Not long ago I wrote about a retired Lieutenant that committed suicide after a domestic incident. Nothing other than an email and cursory press release.
Since I have taken on the cause of running Stan Sniff out of office, a medically retired RSO employee and an active duty employee died. Sniff was not present at their funerals either.
The Perris child torture case that horrified a nation, where was Sniff? He sent others to press conferences.
He was, however posting photos of non-white employees that he promoted onto his campaign page in the weeks leading up to the election.
I will say this as an aside, I salute the wife for staying behind her man. In working with Joni and Friends – a faith-based disability ministry, I learned that there is an 80% divorce rate when a spouse gets disabled. This spousal loyalty is underscored by the photo of Stan with his paramour, (Sniff is still married) in multiple recent photos.
It appears hypocritical by Stan Sniff on one hand to highlight this one when three funerals in the last 9 months have been skipped. It is also in poor taste to use this as a campaign prop. This is what you’d expect from a man who flashes his badge when he gets pulled over.
Then the injured deputy himself signed his name to a facebook screed claiming that the RSA (the Union) did nothing to help him. As an Insurance Agent that understands benefits and Worker’s Comp, this assertion is absurd. While his getting shot by the (registered democrat and avowed leftist) sniper was tragic, it was a “Non-Industrial” Injury. It was not covered by Worker’s Comp. Even if the RSA intervened, the adjudication of disability and government benefits is out of everyone’s hands.
The injured deputy may well be complicit in allowing himself to be used by the Sheriff, or he may be too naive to understand how he is being manipulated. He will get some sort of fractional pension based on a formula that is out of any local jurisdiction – which is a hell of a lot more than this blogger would get if he got shot. (Ahem)
As an aside, it looks like the Sniffmeister has lost a ton of weight. It is alleged that he spends a lot of time locked in his office these days. Wood has lost a ton of weight as well.
There is a pattern starting to emerge that we will be laying out in more detail.
The very sad part about this is that this young deputy hasn’t been around long enough to know he’s being exploited by Sniff and “the Executioner.” These fake ass people have never cared about anyone other than themselves until it becomes “election time.” Now that it’s election year, we have Sniff and his court jesters running around trying to convince others they “care” about them. Sniff and his jesters are so desperate that a little while back they even wrote a letter for young Deputy McMillan to put his name on, so they could use that to try and win favor. They are trying everything they can to make the Riverside Sheriff’s Association look bad and make themselves look good. Using this young deputy’s misfortune to try and make yourselves look like better human beings is a new low, even for you morons.
Sorry Stanley, it’s too little too late!! Did you have the Executioner take his shirt off and show the young deputy his skull tattoos while he was there? You know there have been recent newspaper articles about numerous LA Sheriff’s deputies who were terminated for having those very same tattoos, but here in “Stan’s world” we will promote you to chief with those tattoos. Young Deputy McMillan does not deserve to be exploited any further just so Stan and his gang can get “their mileage” out of his misfortune.
I PERSONALLY had a conversation with Jason’s friend that was with him and the family at the Vegas hospital right after the shooting. It was RSA that was coordinating family flights and hotel arrangements for Jason and NOT Stan Sniff. The friend said that as soon as Lt. Manning showed up everything became political and the family noticed. Note what I said… Sniff sent a LT from the east end, not himself or a Chief… a LT. But now that Sniff got his ass kicked j. The election he is going to hug Jason close to his chest and try and get sympathy votes on Jason’s back.
Jason I am speaking directly to you friend. We have known each other for a few years and you are a good man that had a horrible thing happen to you. Do not compound the tragedy by allowing yourself to become a pawn of Stan Sniff. He did not care about you until it became politically convenient to him. You are better than this Jason. He will use you and discard you despite the fake smile and empty promises. Don’t turn your back on those of us you served with.
A deputy was shot last November and finally after getting pummeled in the polls, Stanley decides to drop by the house warming in hopes of some good facebook photos. Stanley you are complete slime. Our department is lucky enough to have two Stanley’s. Normal Stanley and Election year Stanley.
