. But despite our history, I am offering you, Moe a chance to let these guys have it. Come get some.

It may be therapeutic for you my friend, Moe, to come duke it out with some of the people commenting on this blog.

I’m here to help.

To those of you reading the RightonDaily Blog regularly, you’ve become accustomed to our hard-hitting unchained style of laying facts out on the political battlefield.

This analysis is as straightforward as I can make it. Dave Brown is officially a never-was candidate. Dave Brown raised $57K from 1/1/2018 – 4/21/2018 and his consultants have pocketed $32,000 of it. Say good night Brown.

Miguelito – Stan Sniff’s vote sponge has not even qualified his committee to have to file electronically. Surprise.

Sniff? Raised $96K.

For comparison – Mike Hestrin raised $135K despite having no credible opposition.

Jan Harnik, the extremely flawed former democrat donor turned Republican raised $136k in a district that is 1/5 of the county. The incumbent democrat, Manny Perez raised $266k, again in 1/5 of the County.

Chad Bianco? $357K. This is why Sniff and crew are whining about Chad Bianco’s money.

It is clear that Sniff knows he is in trouble and has known it for a while. These numbers bear it out. Usually in local non-partisan races the incumbents have a severe advantage. It is my opinion that Stan Sniff has lost his advantage.

This also explains why he promoted Misha Graves and then used her as a campaign ad. It explains recruiting Miguelito and then leaving him without any money to even mount an appearance of a campaign. It explains needing chaperones and goons to go to Chad Bianco events. It explains why the second floor does not care about Dave Brown. It explains the last-minute panicked CCW decision. It explains the promotion decisions as a whole and the sudden interest in replacing broken equipment. The reactionary nature of decisions is an indicator of worry and loss of control.

The State of Sniff’s empire also explains Undertaker Diyoyo retiring in the middle of an election year. Diyoyo could not even write the checks to Sniff himself for this reporting period, he had his wife write them.

This race is far from over and Sniff is an entrenched incumbent who is clearly abusing his office in order to try and gain political advantage over his opponents – but appears that despite the proven allegations of widespread campaigning by sheriff department staff on taxpayer time Sniff is losing ground.

It is easy to draw the conclusion that the odds indicate that it will be a Chad Bianco vs Stan Sniff runoff.

P.S. Did I mention that the Sheriff’s Association has $1.5 Million in the bank? What do you want to bet most of that lands in Stan Sniff’s living room?

P.P.S. I’d lay odds Sniff would get a similar result to the cucked Gun-Grabbing Sheriff of Broward County were a similar vote to occur.

Stan Sniff himself in 2009 said the following:

“This is one of the few professions in which tenured employees can destroy their careers with but a single misstep in ethics and integrity. … Hear me clearly at the start of your careers. Violations of integrity and ethical standards are literally `death sentences’ to law enforcement careers.”

My how times have changed with Stan Sniff, look at 2018 now. Crooked donors, crooked employees, corruption…

Mohammad Ali Mazarei has the honor of being the feature of post #150 related to Stan Sniff.

Mohammad Ali Mazarei has become one of our favorites here at right on daily and you will soon learn why:

Ali Mazaeri and his business are named in the document and his business is accused in this complaint filed by The California Bureau of Automotive Repair (featuring Attorney General Xavier Becerra’s letterhead) of Dishonesty, Fraud and Deceit. If you read the complaint, you will see that Mr. Mazarei’s business got stung for making bogus smog checks. (They reference 15(!) instances) We were sent photos of his shop recently that indicate that the auto repair garage parts are shut down.

If you take the time to read the complaint, he (Mazarei) got caught lying multiple times over the course of several days – again 15 references to rigged smog checks in the complaint. (Update – Mazarei is named several times throughout the complaint as an individual although he and his attorney are claiming the complaint is against his business, not him and is related to the conduct of an employee or multiple employees.)

