Overwhelmed with his job, Stan Sniff and his management team are not cutting it.
Recently, we have been detailing jailbreaks, broken equipment, assaults, staffing shortages, and the like in the jails.
The Murrieta Jail (aka Cois Byrd Detention Center) has more problems than just the busted sally gate and the busted interior doors. Apparently, they have exploding toilets.
The Desert Sun actually wrote about this, then they endorsed Stan Sniff for re-election.
Six years ago, a convicted sex offender, Thomas Bodnar, took Riverside County to court. Bodnar said in a lawsuit that he had spent three years locked in a county jail cell with a gurgling toilet that splashed coin-sized bits of sewage on the cell floor.
These jail conditions, Bodnar argued, amounted to cruel and unusual punishment – a violation of his constitutional rights. Riverside County fought the lawsuit at first, but as the case drew close to trial, the county caved. Bodnar was paid $25,000 in a settlement. His lawsuit was dismissed in 2014.
It gets better in true Stan Sniff fashion, he missed a chance to miss a chance:
Bodnar originally offered to settle his suit for $35,000 with a gag order that would’ve prevented him from helping other inmates on their own suits. The county counter-offered a $25,000 settlement without a gag order, which Bodnar accepted.
The first deal likely would have been much cheaper for the county in the long run.
The Sheriff ended up with 50 total lawsuits over the busted toilets because of the bungled handling of this case. According to the article:
So far, Riverside County has settled 16 of the toilet lawsuits for a total of $83,000.
The largest settlement was the first – $25,000 to Bodnar – and they’ve been shrinking ever since. The next 10 lawsuits were settled for $3,500 to $8,000. More recently, settlements have amounted to $500 to $2,000 each.
This article from 2017 is more evidence that Stan Sniff has failed as a sheriff and Jerry Guitierrez has failed as an Assistant Sheriff. (He is in charge of the Jails) When inmates actually get held in the jails and not early released due to overcrowding, the jails themselves are dilapidated and crumbling. Fire Stan Sniff now.
They pay the scum of society for their frivolous claims, but when it comes to workers comp. and legitimate lawsuits by staff members, the second floor screws over honest deputies and deny their claims. I hope each and every one of the Oberkommando der Wehrmacht (aka the command staff) gets what they deserve. They, and their Furher (Sniff), should be prosecuted for their evil deeds and destroying reputations and careers.
In the book of Prroverbs, chapter 6, 16-19,”There are six things the lord hates, and seven that are an abomination to him, haughty eyes, a lying tongue, hands that shed innocent blood, a heart that devises wicked plans, feet that make haste to run to evil, a false witness who breaths out lies, and one who sows discord among his brothers.”
The Sheriff and his henchmen are guilty of every single one of those sins mentioned. So enjoy your sinful pleasures because the day of reckoning will be upon you soon enough.

The toilets are clogged up with the integrity S/Sniff and his cult members voluntarily shit out and flushed. These cult members are lost souls. They get caught up in this rank bullshit behind the closed walls of stations and soon after they get indoctrinated into corruption believing they are important and in favor with S/Sniff. I watched it for 31 years and wondered what’s wrong with these individuals. A title doesn’t make you a man or woman. Time after time I saw people get promoted and all of a sudden they walk into a room expecting respect. They don’t know that respect is earned by their actions not rank. Something is missing in their life and S/Sniff uses these weaklings to do his dirt.

There are too many back stabbing lost souls at RSD. Until they start being put in their place and educated on how to treat people their dirty deeds will continue. They have to fear repercussions.

Comedian Chris Rock said about marriage, “If one of you goes to church and the other one smokes crack it ain’t gonna work.” S/Sniff, minus the scumbags who did your dirt most of the men and women of RSD are people with integrity and honor.
