We were also told several times that the Sheriff was violating his own uniform code by not wearing a white undershirt under his uniform shirt. Several people leaving comments on this blog bashed the Sheriff for this.
Subsequently, we received reports that for the first time, the Sheriff was wearing a white t-shirt under his tan uniform.
Lake Elsinore Station is in a full scale meltdown.
About a week ago, LE Station was featured on this blog related to some extreme failures of leadership. It has been relayed to your intrepid blogger that Captain Queen Daniel Anne and the Reverend Lt Kevin Smith are grilling individual members of their staff.
The severity of the questioning and accusations have gotten so severe that beleaguered employees are even offering to take polygraphs.
The Reverend Kevin Smith is an associate pastor at his church. I am not sure about Queen Anne. The Reverend Kevin Smith needs to read Galatians and Ephesians for lessons in leadership – they generally do not involve calling in employees and berating them. It has been put to me that Smith is yelling and may well be using language that is generally not “Christian” when describing your intrepid blogger. Lt. Magnan is reputedly losing sleep as well.
Queen Anne and the Reverend Kevin Smith need to stop and ask themselves why their employees are having to turn to this blog to seek redress for their failed leadership. Then the Queen and the Reverend need to ask themselves the obvious question, what happens when they are done berating all the employees of their station and they still can not identify the leak?
Queen Anne and the Reverend Kevin Smith’s rage is likely being fueled by the fact that the Lake Elsinore City Council saw the original blog on their failure to lead. It appears that at least one member of their City Council made anxious inquiry related to the situation. See the embedded screenshot as proof I received the original email sent by the Reverend Kevin Smith. 
I have been told that the Lake Elsinore Station’s failure of leadership is a microcosm of the department as a whole. Apathy and incompetence.
Lt. Robert Rose Update.
Lt Rose, as you recall has puled his gun on civilians twice. He is also alleged to have studied for his graduate degree while on the clock.
Now you can add Lt. Robert Rose to the same group as Robert Cornett (who appears to have two Racial Incidents in his file), Tony Pelato, and a host of others related to racist comments:

This information is then forwarded to the Dept. of Justice to review. Naturally the state does not want law enforcement to racially profile minorities.After the training Lt. Rose addressed the deputies and said we had to this because of blacks.Lt. Rose said black people are 13% of the population and account for like 46% of the crime. Okay probably good statistics.What I thought was way out of bounds was when he commented on the family unit of blacks. He said black kids that have no fathers have a greater chance of going to prison. One deputy surmised based on Lt Rose’s presentation fatherless black kids is part of the black culture. Really!This was training about a law requiring us to complete a form and a citizen contact, all citizens including Caucasian. It was passed by the legislature and not the African American community.Maybe Lt Rose needs to attend some cultural awareness and sensitivity training.
The key point: Stan Sniff promoted Lt Robert Rose despite his history. Once again, someone with serious flaws in their background gets promoted. It appears time and time again – flaws and personal issues (as in leverage) are a clear pre-requisite for a promotion by Sniff.
As to Rose’ comments – Bill Cosby himself one time in a famous rant lamented the fact that Black Americans had a 77% illegitimacy rate and a 54% Drop Out rate. (These are actually confirmed by Census Stats) Rather than making stupid, inflammatory comments, quote facts. While a training class is not the right forum to make political statements, the shattered family unit of Black Americans is a legacy of the welfare state. Secondly, I’d also say that across all income and ethnic groups, the presence (Or lack thereof) of a father is a huge indicator of future proclivity towards crime. Fatherless Children are 7 times as likely to commit a felony, and it just so happens that Black Americans have the worst faithlessness problem of all groups. (Latinos are hovering around 50%) Stating it like this rather than scapegoating blacks for RIPA, is a much better way to translate the data.
Lt. Robert Rose needs serious therapy for his rage issues.
The point of this post? What should concern everyone is the retaliation, incompetent leadership, leading by fear and the personal corruption of people Stan Sniff promotes. What should concern everyone is the culture of Stan Sniff’s Riverside Sheriff’s Office. If you are a resident of Riverside County, ask yourself if you feel safer or less safe learning about the internal corruption and incompetence of Stan Sniff’s Sheriff’s Department.

So the witch hunt continues at the Lake Elsinore Station with no end in sight. I am very disappointed with Captain Anne. But Lieutenant Kevin “rain man” Smith is another story. I heard Lieutenant Smith was turned down for one of the Lieutenant positions at the Academy. And the Academy staff is breathing a sigh of relief. I bet Lieutenant Smith is so furious he is cleaning his gun in office with a vengeance right about now. Let’s just hope the office staff don’t start running like the deputies did when you start racking your gun. Maybe one of your flock at Cornerstone will buy your used 40 cal for the ridiculous price of $1,300. And the comments on the flyer you posted in the locker room advertising the gun for sale were so hilarious, Kevin Smith forgot about Luke 6:31, and treats his congregation at work like helots than valued employees. And you chastising the deputies in briefing telling us we were nothing more than glorified secretaries is nothing more that your ego taking over to make yourself more important, and valuable as you berate everyone under your command. And you scanning the Station video to eavesdrop on Deputies conversations is pretty fucking low Kevin, even for the likes of you. When you refer to the sermon on the mount in your teachings, those teachings also apply to you. Something to think about as you chomp
down on your apple in the back parking lot, and eat your 6 almonds. And as for Lieutenant Robert Rose, he dug his own grave a long time ago, but some simpleton on the second floor thought it was a good idea resurrect Robert Rose and promote him to Lieutenant, with disastrous effects. It’s these types of promotions that has killed the reputation of the second floor. The behavior of these managers are a direct reflection of the Sheriff and his executive staff.
I am told Lt Magnum wrote that email NOT Lt Smith. Hey if he and Lt Smith were to lazy to go out help that guy in the lobby shame on them.
As for Lt Rose, I have to wonder what the rationale did Sniff use to promote a guy like this.
From reading the workings of the Sheriff, he promotes donors, employees to help supress the free speech of employees, and those that gain political votes, LGBT maybe. What happened to good hard work?

