As you can see, the threat to shoot your intrepid blogger was implied. (The words are: “Remember – we have guns”) However, it is clearly a threat of Great Bodily Harm. The context of the threat also makes it clear that it is a Sheriff’s Office Employee. (If you can’t read the image, right click it and open it in a new window)
I traced the IP address. As luck / fate / the God that Stan denies the existence of would have it, it happens to correspond to a “Static IP address”. This means the IP address is in a fixed location.
As you can see the threat was made 7/18/2018 at 4:14 PM
It is a County of Riverside Computer in Moreno Valley.
A quick check of county staff in Moreno Valley indicates that the only County Office featuring armed people is in fact the Sheriff’s Station there.
I am sure that PSB (aka the RATT Squad) can pinpoint which computer was used to make the threat. The County has a gigantic range of static IP addresses as I determined from my research.
I will be talking to the Riverside Sheriff’s Office and filing a 422 investigation (a criminal complaint). When I get a case number, I will be talking to PSB (the RATT Squad) and filing an administrative complaint with them as well.
It appears that Assistant Sheriff Cleary and Chief Deputy Jason Horton have oversight of Moreno Valley. I think these two men probably don’t want their names on the internet associated with criminal threats especially since at least Mr. Horton has applied for jobs elsewhere.
Since people have posted my home address and cell phone number on the internet in an attempt to intimidate me, it should not be hard for anyone in management in the Sheriff’s Office to reach me. (This is known as “Doxxing”)
Some people may not understand that I have as much skin in this game as anyone else. My wife has been attacked as well, similar to wives of other employees of RSO. (even though I am 500 miles away)
I have been publicly threatened with a lawsuit. The second floor has been spreading rumors that they are attempting to either sue or prosecute me (or both). This has happened multiple times.
People have sent me anon messages with specific information suggesting that they have had a private investigator or have used investigative tools to gather information on me. Again, it is abundantly clear they have my contact info.
At approximately 4:22 PM 7/18/2018 Dave Kurylowicz left a disparaging comment against the RSA on a Facebook thread. Note that his comment was an hour old when this screenshot was taken. This puts Dave Kurylowicz in front of a computer around the time the threat came in from Moreno Valley. Remember, when Facebook says “1H” it could be 60-119 minutes prior – this means then that 4:14PM is smack in the range for Kurylowicz to have been on a computer throwing bombs.
Back in March – my wife was cyber stalked and her employer was called in an attempt to get her in trouble for things I was (and still am) writing.
The first screenshot is from March when a fake profile sent me threats. My wife has not used the last name Syverson since we got married nearly 12 years ago. Once again, this proves my assertion that Team Sniff has been using investigative tools in an attempt to retaliate against me.
It appears that those people that are threatening me anonymously have graduated to making physical threats of great bodily harm.
Being a veteran of rough political campaigns, threats are common. This is the second time my wife has been attacked, but the first time someone has gone to her employer. Over the years, I have had at least 20 legal demand letters sent to me by butt-hurt candidates that can’t take criticism, however, I have never been sued. The pattern from Team Sniff is a step above anything I’ve seen and indicates a growing level of desperation. I have never been threatened with great bodily harm in a campaign.
(BTW – my wife has no criminal history, which underscores the absurdity of these threats.)

To those of you reading this blog – I will not back down. It is now a personal mission to decimate Stan Sniff, his legacy and everyone around him that has been enabling him.
Special note to Supervisor Marion Ashley – I am being told you are going to endorse Stan Sniff, are you signing on to this?
Special Note to Kevin Jeffries, is this what you signed up to support when you endorsed Stan Sniff? I‘ve already written you an open letter loaded with facts about his failure, now add this to the list. Every time you see me tear in to Stan Sniff, understand that he and his crew by threatening my wife and threatening me with great bodily harm just gave me a moral release to have no restraint in what I do.
To anyone else sitting on the sidelines – what else do you need to see before you will stand up and say enough is enough?
Stan Sniff – I’m coming to run you out of office. I’m coming for your legacy. I’m coming for all of your enablers. I’m coming to burn it all down. I’ll do it by myself if I have to.