When one is running for a top law enforcement position, fraud complaints / prosecutions against top donors (or their businesses) become an issue in your campaign.

One of the key items in the attempt to bully me by Mohammad Ali Mazarei was the assertion that Ali Mazarei got preferential treatment for a CCW Permit. It has been long known amongst the rank and file. Since I had no super-concrete proof I had to back off of the claim somewhat while being of the opinion that Ali Mazarei was lying to cover himself.

Since then, Mazarei has been publicly threatening candidates for office, making self-promoting posts on social media, acting like he runs the Riverside County Lincoln Club and the like. Mazarei is a recent addition to the political landscape even though his donor relationship with Stan Sniff started in 2011. When he posted the legal demand letter on facebook, complete with publishing my home address, (getting others to share it in an attempt to intimidate me and gain political advantage), he claimed that in 2009 when he got his CCW he did not know the sheriff. Several sources inside the department dispute those claims.

Pictured, Sheriff Stan Sniff looking all tough and stuff with a silenced automatic weapon. Mohammad Ali Mazarei, circled and looking all tough and stuff with body armor on. Then, three unnamed deputies that are obviously on the Good Boy’s list are also pictured. The location is a range that most of the rank and file are not allowed to go to – even though our tax dollars pay for its’ operation, maintenance and upkeep. Yet, we are supposed to believe that Ali Mazarei is NOT getting special treatment from the sheriff?

Mohammad Ali Mazarei bragged in his legal demand letter that he sells stuff to a lot of people inside the Riverside Sheriff’s Office. I wonder how long Mr. Mazarei would be able to keep his Federal Firearms License if the ATF was given a nice fat file complete with information on Mr. Mazarei’s personal conduct? I wonder if the sales of stuff to the folks he brags about selling stuff to have any other consideration involved in them?

Remember – Mazarei has donated $50K+ to the Sheriff (that we know of as the last $9300 check was reported 3 months late, so there could be others not reported yet).

Yet, we are supposed to believe that the now 2nd largest donor to the Sheriff who lists several of the Sheriff’s subordinates as customers is NOT receiving any sort of special treatment?

Enter two sources who have asked for anonymity:

I recently received a fund raiser flyer to Stan Sniff’s Southwest Riverside County Campaign Kick-off. On one page of this flyer there was a description off Sheriff Stan Sniff. I have attached a picture of that description and I hope you can read it. Upon reading this description I immediately recognized that these bullet point descriptions were missing two key words. Words that should be used to describe a person who holds the rank of Sheriff. Can you guess the missing two words? Those two words are  “Leader” and “Ethics” or any of their derivatives (leadership, ethical etc.)…this is sad, very very sad.

The department is in complete turmoil because we have not had strong leadership from Sniff nor Diyorio. When the leaders don’t lead, all the rest of the nonsense that you have been writing about begins to happen (thermal station scandal, cheating scandal on the detective tests in 2015, then cheating on the Lt and Caps test in 2016, sergeants and lieutenants in admin positions not working full days…which has become part of the culture at those ranks etc etc). This agency has been a ship adrift for years now and it is sad.

Second word, ethics. It is true (and I have witnessed it first hand) that if you are a FOS (friend of the sheriff) you will go to the front of the line to get a ccw. If you are john q citizen, it’s a 18 month to two year wait. All department members know about this, from the office staff, to the deputies and above. We see the Sheriff campaigning on duty or having his people do it for him (Purvis on the dept owned gator with a Sniff campaign sign etc. etc) and know full well that if we were caught doing something like that for Bianco we’d be gone.

This lack of leadership and the hypocritical ethical environment that sniff has created has left this department in shambles. We no longer encourage our friends or family to apply here. We tell them about Corona PD, or Riverside PD, or Ontario PD, but not RSO. Why? Because the pride is gone. The morale is terrible, and this place has become so divided that it is now toxic. There is a gulf between the true workers and the admin, the haves and the have-nots. Over the years, the only deputies that Sniff has spoken to are ones being promoted or ones at dui checkpoints on Friday nights. Ones that will never ever confront him, and rightly so because their whole career is ahead of them.

