Apparently Lt. Smith, Lt. Magnan and Captain Anne could not be bothered to deal with an enraged citizen in the lobby, instead querying the Sergeant who was out on patrol. The ensuing email thread I received was a stone-cold embarrassment and a thesis for the caliber of leadership in Stan Sniff’s Riverside Sheriff’s Office.
Captain QueenAnne, The Reverend Lt. Kevin Smith and Lt’ Magnan have another major league embarrassment to deal with.
Their evidence yard is WIDE OPEN. That’s correct folks, the gate has been broken for over a month. I get that the County Maintenance
Urgency? That is if they even called in the broken gate to the County Maintenance Racket. (I am sure that repair will cost $1,000)
Perhaps this embedded photo will cause another inquisition similar to when I got the email thread about the lazy Lieutenants not doing their jobs. This is Christian Dekker level incompetence.
So, guess what? Scum could walk in to the yard and tamper with evidentiary vehicles!

Oh and get this, the A/C Unit broke and Palm Desert Station recently, Captain Huskey (he of the Good Boy Photo from 31% Stan Recently), had the County Maintenance Racket out there the same day. That is a double #EPICFAIL for The Reverend and Magnan.
This gets me to my favorite Captain, Dave “Kurly” Kurylowicz. Unlike the others that seem to take their pounding and not respond much. Kurlywoicz has a glass jaw and likes to lash out anonymously. You’ve been treated to some of Kurly’s handiwork (I have ample evidence to prove my assertion)…
It appears that Kurly has an even softer spot. He has taken to whining to Facebook, he is probably playing the gay card and claiming bullying. Unfortunately for Kurly, he can call everyone he disagrees with homophobic and the bathroom boys at facebok may pull a post or two… but Kurly can’t affect what goes on the blog.

The Lake Elsinore Station use to be one of the good stations to work at, but not now with who is running the place. Staff is very disappointed with Captain Anne and how things have turned out, and they never had any expectations that “The Pastor” Kevin (QuickDraw) Smith would do the right thing because even as a Deputy, Kevin Smith was all about Kevin Smith, and everyone else can go eat dirt. So why should they do anything to earn their pay as managers when it’s easier to sit in their office and place the blame on someone else. And they scratch their heads and wonder why the Lake Elsinore Station is on fire. Good luck explaining this one to the city council. I just wonder how much B.S. they have fed the second floor in blaming others for their mistakes in the form of phone calls, emails, MOD’s and negative evals in addition to denying promotions and special assignments?
What a joke this agency has become. Love the pic showing the top of the push bar some deputy took it from a unit and sent it to you. That takes balls.
Lake Elsinore Station is sinking to the bottom of La Laguna, fast. As if the Lake Elsinore Station did not have enough management problems as it is, the Station is gong to mandatory 12-hour shifts, which is really going to hurt morale now. When staffing levels get this low, management has to take responsibility for this mess. But they won’t, they will blame it on the deputies, the labor contract, RSA, anybody to avoid responsibility in order to keep their hopes of going to the next level in tact
I went to a city function a couple weeks back and had some interesting conversations with some city leaders and regular Moreno Valley residents. Kurly has only been there a few months and they are already figuring out he is incompetent and has a very hard time with the truth. I could never really figure out how Kurly made Sgt. let alone a Captain. But I just learned that Kurly was part of RSA back in the day. He was part of the “prison crew” that helped put Stanley in office in return for not ending up on parole. Such a tangled little unethical web inside Stanleys dirty underworld.

This man spends more time on social media than my twelve-year-old granddaughter! His posts on LinkedIn are about a joke too with his, “Join me in congratulating…” “Join us for coffee…” Blah, blah, blah!
I’m not minimizing the men and women he is honoring…some are deserving of the recognition, however, the social media postings really feel more like a pat on Kurylowicz’s slick back than who he is “honoring.”
The department crumbles because the incompetence Sniff has bestowed on us has begun to tear at the seams. Broken AC, units, lieutenants who sit on their lazy asses and play with their guns whilst preparing Sunday sermons, captains who are more interested in rallying troops for some lip synch contest…aren’t we one of the largest departments in the south land? It has really become one big joke.
Sniff has been robbing Peter to pay Paul for a long, long time. Look at how long it has taken him to build an academy…oops, forgot, that hasn’t been done yet either.
Band-aided management style and yet they have their take home cars, tablets, and AC for their lazy offices.
What this so called leader should do to cut costs is take away the entire 2nd Floor fleet of cars, you know, lead by example. But instead, he sits and watches the troops work harder with less.
And we have ROD to thank so we can learn about it in one place! Bet that gate gets fixed post haste and they are scrambling to analyze that photo taken by one courageous soldier!!
