For years – the Sacramento Bee has hemorrhaged subscribers because it seemed like it was published by the Chinese Embassy it was so far to the left.

A recent headline: “GOP Seizes on Libya Issue” is a great example – the Bee is trying to make the biggest scandal since Watergate look like a GOP-led gotcha game. This is what I mean when I talk about left-wing whores. An Ambassador is dead, getting dragged through the streets and Obama is in Nevada. How dare the GOP be upset about the cover-up.

Recently, the Bee made predictable endorsements:

They backhanded Beth Gaines because both she and Andy Pugno are Conservatives. (Must have been painful for them) The irony is that Dave Gilliard – the professional liar attacked Andy Pugno for having a Bee Endorsement in the primary. I predict that Gilliard will send mail to Democrats promoting the Bee endorsement of Gaines.

The Bee endorsed Munger-Backed Rick Bosetti because he decided to come out in favor of raising taxes.

Garamendhi over Kim Vann, Fraud Doctor Ami Bera over Dan Lungren… you get where I am going.

But, in local races – the Bee’s editorial board put down their left-wing partisan Kool-Aid and actually dug in to three city council races.

In Roseville – they endorsed Pauline Rocucci, Bonnie Gore and Carol Garcia. Their rational was excellent and sound. It was amazing. Two of those three were also endorsed by the Placer GOP!

In Rocklin – they endorsed the same three people that the Placer CRA and Placer GOP endorsed: Dave Butler, Ken Broadway and Greg Janda. In their editorial – they set fire to seven term incumbent George Magnusson. It was a very strange feeling reading that editorial.

In Lincoln – I practically had an out-of-body experience reading the Bee endorse two challengers over an incumbent and another member of the “establishment” in favor of the three people the Placer GOP endorsed: Allen Cuenca, David Kawas and incumbent Paul Joiner.

If you’re keeping score – this means that the Sacramento Bee agreed with the Placer GOP in 8 of 9 instances in the City Council Races in South Placer County!

Maybe one of these years – they will step a little further from the Blue Kool-Aid and give some Republicans running against Democrats in partisan runoffs a fairer shot.

Hope springs eternal.

I am a liar.

I was a liar for posting documents from the CRP showing all the delegates appointed by Jim Nielsen and Doug LaMalfa whose proxies were in the hands of Bay Area Liberals to be used to trash the CRP Platform.

I am now a liar for pointing out that the Lincoln Tea Party has aligned itself with the Pro-Choice, No on 8 Liberal Republicans in a renewed jihad against the Conservatives of the Placer CRA.

The facts are stubborn things – so I decided to make it simpler to find the information about how Charles Munger recognized the alignment and separately and independently decided to fund the campaigns of the “Tea Party 5”.

Charles Munger  donated to a Pac called: California Senior Advocates League Pac. You can click this link and scroll down to see all the democrats they are supporting, then you will see a bunch of familiar names.

In case it is difficult to see, click here to see the Munger Money on Behalf of

Ken Campbell
Dan Catania
Carol Wilson
Phyllis Wing
Gary Hall

Now – you can also cilck here to see the donation to this PAC of $100K  by Charles Munger.

Here I go lying again.

Please note this comment from Lincoln Tea Party leader Jim Ricketts:

By the way, jerk, I’m the one that “. . . has targeted the Placer GOP Central Committee” not Munger!  I’m the one that recruited these people to run against you and your thugs – not to attack conservatives, but to remove the corruption of people who care more about power than they do about their country!

There is a reason why many are wary of Tea Parties – people like Jim Ricketts are blinded with Rage (as is Ken Campbell) against people they think have wronged them and it causes compromise.

Charles Munger knew what he was doing when he invested $45k in the Placer GOP Cent Com race and he knew what he was doing when he invested in the Lincoln Tea Party members.

Whether they asked for the money or not is immaterial. Charles Munger would not have intervened in this race to support anyone other than those he thought would support the Placer CCR and their attempt to Moderate the Committee.

In the end, Munger wants a moderate Chairman in order to get control of the large number of delegates we get in Placer – but I am a liar for pointing out the Lincoln Tea Parties’ complicity in the Jihad against the conservatives in Placer.

That’s the issue – personal vendettas cause embarrassment and compromise. Deal with it Lincoln Tea Party – it just torched your credibility.

We have competitive races in every district. There are a variety of reasons… there are Moderates that disagree with the Conservative leadership of the Central Committee and there are some leftovers of the Team LaMalfa character attacks of two years ago.

The bottom line is that the Placer CRA will be meeting on 4/4 and finalizing our team – that being said, here is who I am supporting for Placer GOP Central Committee District by District.

All the people on this list are CRA members (or CRA aligned) – they are Fiscal Conservatives, Pro-Gun, Prop-8 supporters… the Committee is elected by Supervisor District:

D1 (In the order you will see them on your ballot): Vote for 7

Eric Eisenhammer
Ryan Pinney
Jim D’Orso
Scott Jefferson
Phil Ozenick
Gordon Hinkle
Tom Hudson

D2 Vote for only these 5:

David Patterson
Damian Armitage
Chris Schaff
Roger Salstrom
Noreen Skillman

Aaron F Park
Ed Rowen
Greg Janda
Bryan Taylor
Bill Halldin
Ken Hubert
Hayley Voudouris

George Park
Jeff Atteberry
Lynn McCaleb
Joe Dorr
Scott Johnson
Mike Frey
Lynn Kyme

D5 (Vote for only these 4)

Fred Eichenhofer
Ken Higgins
Mark Wright
Beth Wright

The reason why the Central Committee is important is because we register voters, and get people out to the polls to vote. In addition – in the post prop-14 environment we have to endorse candidates pre-primary to help identify the Republicans. This fall, we will be vetting dozens of candidates running for local office and endorsing them.

There are some good people that did not make my list – but most that are not on my list of endorsed candidates are either ideological moderates and are some that are openly hostile to the current leadership or both.

27 Party Board Members are Making Kings for a Party of 5 Million

Placer County Republican Assembly, Placer County Republican Party  Comments Off on 27 Party Board Members are Making Kings for a Party of 5 Million
Mar 112012

Update: Dan Logue was endorsed. Apparently, David Stafford Reade’s attempt to rig a blocking endorsement in a county was exposed.

I am proud to be a Placer County Republican Central Committee Member.

Why? We sent two incumbents back to sender, refusing to endorse Beth Gaines or Ted Gaines. (Who could have avoided the embarrassment by simply trying to reach out after a variety of mistakes)

The California Republican Party Board of directors met and ignored party By-Laws requiring unanimity of Central Committees basically ignoring committees that did not reach endorsements in races and deferring to the others that did.

The CRP Board of directors has endorsed every incumbent except Dan Logue. I am sure Logue got messed over by David Stafford Reade… but the decisions of local Cent Coms and the CRP By-Laws did not matter here… 27 people are making kings for a party of 5 million.

… and it is the endorsement issue that is at the core of why Ted Gaines, (elements of) the Lincoln Tea Party and the RINO’s recruited people to run for Placer County Republican Central Committee against the CRA… they want to be able to endorse the incumbents again regardless of merit.

I will develop this point in future posts.