Two words left out of sheriff Stan Sniff’s description of himself in his fund raiser flyer, Leader, and Ethics. And that is exactly why our RSO is such a mess. I hate to keep using this word over and over, but I must use it one more time…..sad!

That is pretty definitive, isn’t it? Since Mohammad Ali Mazarei is an elected member of the Riverside County Republican Central Committee, and thusly is an elected official he has to prove I had reckless disregard for the truth when I suggest that he is one of those that received special treatment for a CCW Permit from the Sheriff. Good Luck Ali.

I know of one elected officeholder who is retired military that waited 2 years for his interview and was turned down for a CCW Permit. The man had not donated a dime to Sniff before or since.

It is also well-known in the department that the case related to the corrupt operation of Mazarei’s smog check business was re-opened right around the same time as Mazarei’s last donation of $9300 to the Sheriff on 10/5/2017. (one account says the case was re-opened 10/11 another says two weeks later) Also, it is well-known that Ali Mazarei believes that the employee being prosecuted will allow him to sue everyone he is mad at for blasting him publicly. It sure looks like Mazarei himself thinks he’s getting special treatment from the Sheriff, let alone what I think?

Well guess what? Another one of my anonymous sources sent me a choice facebook message pictured here.

Well isn’t that special? I now have plenty of basis to level the charge that Mohammad Ali Mazarei did indeed appear to be buying influence via his financial largess to the Sheriff. (look at the photo, look at the written comments about ccw’s) All Mohammad Ali Mazarei has accomplished with his attempted bullying of this blog with the typo-laden ESL failure of a legal demand letter was a guaranteed ass-whupping on the Right on Daily Blog, because this is how we deal with bullies.

As a side note, I was told Paul Aguirre was recently hired onto a part-time consulting gig. Given the pattern of behavior I’ve seen from the Sheriff, it would not surprise me if this was done to pin Aguirre down from talking about the abuse of the CCW process under Stan Sniff. It’s ok though, I can pick from dozens of witnesses to write declarations or to come testify in Auburn if needed.

Coming soon – even more smoking guns related to the conduct under Sheriff Stan Sniff and undertaker Diyoyo.

P.S. The “Pro Gun” Sheriff has disarmed the Jail staff too, something the local papers seem to fail to mention when they call him “Pro Gun”.

P.P.S A recent comment by a Daniel Shays sheds ever further light:

let’s talk about what 40-50k buys for Mohamed. He has free access to the range when employees can not even take their spouse. We know know he doesn’t call 911 like a normal person he calls his friend Stanley. He gets special CCW treatment for himself and his friends, who unlawfully use his business as their “good cause” even though they don’t work there. And he gets his very own tax payer funded private security. That’s right, the residents in Woodcrest get to sit without law enforcement services for an entire afternoon while both deputies sit watch Mohamed load up all his guns and move them to another residence in the city of riverside. Both of them should be charged with embezzlement and misuse of government funds. Unethical and illegal. Great job Sheriff!!!

A couple months ago, we highlighted the Smog Check Fraud complaint that beset Mohammad Ali Mazarei via one of his businesses. The machinations surrounding that case have been the stuff of legend. The most important part (at least to me) was that Mohammad wrote up a legal demand letter (full of typos, prose clearly in his voice) signed by a very young attorney friend, then it was distributed by several local Republican leaders and electeds in an attempt to intimidate your intrepid blogger.

Since then, I have been doing research on Mohammad Ali Mazarei. Thanks to a confidential informant, I have gotten context for several items I found.

Why does Mohammad Ali Mazarei Matter? He has donated over $52,000 to Stan Sniff over the years and recently held a fundraiser for the Sheriff at his lavish residence. Stan Sniff would do well to disassociate himself, but was recently at a friends of the NRA (but not CCW applicants) dinner with Mazarei.

