The following numbers are for the unincorporated areas of Riverside County and were taken DOJ website. They are complete, not cherry-picked like Sniff’s fake numbers from February of 2018.
Overall violent crime has increased during the last four years.
Overall property crime has increased during the last four years.
Unlike the numbers that Sniff’s lackeys in the Riverside Press-Enterprise used in February, these numbers are infallible and complete.
The year 2014 was used as a baseline since it was the last year Sniff campaigned for reelection.
During that 2014 campaign, Sniff ran on a platform of lowering crime, increased cost savings and improved employee morale.
He can’t honestly run on any of these issues now, but he’s trying to. Take a look at the numbers and decide for yourself.

Stan Sniff lied. He claimed a 10% reduction in crime that was regurgitated by the Riverside Pravda-Enterprise.
As we’ve learned, the truth is negotiable in the Sniff Regime.
Stan Sniff has made it very clear to all of the troops that he is a LIAR. He has made it very obvious that he cares only about himself. He cannot be trusted and he has completely corrupted an office of public trust. The best thing that could happen for all of the citizens is to remove Sniff from office. The message needs to get out to all of the citizens of this county and we must expose this corrupt liar for what he really is.
Do not believe what you read in the local newspapers, because it is all propaganda and they are in Sniff’s pocket. The truth is that Sniff is deceitful and he uses smoke and mirrors to convince the public to believe the way he wants them to believe. He must voted out of office to restore truth and justice. Sniff blames everyone else for his own shortcomings and none of the other governmental leaders want him in office any longer. It is time for Sniff to go!
Sniff looks like a beleaguered old man trying to scramble to save his own skin. He needs to stop and look at the man in the mirror and maybe he will come to the realization that it is him who is messed up and not the rest of the world. When no one else supports you except an old retired sheriff who has been away from law enforcement for 25 years, then that should tell you that you shouldn’t be here.

These stats are even skewed I have seen and watched the orders given to change the reporting call closure saying that’s not the right EDP code. This changes the FBI stated call from violent,felony or sexual to the “just an assault” which doesn’t make the FBI STATS. It’s all a shell game, report it to comply with the rules but alter the report to benefit our goals. If Bianco, if Bianco LOL. WHEN BIANCO gets into office it’s going to look like crime has risen because the reporting won’t be fraud it will be honest so please be patient Rome wasn’t built in a day, it will take time for Raid to eliminate all the cock roaches left behind by Stan or it should be Bye Stan
It’s amazing how the truth comes out from front line members of the Department. If every member of the Department stood up and shared a story on this blog there would be stories for weeks. Stanley and his administration have always tried to cover up/downplay things that make the Department look bad.
The Sergeants, Lieutenants, Captains, Chiefs, Assistant Sheriff’s, Under Sheriff you have a mind set to cover the Department against liabilities. Unfortunately, they forgot to prevent the greatest liabilities, themselves. I’m not saying all of them are bad, but when you see what’s going on and you don’t say anything, you are part of the problem.
Stanley and his zoo are the most unethical, immoral, unprofessional,and dishonest people in the Department. Take Butt Storm and P.S.B as an example. P.S.B is supposed to investigate any acts of misconduct by any Department member. There sole purpose is to conduct a thorough and honest investigation. Instead they will investigate what they want and ignore the rest. They stick to their version of events, even when confronted with evidence that states the contrary. P.S.B investigators have railroaded people’s lives and careers in order to advance in this Department. This type of crap has been going on for a long time. It’s been going before Sniff, but has gone to the extreme under Sniff. Just look at how many people have been terminated and won their jobs back. I’m not talking about people who deserved to be fired, but came back because of some technicality. I’m talking about the people who were wronged. Yet this conduct continues. Twenty-five people were caught cheating on a promotional exam. If that’s not an integrity issue what is? Nothing happened to them because it would have been embarrassing to Stanley to have to explain why he had to fire twenty-five people for integrity issues. Talk about a huge double standard.
P.S.B also was responsible for investigating the O.I.S involving Oscar Rodriguez. Who allegedly killed his girlfriends ex in a love triangle. Somehow P.S.B couldn’t figure out that this happened. Despite numerous red flags at the beginning of the investigation. Instead it took the family filing a civil rights lawsuit to uncover the truth.
How is the public supposed to believe what P.S.B and the Department tell them, when they repeatedly show that they lack the understanding of truth, justice, and a person’s right to due process. What they have done to numerous employees would never be tolerated against a suspect in a criminal case. The Department would get sued to high heaven for this behavior, but it’s okay to treat employees like trash and deny their rights.
It’s time for Sniff and his cronies, as well as the turds from the basement to go.
Is it just me, or does the rank and file members of our department find the support of Stan Sniff by the retired members odd? I understand the likes of Ron Dye, Cois Byrd, Frank Taylor and Coleen Walker, to name just a few, who owe 960 hour/year CalPERS annuitant positions to Stan Sniff. But if you have bellied yourself up to the public trough for 30 years, and then rightfully moved into retirement for several years, why on earth would you stand against the working men and women of our organization?
Each of the very old (60+ year-old) civilians who once wore a uniform in Riverside County are not fiends with the current rank and file staff, they can only receive the “state of the Department” through the rose-colored glasses of entrenched politicians and those who are at-will. The very fact these self-serving folks continue to haunt the proverbial “military base PX like a retired Sergeant Majors with no life;” long after they should have moved on makes their work legacy marginal, at best. If you are supporting Stan Sniff because he gave you an 11-10 on a DUI stop in 1978 and you owe him, fine. But don’t retire, suck up public money in a 960 job, because you got nothing better to do in your lives than wander around facilities as an “inspector” or “drone research specialist” for $60.00/hour, and say you are unbiased and less than self served. Show some ethics and integrity. Death comes for us all, don’t die ashamed of yourselves.
I have been retired for quite some time, and do hold rank, and there is no way I would ever support Stan Sniff and the hooligans he promoted to the second floor. And I remember Larry Smith telling Bobby Doyle “Don’t promote Stan Sniff” but Bobby Doyle did it anyway, which started us down the rabbit hole. With the exception of a very few staff members, Sniff’s executive staff is a joke and do not deserve the positions they hold because they did nothing in their careers, and because they did nothing in their careers, they do not have the experience required for their positions. We can only hope that Chad Bianco makes decisions on promotions and special assignments based upon experiences and not on which of his favorite lsngets the job.
