INTEGRITY is dead under Sheriff Sniff as well. The false payroll and overtime worked by employees already identified in this blog, Lt Dekker. Don’t forget the investigators cheating scandal, with now Sgt Gore and Investigator Cornett reportedly involved with like 60 others. The Riverside DAs Office now has to deal with Brady issues. The guilty could go free because these folks are proven liars and cheaters.
–
PROFESSIONALISM is out the door base on the intimidation the entire Executive Staff ( second floor ) has demonstrated toward Lt. Chad Bianco supporters.

LEADERSHIP? Well we all know our department leaders are only out for themselves. Leaders are supposed to set the example and support their subordinates to achieve success. Our leaders cast blame for being lazy and not address a citizen’s complaint in the lobby. Instead Lt Magnan sat like a coward in his office. Again Capt Kurly and Sheriff Sniff’s conspiracy to lie about a hate crime is the gold star example.

I have never seen such a disregard of the values of the Department set aside for personal and political gain in the 28 years of service.
–
These are just a few examples and we know there are many many more injustices committed with malice by those on the Second Floor.
–
In my humble opinion, this is why change is needed.
–
Thank you Mr. Park for providing a forum for those who experienced administrative injustice by Sheriff Sniff to express themselves without being outed to be victimized again.

Blogger’s Note: You’re Welcome, but I am afraid the work is going to be long-term. 11+ years of the Corrupt Sheriff has done major damage.
“It takes 20 years to build a reputation and five minutes to ruin it. If you think about that, you’ll do things differently.”
Warren Buffett
S/Sniff and prior administrations had 20 plus years to tarnish RSD’s reputation. I don’t think it will ever recover unless Chad Bianco infuses the ranks with experienced, ranking members from reputable departments. Possibly hire retired officers from these departments who can provide the desperately needed training and guidance to stop the mediocraity that breeds within RSD. That’s before ridding the department of the ciminal/civil rights atrocties of the current administration. The second floor should consist of these ranking officers who have fresh eyes and can instictivly recognize “WTF.” As I’ve posted before RSD has employees comparable or better than any in the country but the department is second rate. During my 31 years of employment I saw that you can basically do nothing and there are no repruccusions. I saw these same “do nothing employees” promote which in turn keeps the cycle of subpar mediocarity expanding. RSD NEEDS OUTSIDE ASSISTANCE IN ORDER TO GET ITS ACT TOGETHER. I believe in Chad Bianco but I implore him to at least contemplate a decorated 31 year retiree’s two cents. Be safe.
This is the filth, corruption and dishonesty that Sniff and his little puppets are all about. The same disgusting LIES are thrown out there by Sniff hoping people are stupid enough to believe them. Only 8 days left until we can put an end to Sniff’s corruption.
A quote from Palm Springs Mayor Pro Tem J.R. Roberts: “The only thing worse than bigotry is someone lying about it for political gain.”

By the way, for anyone who may be offended by reading anything on this blog, here’s a NEWS FLASH, you don’t have to look at it! It doesn’t automatically pop up on your computer screen unless you purposely search for it. So don’t search for it and then start whining about what you’ve read on it.
“Needing help doesn’t make you weak, in fact quite the opposite. It makes you strong, smart, resourceful, and realistic. Being prideful is a weakness. Asking for help when you know it’s for the better is STRENGTH. Don’t ever forget that!”
Doing the right thing is not always popular, nor is it painless, but doing the right thing shows integrity and virtue, which Stan Sniff and the second floor have failed to realize, and are now suffering the consequences.
Moral behavior is also admitting to your shortcomings when it comes to he decisions you make, which is referred to as rectitude. But when the wrong decision is made by the second floor and are called out on it, instead of owning up to their mistakes they refuse to listen to reason and retaliate against the staff member like a selfish child that lost a game. They kill morale, and whatever chance their had for redemption by intitating retaliation because they feel they have to protect “Their own” (the incompetent manager that initialed the unjust PERS in the first place).
How many times have you seen good, honest hard working staff members that won a PERS that was unjust, and was still victimized by the executive staff in the form of being denied promotion, or a transfer, or kicked out of a specialized assignment because the second floor’s ego was bruised.
Yet the “tools” the second floor has shown favor to are the first one’s to turn on them when the going gets tough, like this Aaron Kent fellow that was allegedly allowed to cheat by his buddy Kevin Vest, yet attends a Chad Bianco event and donates to his campaign. He showed no loyalty and integrity, yet he is still loved by the inbred swine that is the command staff. When the second floor promoted Mike Manning, Mark Boastom, Christian Dekker, Robert Rose, Zach Hall, Kevin Lamb, Robert Garcia, Geronimo Contreras and Robert Epps, did they think they were promoting competent people, or where they promoted under the guise of “they may be idiots, but they will do what the are told.”
Furthermore, those promoted are a reflection of Stan Sniff and his staff, so are Kevin Vest, Jerry Gutierrez, Ray Wood, Cheryl Evans, Jeff Kubel, Jason Horton and Goeff Raya proud of the promotions of David Kurlyowicz, Jason Huskey, Dan Anne, Kent Werges, Kevin Smith, Marty Tochtrop, Tyler Clark, Nathan Kaas, Steve Brosche, Jason Gore, Steve Fredricks, Jon Wade, Fat Bodnar and Robert Cornett that have been featured on this blog. Is their negligence and incompetence something the folks on Lemon Street are proud to say, “I promoted them”
Self-reflection is something we all have to do from time to time to make sure we are doing the right thing, and for the sake of humility. And the second floor staff will have a lot of time to reflect on their misdeeds, mismanagement, and malfeasance they have committed when they themselves are walked out come January.
Thank you Aaron Park for all the work you have done in exposing the nepotism, cronyism, favoritism, and corruption that defines the legacy of Stan Sniff and his self-serving second floor staff. How can those on Lemon Street say “I serve the office of the sheriff” when they themselves engage in threats and retaliation on behalf of Sniff and the “Undertaker” DiYorio, that is on its face unjust behavior. Another legacy of the second floor is the selections they have made for promotion and assignments. You can look at those like Aaron Kent, Christian Dekker, Kent Werges, Zach Hall, Jason Gore and say, “They are Second Floor men.” You can look upon Kurly Fries, Robert Rose, Michael Manning, Kevin Smith, Robert Epps, Jon Wade, Steve Fredricks, Aaron Martin and Robert Cornett and be proud of their behavior as they represent the command staff. These staff members mentioned behave more like country bumpkins that the edeucated professionals they claim to be. Maybe come January when they leave, they will be given a banjo as a parting gift from “Riverside Country.” It took a humble blogger from a tiny Northern California town to bring down a very powerful entity, commonly known as Stan Sniff and the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department. We can only hope you cover part II of the Sniff saga, the subsequent court proceedings involving Sniff and his co-defendants (his executive staff).
We are go inbred in Riverside County Sheriff that maybe we should play dueling banjo’s at our Academy graduation ceremony.
The second floor should PERS themselves for their illicit behavior, but they would only blame others for their mistakes and take no responsibility for their misconduct. We can only hope the DA takes charge of the investigation come the new lear. We need to drain Lemon Street that has become the swamp of Riverside County.