Embedded is a link to a group that Mohammad Ali Mazarei is a part of, Mohammad Ali is Persian. Mohammad claims to be patriotic to America yet here he is in this group. There are others that he is a part of as well.

Embedded as well is a $726 Tax Lien by the County of Riverside against Mr. Mazarei (Arco Travelzone). You’d think a guy that can give Sheriff Stan Sniff $52K+ could pay his bills?

There was a second lien, but that one had been paid at some point.

In addition, we found a lawsuit filed against Mohammad Ali Mazarei by a bank. The lawsuit was in the amount of $15,051.01

It appears from reading the text of the lawsuit that Mr. Mazarei (ahem via business entities) was looking at starting up a Baja Fresh Mex Franchise. He was well in to the process and decided to withdraw. It looks like he paid only $2K of the $17K related to startup costs and the bank he left holding the bag sued him via several business entities for breach of contract.

You can read the entire lawsuit document here.

You will note that the AM/PM Travelzone that is also the subject of the current Smog Check Fraud investigation is central in this lawsuit.

Now we have a pattern, a rich dude not paying his bills. By virtue of the pattern we are learning about, either he is not rich or he has ethical issues. What is Mazarei getting by donating all that money to Stan Sniff?

This brings us to another gem. Mohammad Ali Mazarei is suing the Perris Chamber of CommerceApparently the hearing for the small claims court lawsuit was on 4/2/2018.

Mohammad Ali is suing them Pro-Per, meaning he is either too cheap to pay for an attorney or he can not afford an attorney. I’ve known about this lawsuit for some time, but had to wait until recently for the story behind it.

The jist of the story is Mohammad Ali Mazarei via his business entities has donated some combined $9600 to the Perris Chamber of Commerce. There was some sort of argument / disagreement that resulted on Ali Mazarei no longer being on their board of directors / committees / etc. Apparently, the situation got so bad that Mazarei is persona non grata in significant parts of that area’s business community. Once Mazarei lost the votes / arguments, he then started demanding all the money he had donated to the chamber of commerce back (regardless of how long ago it was).

Similar to his misguided belief that stringing up his former employee Walter Cole would somehow absolve him and his business of culpability in the Smog Check Caper, he believes that he can sue the Perris Chamber of Commerce and demand all the donations back because he is no longer at the cool kids table.

This should tell the Riverside County Republican Party, the Riverside County Lincoln Club and Stan Sniff what they are in for if they dare disagree with Mazarei. Having been threatened by this guy myself, it is clear that Mazarei is a bully, has a limited grasp on the American legal system at best and is not a healthy addition to any team. If I was part of any Republican organization that Mazarei was a part of, I’d separate myself as soon as possible.

Unfortunately for Stan Sniff – Mohammad Ali Mazarei and he are fully invested in each other and Mohammad Ali is the gift that keeps on giving to Stan Sniff… (Pictured 3/18/2018 at an event)

To be continued.

Why did this never appear in the Press Enterprise?

John Bender, Editor for the Press Enterprise of Riverside was in charge of making sure the Chad Bianco retaliation story came out.  After it came out (01-04-18) sometime in late Jan 2018, he was transferred to the PE Rancho Cucamonga Office (located in San Bernardino County). He was with the PE of Riverside for 15 years.

When I spoke to him….  I asked him:  Did they transfer you because of the Chad Bianco story.? His response: “Appears to be.”

The Friday, before Christmas 2017, Jurupa Valley Station Administration allowed office staff to leave a couple of hours early as a gift. The staff at Jurupa valley welcomed the idea as a gesture of appreciation and considered it a Christmas gift. When it was time to fill out the time cards, none of the staff marked the early exit as vacation time off.