Unethical, immoral, dishonest, insecure and desperate people use threats to try and intimidate. (yes Stanley that includes you too) It amazes me the Stanley cronies who make their fake profiles to threaten employees, make unsubstantiated threats, post hysterically dishonest posts on their silly little “we love ourselves” facebook page, and attempt to discredit the honest employees and the blogger actually believe each other. It would not surprise me if it was Kurly that made the post. Mind you, he is the same completely incompetent pathological liar who is attempting to get LEMU employees to complain about the blog.. Side note: Kurly, everyone likes you as a person. Everyone also despises you as a cop. We all know you have no concept of the truth, and you really do have no concept of law enforcement. It would be great if you just retired and showed up once in a while to hang out around the station. By the way, the LGBT train is yesterdays news. None of us care! Quit telling everyone you are being bullied all the time. Quit accusing everyone that disagrees with you of being homophobic. ITS OLD AND WE DONT CARE! Most of all, quit telling everyone how important integrity is and how much you care. YOU ARE A DAMN HYPOCRITE. Everyone knows Stanley kept you out of prison. Everyone knows thats why you have sacrificed your integrity and kissed the ring. When you walk around the station, remember that absolutely no one, including the city council, believes you should be there. Its not because you are gay. It is because you are completely dishonest and incompetent.
To all the rest of Stanleys cronies, this latest post by the worlds greatest gardener is why the entire departments morale is in the toilet. If one of us posted that exact threatening post we would be hunted down and fired. As much as I hate to admit it, this investigation will go no where because it must in order to protect Stanley. You guys are riding your unethical train right over the ledge and instead of distance until derailment, yours is days until November.
We all know that the sheriff, and his admin cronies to include Kurly, do not care that they lie daily. I am going to go out on a limb and say there is no criminal background in the bloggers past or his wifes. Post the facts, as he does. its quite simple. If its a lie, your lies will be exposed. Similarly, all you butt hurt people with fake profiles complaining about the blog being lies, post the truth and destroy the credibility. Oh thats right, you cant.
I wake up every day hoping it is November 7th!!!!!!! I also have a feeling that some of the second floor are going to do the right thing and stand up for the rest of us.
Supervisor Ashley is as corrupt as Sniff. He sat on a bank board of directors with a local corrupt banker named Gene Wood. Wood was caught stealing thousands of dollars from a non profit Railroad Society where he was Treasurer. Wood was also involved in the theft of nearly $350k from a local non-product charity soup Kitchen. Beaumont/Banning are in Ashley’s district where the Beaumont City Council 7+1 (including Beaumont Police Chief Coe) were raided by the feds and indicted for decades of fraud, money laundering, and numerous other serious crimes. Purvis (then police chief of Banning) was in league with Coe via the BPAL program, and when the feds raided city offices and a local bank, Purvis decided he couldn’t do his job due to severe emotional distress, blaming it on a certain city council member. Purvis then sued the City of Banning for a whopping $300k and quit. Sniff immediately hired Purvis and stationed him in Hemet. Ashley never once visited Beaumont during this investugation nor did he even comment on his shame of them or his failure to monitor his city leaders. Maybe it was because it was around this time he announced his retirement and the county was naming a building after him.
Oh snap Egglpant is going to have a mess to clean up now.

Aaron, you have every right to say this is an implied threat. If the same words were on a school district’s computer, you bet the department would dispatch a CATCH Team investigator and tons of money in overtime would be spent.
Locating who wrote this will be easy peasy. The terminal may be assigned to someone (like in an office) or it’s used for report writing (and the deputies on duty will be questioned). These investigations are done all of the time and really don’t take much effort.
In today’s world, you cannot dismiss these “I was only joking” type rants. Keep the momentum going, November will be here soon.
Kurky, don’t throw yourself in with the second floor goon squad, as a person, you are better than that. But as a Captain, it’s time for you to leave. When the command staff resorts to these desperate tactics in their pursuit to remain in power, at any cost, and by any means necessary, they will cross the line, and it appears they have now. And even someone like you knows that if you as a commander aids, abets or encourages their behavior, you will be considered a principle in a moral, and legal sense. You don’t think that the second floor is not using Ali’s money to go after Aaron and his wife, or to spike his website. Dirty politics is all the second floor is known for. Look at who they promote, are they good leaders, or are they political selections (sorry if it hurts Kurky), but it’s going to take a long time to get the Department right again. We need new leadership because all Stan did was enrich himself, and his associates with no care for the working class under his command. I don’t agree with people attacking family members of Sniff’s supporters with questionable history on this website, but at this point, I believe Aaron has every right to go after Sniff, and the executive staff and supporters because they crossed the line and went after his family. To Stan and his marionettes, you are to blame for all the current problems you are experiencing during this election, and for all the negative incidents being exposed because if any of you were honest leaders, none of the staff members, former and current, would have opened up to Aaron on his website. Your problem as command staff members is that you do not hold your “favorites” accountable for their mistakes, and cover up their misdeeds and poor decisions, and promote them while the honest, hardworking and loyal staff members that carry the Department are treated like day laborers. History will not look kindly upon you come November 7. So promote your tools, like Dekker and Lamb, they will still be on probation come January.
Of course it was Kurly and if it had been any other employee using the county computer for this they would have the RATT SQUAD working on it right away. There would be disciplinary action taken if it were anyone else. I would investigate to terminate!
This administration has no problem lying, allowing others to lie for them and conducting fraudulent investigations to meet their needs. They have gotten away with it for so long they’re oblivious to it being wrong. The only only only way for it to stop is to take the promotional process away from the administration and have DOJ or FBI investigate and arrest these losers. Get rid of “At Will” I’ll make you a millionaire if you do my dirty work employees.
