Similar to Donald Dix refusing to shake my hand twice at GOP events, Kurly pulled the same thing at the State of the City event in Moreno Valley against the President of the Deputies Union.
Then there is this about Kurly’s bizarre behavior with his troops.
Please also note that then Lt. Kurylowicz was in charge of Ryan Huizinga’s drop firing his weapon at the county fuel dump. Note that Kurly and Ryan went to Hawaii recently with their families.
Please further note that then Sgt. Kurylowicz was already notifying the next of kin when serial child molester Kevin Duffy committed suicide before the body was even cold. This suggests that Kurly was involved in the cover up.
It is widely believed that should Stan Sniff somehow get re-elected, Kurly will get promoted to Chief Deputy… or Assistant Sheriff similar to his hero Raymond Gregory.
Kurly is an absolute train wreck. He just can’t seem to stay out of his own way. He is an obvious LIAR just like his daddy Stanley. Ever since he pulled his dishonest stunt in Palm Springs and then continued his melt down when he got back to Moreno Valley, all the deputies have been very uncomfortable around him. He thinks he can just walk around like none of that ever happened, but the deps are very weirded out by him.
Stan Sniff knows Kurly should be placed on admin leave pending termination for his blatant lies, but Sniff is a part of all these lies, so they both need to be fired.
Nov. 6th vote Bianco for Sheriff and we can clean this mess up.

You’re oblivious to everything around you because your too busy with Tinder or Facebook, or LinkedIn. Instead, you need to be concentrating on keeping your deputies safe and the citizens of MoVal secure.
Take some acting lessons too. That crying was so over the top, even members of that council were embarrassed.