After the fact Sergeant Dekker, accused the staff of trying to rob the county. Dekker is the large man in blue in this photo of him in one of his many appearances at a Stan Sniff fundraiser. It should also be noted that Dekker is in line for a promotion to Lt. (is it a friend-of-Stan-promotion as he is a two-time campaign donor?)

According to the staff in Jurupa Valley, they know who is robbing the county… Sgt. Dekker. Dekker is alleged to come in late and leave early. He is also known to manipulate his schedule to work 10, 12, 13, or 15-hour shifts to get more time off. The staff there say they have never seen an admin sgt getting so much time off, being allowed to come in late and not put in for vacation. They resent it. (It is also clear Dekker is not using the time off to work out)

We’ve been told that staff complaining to Captain Hedge is useless because he doesn’t do anything about it.  The staff there are pretty much convinced Captain Hedge nor the Sheriff care about the office staff in Jurupa Valley.

How can the staff be accused of robbing the county when told to leave a few hours early one day and Sgt. Dekker does what ever he wants and gets paid for all the times he left early? Worse than Dekker being in line for a promotion is that he is many years ago he filed a lawsuit against the Sheriff’s department for a “Hostile Work Environment” years ago when he was a detective.

There are a lot of staff looking for to Dekker for help on station problems. They referenced needing simple stuff like new keys, getting things fixed and Dekker is no where to be found. Dekker is such a cancer that all the Sergeants in Jurupa Valley are complaining in the office area how Dekker does what he wants and makes his own schedule. They talk about what his time card looks like and what a lie it is. Given what we’ve learned about the culture of the department under Stan Sniff, the dissention in the ranks over Dekker’s apparently falsifying his time cards and getting away with it is a major issue to everyone there (except for the useless captain).

Other than Sgt. Dekker, it is alleged that Lt Rose is the same way, as no one knows his schedule and Rose is at the station sporadically. Word is that he spends more time teaching at a couple of colleges and when Rose is actually at work he is grading papers in the office.

The Morale there has gotten so bad that there is a pending vote of no-confidence against Captain Hedge. Hedge is trying to shore up his support and it appears to be failing.

This is the latest in a string of stories popping up all over the county about the epic failure of Stan Sniff’s leadership. Sniff is reputed to be a micro-manager and a control freak, yet this sort of corruption is rampant in the department. It is the opinion of this blogger that Hedge, Rose and Dekker need to be fired and if Rose and Dekker are indeed guilty of what the others in the Jurupa Station are alleging, then they need to be prosecuted. The cover-ups need to stop.

It appears that Dekker has been a cancer within the Riverside Sheriff’s Office (RSO) for years.

Recently we were told that Dekker did his usual, magically showing up for work on President’s Day in order to get overtime pay for working on a County Holiday. The scrutiny of Dekker’s behavior is actually causing him to physically be in the office as of late, but we are sure if Stan Sniff gets re-elected that the PSB department will quietly cover this back up again?

Why do I make such a charge? Several deputies/employees of RSO have made it clear that Stan Sniff likes organizational cancers like Christian Dekker because they are “Whistle-Blowers”. Dekker is not a whistle blower about sexual harassment as women that speak out are transferred, separated from their spouses, deliberately scheduled to screw up their home life, pulled off of special team and relegated to the jail or ordinary patrol, or are documented so that losers like Mark “Investigate to Terminate” Bostrom can fire them. Nope, Sgt. Dekker according to accounts is a Whistle Blower for personal profit.

Nope, Sgt. Dekker has been tolerated, if not encouraged for years by the Sheriff.

I was told that Dekker used to solicit stories from inmates in order to get dirt on his co-workers when he “worked” in the jail. I was told another story that when a fellow investigator went to the bathroom and came back, there was Dekker searching his computer to try and get dirt on him. The investigators told their superiors and both were transferred, rather than Dekker being fired.