I don’t fault Mcmillan for this, and I certainly admire his girlfriend, (or wife-did they recently get married?). I’ve followed them since the shooting and she is as much a warrior as Jason. Unfortunately they don’t have the strength to tell Stanley and wood to look elsewhere for campaign help.
Oh yes, Stanley’s girlfriend! I know she reads this blog so I wonder if it makes her uncomfortable seeing a strong woman stand by her man after what she did to hers. She has nothing to do with this department yet she “represents” on our behalf at multiple events.
I believe the blogger is slightly incorrect. If Stanley really cared he could have done what Sandra Hutchins did for her deputies. HE PROVED HE DIDNT CARE WHEN IT HAPPENED. The difference: Stanley only cares about Stanley and now it’s about the election. What a POS! Stanley you are an embarrassment to us, an embarrassment to your wife, and an embarrassment to yourself. Stan and his assassin’s on the second floor have done some pretty low things in their attempt to remain in power, but this is a new low, even for the likes of the executive staff. To attend the housewarming party in their attempt to win votes is unacceptable. Would Stan and his minions have attended the event if it was not an election year, probably not. Stan did not attend Bill Sullivan’s funeral, nor did he attend Chris Sanford’s funeral. Jason Horton did, and tried to make a political statement out of it. And I see that “Redneck Ray” wore a short sleeve shirt to the event so he could show off his “kills” in between drinks to the ladies. For the second floor to approve of this behavior means only one thing, they all need to go. I am not the only one to hope that Chad cleans house come January. To take advantage of a fallen staff member like this is only done by the wicked.
Ali is another Octopus who’s been using the injured deputy for his political campaign. Ali has had Jason over for swimming and B-que’s trying to play the Patriot race card.
I just pray that these second floor sex perverts don’t start banging on his wife because it will really be a big blow for Jason.
Mike Manning is anything but a leader of men. He is a self-absorbed elitist that believes in his own mind that he is worthy of a management position. He was a marginal patrol deputy, did nothing while working SIB, and when he became a sergeant, he became involved with a subordinate and left his wife and two kids to marry the “eye candy” he was sending red roses to (she was in her early 20’s and Mike was in his mid 40’s at the time). Mike Manning then ordered a patrol deputy to arrest his wife, who was a secret service agent for an alleged violation of a restraining order, which went nowhere. And he did nothing as the Department’s PIO before being promoted to Lieutenant. And Mike Manning would go on trips to Vegas, so the Sheriff was actually doing Mike Manning a favor by sending him to vist McMillan in the hospital because Mike Manning was going to Vegas on the Department’s dime. And these are the staff memeber’s the second floor promotes and defends.
@1Tom34, she was 19. And Manning used to brag about being a skilled poker player who would get invites to poker tournaments in Vegas. He said he won tickets to the mid summer dreams party, during a poker tournament. For those who don’t know, that’s a party held at the Playboy Mansion. Manning said he didn’t go, because he went to see his partner Espinoza in the hospital. He was also involved in the Drinkwater scandal.
Sounds like he should be chief by now with his track record.

Mike Manning always thought he was better than everyone else, and it only got worse as he went up in rank. He thought of himself as superior to the other Sergeants at RPDC with his degree in English, and would look down upon the deputies’ Mike Manning even call several deputies losers (to the other Sergeants). He never did anything to improve morale, or help deputies out and had the attitude of,”what’s in it for me.” And he even bragged about winning $30,000 in one of his poker tournaments, now did he fill out a 1099, that is on him. But when you talked to him, it was always about him, and everyone else was inconsequential. Even his fellow sergeant at Norco would complain that all Manning did was talk on the phone with his new wife instead of helping out with staff work. And the second floor wonders why morale is going down the drain when they promote people like this.
It is a sad time for RSO ! To use tragic to gain votes in an attempt to stay in office. November can’t come fast enough. Time for change ! Time to move forward ! RSO deputies deserve a much better leader. SMH !