To accuse staff members of misconduct to the point they offer up a polygraph to prove their innocence, what part of POBAR do these jack wagons not understand? Val. does have some Lieutenants with questionable mentality and motives (Tyler “you can trust me” Clark and Zach “mat room” Hall), but they are not that stupid. And at the Temecula Station, Lieutenant Rose called in a staff member and told them, “Your going back to the jail, you pick the jail.” To bully someone into an involuntary transfer is not the kind of leadership that is conducive to a progressive Department. Lieutenant Rose would also make Lieutenants Clark and Hall look like they shine with brilliance. Stan, this is the sand castle you created, and now that the waves are crashing down, you wonder why your world is falling apart. Risk management must be losing their mind right about now. Kevin, the Book of Matthew, Old Testament, 7:11, that might help you guide you way back to humanity, and humility.
What in the world is wrong with Lieutenant Kevin Smith, to rack and tap his duty weapon in his office is beyond asinine, and a safety issue. And this guy thinks he gots it going on to advance to the next level. Heavan help us if he does. I would bet dollars to donuts that if Lieutenant Smith saw a Deputy do that in the briefing room, he would walk them out, pending a PERS. And trying to find the leak at the station this way is beyond stupid. The problem is that because they are the focus due to their poor decisions, management staff is trying to deflect scrutiny by blaming others in their search for the leaker. And what gets me is that what makes the management staff think the leaker is at Lake Elsinore, the leaker can be at any station. And with Lieutenant Robert Rose, he’s just an idiot to make those statements to his troops. The second floor needs to cut their losses and assign these staff members to a non-critical position until they can retire. But for Lieutenant Smith to follow deputies conversations is reminiscent of “Big Brother 1984 tactics.” And he wonders why he is the target of this blog. Now the Sheriff knows why so many good people are leaving for other Departments.
Sounds like this clowns can’t see they’re the reason there’s a circus in L.E.
The staff who are being called in by the lieutenant should record their conversation with him. When he starts questioning them, they should ask if this is related to an official investigation, and if so, they would like to have a representative present. If he says it isn’t an official investigation, tell him you have nothing to say and walk out. If he doesn’t let you leave, read the back of your RSA card. And state that you feel threatened by the lieutenant’s actions. Remember to record it for evidence in your hostile work place complaint to H.R.
As for playing with his gun, that’s a whole different story. Everyone in that station should file an unsafe, hostile workplace complaint. Go class action status. I’m sure you could find a lawyer to sue these idiots.

Val. his expectations that sums up the current attitude of management in Riverside Country. “I am not here to help you, mentor you, or defend you, my only job is to manage you.”’ It’s like what someone else stated in a previous post, the managers promoted under Sniff’s regime are only concerned with, what’s in it for me, why should I help you, and how does it benefit me personally. All they care about is how much they can take, within the limits of the law, and their subordinates can fend for themselves. So whose to blame, Stan Sniff, or his executive staff for promoting (and defending) these knuckleheads that were promoted beyond their talents, and as a result causing all this mayhem for the rank and file.

To those who posted above, you are a genius. This is why we need someone who can lead from the front and not push from behind. The only thing you push from behind is a mound of dirt or trash. That is what has been done before, and why the Department is in the current state that it is. If you are looking for someone who wants to change the status quo, look no further than the recent primaries. Tell all of your friends, neighbors and acquaintances, their voice will be heard if they vote Bianco in November. Better yet, take this opportunity to talk with people you hate and temporarily set aside any indifferences and agree that you all want change. Bianco 2018, someone who leads from the front with ethics and morales, not from behind with fear and manipulation.

It appears that the sheriffs department is so concerned about this blog they once again missed they missed the point; a lieutenant failed to act and compounded that failure by putting in writing not to seek his help when needed. Call the patrol supervisor patrolling the community.
Free speech and expression is a right! Fix the problem with supervisors by getting them better training. Let this blog be because it sounds to me a lawsuit could be looming.

With a lawsuit comes depositions, so does the Sheriff’s Department really want that. Even if you have a selfish individual that is looking for a dollar, how do you think Ray Wood is gonna feel at a deposition, or Kevin Vest, or Christian Dekker, or Robert Epps or the rest of them. It’s a recipe for a Grand Jury inquiry. They can try and initiate some form of legal action, but freedom of speech is protected. If a skinhead can walk around with a swastika tattoo, what makes you think this is going anywhere. And with a civil action, that opens up the Department’s records on promotions, terminations, involuntary transfers, and the like that have been mentioned on this website. Granted a lot of those mentioned will either quit or resign, but they did it to themselves with their behavior. So “bring it on” let the truth be told.