Why else would Dekker carry around recording devices with him and leave them in the work-spaces of colleagues? I am told that to this day, Dekker still carries recording devices with him and may well have a recording device on him as he is reading this blog post about him. This is why he is universally hated in the department and in my opinion why it suits Stan “retaliate against everyone” Sniff to keep him around. Dekker’s very existence on the county payroll is a gigantic middle finger to the honest rank and file that resent Sniff.

Any other Sheriff would have had Christian Dekker prosecuted for his behavior.

Dekker was on the Homicide unit for 7 months. According to accounts, during the 7 months, you guessed it, Dekker was not at work. He was most likely at home. When Dekker was actually working he was up to his usual tricks sewing dissension and nearly shattered the homicide team before being moved out of it.

Dekker has apparently filed several “Hostile Work Environment” Lawsuits. He has gotten settlements off of some of them. Why? “Whistle-blower”. This is reputed to be the reason why he has defined his career by snooping on fellow employees, while the PSB department (hand-picked by Stan Sniff) could not be bothered to cut this cancer out of the department.

IF you’ve read this blog for any length of time, you have been presented with a staggering array of stories about the rampant corruption in the Riverside Sheriff’s Department and a Sheriff whose policy is to cover everything up and not deal with the problems.

Sgt. Dekker has a backyard that was reputed to have cost some $50,000+ to install. I paid for that with my tax dollars while this man was ripping off the taxpayers of Riverside County falsifying his time cards and snooping for dirt to file his next lawsuit. (with the disclaimer that I am assuming everything I have been told about him is indeed true)

Apparently, Dekker is not aware that secretly recording people is a crime without a court order to do so. Apparently, Dekker is not aware that falsifying time cards is also a crime if indeed he is not at work when he says he is. What we do know about Dekker is that he is unethical by virtue of the accounts of his behavior. (which I believe to be true)

This gets me to 2009. Dekker was an investigator at the Southwest Jail. An Inmate was on the release list that was not supposed to be on the release list. Another officer of the jail told Dekker about the problem. Rather than fix the list, Dekker decided that they were going to release the inmate and then arrest him for escpaing the moment he was outside the walls of the Jail. Dekker believed he could play “Hero” similar to all of his frivolous “Whistle-Blower” Lawsuits he files to shake down the County of Riverside.

It is apparent that another ethical jail employee told the inmate not to leave the jail because of what Dekker had planned for him. The Inmate refused to leave his cell.

If true – Dekker is indeed guilty of a felony, “Entrapment”. It is likely that the statute of limitations has expired and that the situation would be Sgt. Dekker’s word against the others that were a party to the situation. I’d take Ali Mazarei’s word over Christian Dekkers given what I’ve learned about him.

I think the point of all this is, honest deputies have put up with people like Undertaker Diyoyo, Kevin Vest, Ray Wood, Jason Horton, Leonard Purvis, Captain Tripod, Lt Bostrom, Lt. Rose, Sgt Dekker and the list goes on for years under the tyranny of Stan Sniff. The department is overrun with corruption. As a sad footnote, since I’ve been tearing the cover off of the corruption of the Riverside Sheriff’s Office, a retired Lt. Committed suicide – a sad reminder of the decimated morale of the department.

If I did not have a strong respect for the badge, I’d look at people like those I’ve been writing about and completely lose faith in law enforcement. It also eviscerates any argument that Stan Sniff could even make about his budget. This kind of fraud and abuse is an outrage.

Another well-known cheating scandal within the department is the Lt’s exam. Apparently, sharing test questions is commonplace. Chief Jason “Deuce” Horton managed to finish in first place most of the times he went for promotion. It is no coincidence that Chief Deuce’s Dad, John Horton was the original pre-Leonard Purvis architect of the decimation of the Banning PD and is you guessed it long time buddies with Sheriff Stan Sniff. As you recall, the rightondaily blog broke the investigator cheating scandal 3 weeks before the local media.

