On the heels of leaving this extremely poor screenshot in his last video, we lampooned it. Subsequently, Team Sniff edited the video, replacing Sniff’s “Smile” with still shots repeating propaganda.
We were also told several times that the Sheriff was violating his own uniform code by not wearing a white undershirt under his uniform shirt. Several people leaving comments on this blog bashed the Sheriff for this.
Subsequently, we received reports that for the first time, the Sheriff was wearing a white t-shirt under his tan uniform.
Lake Elsinore Station is in a full scale meltdown.
About a week ago, LE Station was featured on this blog related to some extreme failures of leadership. It has been relayed to your intrepid blogger that Captain Queen Daniel Anne and the Reverend Lt Kevin Smith are grilling individual members of their staff.
The severity of the questioning and accusations have gotten so severe that beleaguered employees are even offering to take polygraphs.
The Reverend Kevin Smith is an associate pastor at his church. I am not sure about Queen Anne. The Reverend Kevin Smith needs to read Galatians and Ephesians for lessons in leadership – they generally do not involve calling in employees and berating them. It has been put to me that Smith is yelling and may well be using language that is generally not “Christian” when describing your intrepid blogger. Lt. Magnan is reputedly losing sleep as well.
Queen Anne and the Reverend Kevin Smith need to stop and ask themselves why their employees are having to turn to this blog to seek redress for their failed leadership. Then the Queen and the Reverend need to ask themselves the obvious question, what happens when they are done berating all the employees of their station and they still can not identify the leak?
Queen Anne and the Reverend Kevin Smith’s rage is likely being fueled by the fact that the Lake Elsinore City Council saw the original blog on their failure to lead. It appears that at least one member of their City Council made anxious inquiry related to the situation. See the embedded screenshot as proof I received the original email sent by the Reverend Kevin Smith. 
I have been told that the Lake Elsinore Station’s failure of leadership is a microcosm of the department as a whole. Apathy and incompetence.
Lt. Robert Rose Update.
Lt Rose, as you recall has puled his gun on civilians twice. He is also alleged to have studied for his graduate degree while on the clock.
Now you can add Lt. Robert Rose to the same group as Robert Cornett (who appears to have two Racial Incidents in his file), Tony Pelato, and a host of others related to racist comments:
Stanley promoted this guy.On Wednesday, June 27, 2018, about 30 deputies and investigators assembled in the Jurupa Valley Station for Watch 3 briefing training on the Racial Identification Profiling Act.RIPA requires deputies to complete an information sheet documenting data on the citizens stopped by police. This information is then forwarded to the Dept. of Justice to review. Naturally the state does not want law enforcement to racially profile minorities.After the training Lt. Rose addressed the deputies and said we had to this because of blacks.Lt. Rose said black people are 13% of the population and account for like 46% of the crime. Okay probably good statistics.What I thought was way out of bounds was when he commented on the family unit of blacks. He said black kids that have no fathers have a greater chance of going to prison. One deputy surmised based on Lt Rose’s presentation fatherless black kids is part of the black culture. Really!This was training about a law requiring us to complete a form and a citizen contact, all citizens including Caucasian. It was passed by the legislature and not the African American community.Maybe Lt Rose needs to attend some cultural awareness and sensitivity training.
The key point: Stan Sniff promoted Lt Robert Rose despite his history. Once again, someone with serious flaws in their background gets promoted. It appears time and time again – flaws and personal issues (as in leverage) are a clear pre-requisite for a promotion by Sniff.
As to Rose’ comments – Bill Cosby himself one time in a famous rant lamented the fact that Black Americans had a 77% illegitimacy rate and a 54% Drop Out rate. (These are actually confirmed by Census Stats) Rather than making stupid, inflammatory comments, quote facts. While a training class is not the right forum to make political statements, the shattered family unit of Black Americans is a legacy of the welfare state. Secondly, I’d also say that across all income and ethnic groups, the presence (Or lack thereof) of a father is a huge indicator of future proclivity towards crime. Fatherless Children are 7 times as likely to commit a felony, and it just so happens that Black Americans have the worst faithlessness problem of all groups. (Latinos are hovering around 50%) Stating it like this rather than scapegoating blacks for RIPA, is a much better way to translate the data.
Lt. Robert Rose needs serious therapy for his rage issues.
The point of this post? What should concern everyone is the retaliation, incompetent leadership, leading by fear and the personal corruption of people Stan Sniff promotes. What should concern everyone is the culture of Stan Sniff’s Riverside Sheriff’s Office. If you are a resident of Riverside County, ask yourself if you feel safer or less safe learning about the internal corruption and incompetence of Stan Sniff’s Sheriff’s Department.