I also heard about Mike Manning setting up his soon to be ex-wife to get arrested, which appears to be an integrity issue on his part to have a Deputy arrest his wife for an alleged TRO offense at the kids school. Mike should have notified supervision, and have them notify the Secret Service so an impartial investigation into the allegations could be conducted, but of course he was “one of the boys” so the second floor did not hold him accountable for his actions. Nor did they hold him accountable for having a relationship with a subordinate. And Mike’s justification was, “we work at the same facility, on the same side of the week, with the same days off, but on different shifts.” And the second floor was O.K. with this? So, if a sergeant at a patrol station works W2, and dates a Deputy working W1, same facility, same side of the week, and the same days off, but on different shifts, that’s O.K., right? I bet they would have the sergeant assigned home, pending further investigation, which would be a disparity in treatment, but that means nothing to the second floor. And during his divorce, Mike kept saying, “My wife is gonna be a real bitch when it comes to property division.” Well Mike, the second floor may have protected you and your questionable behavior, but the second floor can’t help you in family court.
This is what really happened according to the source herself, Kylleen Coogan, who is the self appointed Spouse Support Group President. I could go on and on about this crazy lady but part of the confusion that Jason is under is due to the Sheriff and Kylleen.
(Background: Kylleen and I were pretty close acquaintances and our husbands have worked together for years. She has changed greatly from the days of wanting to have a group of spouses from the dept who could learn on one another in happy and bad times with the support of RSA. Once RSA cut ties with Kylleen -Sniff held his arms wide open to her. This is when things changed with Kylleen.)
Kylleen attended the same concert in Vegas with a Sgt. From the department. She was physically unharmed but rendered aid and later believed that when Stan asked her to go meet with Jason and his family she was still not in the best frame of mind. Sniff sent her and her friend who is a Sgt. to be at Jason’s side and serve as a liasion to the dept. When it came time to accommodations most were taken care of but what she needed – she called RSA! She didn’t get money from the Sheriff! Masson can attest that although he cut ties with Kylleen and her group he was more than willing along with RSA to help and did help. Kylleen even posted that she was not in the frame of mind she needed to be in and went home. My understanding from her was that RSA immediately helped and the Sheriff would send a high ranking deputy later to meet with Jason. Perhaps Jason thought the Sheriff provided the first response because of Kylleen but it was RSA and his fellow deputies that were there from the start.
I am not one to speak publicly of anyone, but Kylleen is
so proud of having so many department members and their family members on social media. She reports any and all anti Sniff or RSO posts back to Sniff. She joked about staying busy printing so many posts for the Sheriff to review, and then she made a remark about having fake profiles. I thought she was joking. Until my brother in law was pers’d due to a Facebook post done by his wife. There are others who have got in trouble due to their support of Bianco. Turns out Kylleen was not joking. She is a direct link to Stan who has many fooled. Her intentions may have been good at the beginning, but I was shocked at how low she has gone. She is just as bad as Stan Sniff. I urge all of you to use caution.
It is sad that Sniff has preyed upon Jason because during the first few very critical days it was not Sniff at his side! Sniff will use this to his advantage and will drop his “caring attributes” as soon as he is ousted from RSO, but the ones who won’t walk away are your brothers and sisters in law enforcement. We won’t leave you and time will tell.
Another dep was badly injured yesterday too how long until Stan starts to try and exploited him like he does Jason (prayers for the deputy). Remember when the Indio deputy was shot and theee days after the shooting Sniff showed up and took a photo with him then tweeted “Sheriff Sniff took time out of his day to visit Deputy ________” like it was some damn honor to the deputy to have him there. My family knows that if anything happens to me Stan Sniff and anyone in his admin aren’t allowed around and get Chad Bianco to speak at my funeral because at least he gives a damn.
I have always been critical of the RSO… However, ever since Chad ran for office and saw how he respects his wife… I have totally changed by perspective. People like Chad bring respect to the RSO.