Pictured is Aaron Kent. Another donor to Sheriff Sniff. Kent has issues. First of all, his first name is the same as mine and that is more than irritating, but I digress.

When Aaron Kent was a Sgt. on the Moreno Valley SET Team (special investigation team) he is reputed to have ordered subordinates in to the office to milk overtime so he could get overtime.

He is also alleged to have done the exact same thing Lt. Rose is alleged to have done, study for a Master’s Degree (Rose a PHD, too) on the clock.

Another particularly frustrating incident is when he sent deputies to his house to wait for a shipment of Bose Speakers and then had a deputy install the surround sound system in to his house, while on the clock.

Lt. Eric Hernandez (a friend of Kent) miraculously was in charge of the resulting investigation after the deputies complained. Eric Hernandez sent the file to PSB in an attempt to choke off the investigation only to have PSB return the file with more questions. (rare indeed) Eric Hernandez sent the file to then Chief Deputy Kennedy-Smith who did the ritual team Sniff thing. Aaron Kent received nothing more than a written reprimand for ripping off the taxpayers. In 2013, Kent was paid $113K in regular time and an astounding $91K in overtime pay. This is unheard of and shows that Kent’s actions were deliberate. Also note that this rate is over double what Christian Dekker pulled off. Meantime, Sheriff Sniff is complaining about his budget all the time.

Now, let’s fast forward to 2016-2017. Kent finds himself being investigated once again as a result of his good buddy Lt. Eric Hernandez being investigated. The investigator pulled both Hernandez and Kent’s emails.

(in 2014, Aaron kent earned $121K in regular pay and an astounding $96K in overtime)

In the treasure trove, the investigator found an email from now Assistant Sheriff Kevin Vest who sent then Sgt. Aaron Kent the Lt’s exam (Oral exam) test questions. (Sound familiar?) You will see Vest on Stan Sniff’s donor list and you also saw a photo of Vest who drove across town with Ray Wood to spy on a Chad Bianco event. This is the latest evidence of Vest’s role in the corruption of the Sheriff’s Department.

Aaron Kent? Yup, he scored 29 out of 30 on his advancement exam. While I have no evidence to prove that Jason Horton Cheated in a similar manner (on the Sgt’s exam), it is widely known that Horton’s career has been aided mightily by his Father’s relationship with Sniff.  It is also widely known that Kevin Vest and Aaron Kent are academy buddies and this could be a nexus. (according to my sources)

Aaron Kent was investigated for cheating. Apparently that investigation is still open.

Now, let’s tie in Stan Sniff’s endorsement list. Then Corona Mayor Dick Haley is on Stan Sniff’s endorsement list. He just so happens to be Aaron Kent’s Father in law! Ruh-Roh. Mr. Kent himself bragged to people that Mayor Haley traded an endorsement of Sniff in exchange for Aaron Kent making Lt. If true, this may be a felony called influence peddling. Similar to most of my information, the source is anonymous because of fear of retaliation. Given what I have learned about the operations of the Riverside Sheriff’s Department, I believe this to be true as it is consistent with so many other verified facts learned.

The significance of the deal becomes clear when you remember that Aaron Kent’s cheating investigation is still open. He could not make rank until the investigation was cleared, yet he did anyway.

Take a look at the screenshots of Transparent California to see how much overtime Aaron Kent has been ripping us off for. Sniff could hire another deputy easily with that money.

(2015 – 128K in regular pay and $70K in overtime pay)

(2016 – 134K in regular pay and $64K in overtime pay)

If I did not have a strong respect for the badge, I’d look at people like those I’ve been writing about and completely lose faith in law enforcement. It also eviscerates any argument that Stan Sniff could even make about his budget. This kind of fraud and abuse is an outrage.

P.S. Anyone with any information on any of these actors or others is encouraged to come forward, you can remain anonymous.

His response: “Appears to be.”\

P.S. This is Post #150 on Stan Sniff… more coming.