I was victimized by Lt. Herrera’s “Gay Chicken” antics and now suffer from PTSD because of it. I have no sense of humor and must be a peach to work for. If I don’t like something I try and bully people into doing what I like. In other words I am the stereotypical RSO supervisor and part of the reason people are leaving. I cant realize that this blog is serving its purpose of “getting to the task at hand” despite other people posting what they please even if I don’t like it. I am a pussy.
Apparently there was a Lieutenant that was in to playing Gay Chicken with male employees? I learn something new every day about how screwed up RSO is.

How arrogant of a fool you must be to come onto this blog site, announce your rank, then proceed to launch a personal attack on the person(s) doing what they have a God given right to do. Do you not realize that RSO supervision is by and large considered a joke to the troops? Did you expect the person(s) posting to bow down to those three stripes just because you announced yourself as a supervisor and made a “suggestion” that actually came across as an online order? If this is the way you lead your troops, YOU are part of the problem. Let me say to you what a lot of deputies would like to tell their Stan Sniff promoted Sergeants on a daily basis. I would guess that you likely are one of the people or the friend of one of the people named in this blog or in the Gay Chicken jokes. Are they juvenile jokes? Certainly. Are they truthful? This blog has shown they are. Are they funny as fuck? Hell yes they are and I for one hope they continue. Just because you don’t care for the humor doesn’t mean you can come in and dictate another persons right to say what they want to say. This is not your watch to command. @the blogger the source for the Gay Chicken jokes is Lt. Peter Herrera formerly of the Perris Station. The man was a sexual deviant and was fired. He played a game of grab ass in his office called “Gay Chicken” and was fired. While I believe this case pre-dates Sniff it shows how poor supervision has been allowed to go unchecked over many years and wasn’t fixed by Sniff. In the conclusion, the Department discussed the allegations that Herrera had subjected various subordinates, to “sexual/hostile work environment harassment.” During a private bus trip in December 2004 returning from a football game, Herrera mentioned playing “Gay Chicken” and then placed his hand on Investigator Clinton Gilbert’s thigh until Gilbert knocked the hand away. Between January 2005 and October 2005, Herrera asked Gilbert 20 to 30 times, in front of other witnesses, whether Gilbert would have sex with a man for money.
In December 2001, while attending a conference, Herrera mentioned the game “Gay Chicken” to Deputy Bruce Pierson and grabbed Pierson’s knee. Later the same day, Herrera grabbed Pierson’s inner thigh; Pierson jumped up and brushed Herrera’s hand away. During the same conference, Herrera entered the room Pierson was sharing with another staff member, lifted Pierson’s bedclothes, and said, “`Hey, what are you wearing under there.'” In his internal affairs interview, Herrera denied or claimed not to recall the incidents.
In April 2006, Herrera and Sergeant Jon Anderson were sharing a hotel room in Las Vegas; Herrera repeatedly entered the bathroom when Anderson was showering. The next morning, Herrera awakened Anderson. Herrera, who was wearing only boxer shorts, yanked Anderson’s bed sheet and said he wanted to get in bed with Anderson. Anderson told Herrera to leave him alone. During his internal affairs interview, Herrera admitted he had lifted Anderson’s bed sheet but denied he had made any sexual references or attempted to climb into the bed.
In 2004, Herrera asked his subordinate Sergeant Pat Chavez if he knew what “G.C.” was, while simultaneously putting his hand on Chavez’s thigh. Chavez told Herrera not to touch him, but Herrera continued to move his hand until Chavez stopped him.
In May 2001, while on a trip to the Netherlands sponsored by the City of Temecula, Herrera suggested to his subordinate Investigator Holder, with whom he was sharing a room, that they push their beds together. Herrera later asked Holder to leave the bathroom door open while taking a shower.
While attending a conference in 2001, Herrera asked colleagues whether they would have sex with other men for $5,000.

Pete Herrera was called the “Hatchet man” when he was a Deputy in the desert because he was known for failing trainees. He was never a good F.T.O. and was always looking to increase his trainee “kills.” And at the Perris Station it was rumored that Bobby Doyle gonna promote him to Captain before he had his mishap with Gilbert and Chavez. So Herrera had the same demeanor that would have fit right in with the current command staff.
Sounds like the male version of Paula Birch. Seems if you’re a protected class you could get away with this crap. This crap still goes on with the LGBTQ crew. What a load of crap. If a male did this to females he would be out on his ass so quick. Oh wait, never mind. If that was the case Stanley would’ve been gone too.
