My weekend started in bizarre fashion with three Hell’s Angels sitting near me on the plane I caught to Ontario and the boss-man looking at me and saying “You, you’re trouble”. That will be a great story to tell for years to come…
I had a list of places I wanted to visit and ended up hitting double the number of locations that I had planned to hit.
#1 I got to meet Donald Vincent Brooks. It is clear to me that Mr. Brooks is being railroaded and the reason he has not been utterly destroyed is because he fought back. It is my belief that Cornett, Pelato, Lenton and others will be held accountable for misconduct if Sniff is ousted as Sheriff. Otherwise Brooks is in for a years-long legal fight that I believe he wins.
#2 I went to the home of Carmen Mariscal. Her home was a gaudy display of a gigantic Stan Sniff banner and Stan Sniff signs. It is alleged that Mariscal’s business has issues – but what is known is that her business partner and brother is a Convicted Felon. That did not stop the Sheriff from accepting multiple checks from the business and a recent $5k Check from Carmen herself.
#3 I learned that Lt. Magnan, (who is despised by his men) is allegedly having an affair with the office manager of the Lake Elsinore Station. So not only is Magnan condescending and sadistic to his subordinates, he is a scumbag who is cheating on his wife. (At least that is what I think of him and apparently I am not alone) I learned this when I received an anonymous request to go check out the broken gate at Lake Elsinore. The gate at the Lake Elsinore Station is “kind of” fixed. I did not end up going to Lake Elsinore, but also had a chance interaction with the Mayor of Lake Elsinore at an event Sat PM. Suffice to say their City Council are not fans of Stan Sniff…
I also ended up shooting a second video from the alley behind the old, drab relic from the 1950’s. I also got to see the main jail, which was the scene of an embarrassing escape that we wrote about. They ended up digging a tunnel between the buildings after the escape. BREAKING NEWS – the Door in the tunnel is broken and has to be locked and unlocked with a key.
#5 I visited Moreno Valley Station, which is run by one of the biggest cowards in the entire department (not named Stan Sniff), Dave “Kurly” Kurylowicz. It was interesting to see how nice the building was, especially knowing what a disaster the management of it is. Kurly is known for having several fake facebook accounts that he uses to attack people with. He has also used fake accounts I believe to be his to attack my business and my wife.
#6 I visited Mohammad Ali Mazarei’s AM/PM Travel Zone. I indicated I was getting a Slurpee there, I was later informed when I saw Ali that night that AM/PM sells ICEE’s. I could not tell the difference. Mohammad had a ton of campaign stuff in his place, I assumed he was out campaigning, which is why I missed him. It turns out that Ali owns the Truck Stop and the Car Wash on the same premises.
Some of the only places I saw Sniff Signs where where Ali Placed them, at Chandi’s AM/PM stations and around the Moreno Valley Station – ostensibly placed by Kurly (hopefully off the clock, ahem).
One of the neatest things in a long time happened when I was in the parking lot of Mohammad’s Travelzone center – a deputy from a nearby Station rolled up next to my rental car and introduced himself to me. He thanked me for what I was doing to deal with the Corrupt Sheriff!
#8 I visited Hemet Station. I had to see where Leonard “Lenny” Purvis was keeping Chad Bianco in the cooler. Hemet’s proximity to Banning made it make sense for why Purvis ended up in Hemet. Hemet is a complete war zone. I saw gang bangers riding their bikes along main street. (and a lot of blight and spray paint)
#9 Was the Palm Desert Disaster. I said hello to Geronimo Contreras, Richard Ramirez, Sgt Selfie (aka Robert Garcia) and Captain Huskey. The Palm Desert Station looks really nice from the outside, but it is a complete and utter disaster inside. Dilapidated equipment, mismanagement and dysfunction are the order of the day.
#10 Epic Sign Trolling – out in “The Desert” as they call the Palm Springs Area (which includes 5 cities spread out over some 40 miles), Chad Bianco’s campaign signs were ubiquitous, especially in areas near the Sheriff Substations. Two such photos are embedded, including the double 2×4 sign across from Thermal Station.
#11 Thermal Station. This is the home of some of the worst equipment in the entire department. Most of the rusted out cars were parked at this station. Similar to Palm Desert, they are beset by malfunctioning BWC Chargers, antiquated computers, shortages and the like.
#12 Criminal Defense Attorney John Dolan. Stan Sniff has taken two checks from Dolan who is defending the monster that murdered two Palm Springs Police Officers. One of the slain deputies is the wife of a current Sheriff’s Deputy. I also saw the memorial on Highway 111 naming that road after the slain officers. Of all the things that Stan Sniff has done, taking TWO campaign checks from John Dolan is the most outrageous (with perhaps the Kevin Duffy serial child molester Cover-Up being worse).
LUCKY #13 – the Riverside County Dump. Aka: Stan Sniff’s home. I decided to check out the neighborhood of Stanley. The neighborhood looks a lot like many neighborhoods in Roseville, with the exception that Stanley’s neighborhood is one of $1.3MM homes (or more). I guess having a 1980’s construction home with a 3 car garage, over-sized lot and about 2500 sqf. costs $1.3MM in the City of Riverside. True to form, Sniff had a county vehicle parked in front of his home and not in a garage (like everyone else is told to do).
Stan Sniff is a bully who also happens to be an incompetent leader. The evidence of his ham-fisted tyrannical management style is legion.
I was told this weekend that NO LESS THAN 7 Lieutenants are being Personnel Investigated (aka PERS-ed) by Stan Sniff’s goon squad (internal affairs). One of those Lt’s by the name of Lujan was mentioned specifically. Amazingly, I have never spoken to or met anyone named Lujan.
I am also aware of at least 5 more rank-and-file level employees being PERS’ed – beyond the young man that was suspended for two weeks (without pay) for snapping a picture of himself in uniform with a Chad Bianco sign in his hands.
I went to Riverside County for one purpose. If you are afraid of Stan Sniff, please come forward (aaronfpark71@yahoo.com) you are not alone. If a blogger from Roseville, CA can drive through the belly of the beast and stand up to the corrupt Sheriff, so can you.
Stan Sniff is wounded, but he is not done yet. Now is your best chance to restore justice to Riverside County. I am here to give you a voice and yes you can remain anonymous.

In law enforcement, a well-known (and in limited circles) revered leader was J. Edgar Hoover. Since his death, it was revealed he was not the towering pillar of justice he portrayed himself to be. Over decades, he increased his power by illegally collecting damaging personal information on government and political leaders and intimidating, deceiving, misleading, defrauding and terrorizing his employees and others. He directed federal law enforcement officers to violate constitutional mandates to blackmail his enemies. He was malicious and vindictive to anyone who dared question him or cast a shadow on his limelight.
Mental and Emotional Issues
Most rank-and-file officers will never interact with the likes of the infamous, but many will be unfortunate enough to be placed under the authority of someone who, because of some type of mental issue, will lead by fear. A supervisor will lead by fear for several reasons: Some leaders may have mood swings, an impulse disorder, an antisocial personality disorder or post-traumatic stress disorder (aka PTSD). Some leaders may have a decreased or increased sense of themselves.
FEAR IS A DISGUISE
Fear-based leadership is often used to cover the leader’s fear and insecurities, whether they’re aware of it or not. A leader using this approach usually does so to hide behind their wall of intimidation and organizational authority. It won’t always be consciously noticeable by others, but they’ll be able to feel it. Eventually, it influences employees to create their own doubts and lack of confidence.
RESPECT IS GENUINE
Leaders who are truly respected, aren’t “done” once they’ve achieved a certain title. They continue to earn the esteem of their employees, regardless of their position. A common trait of great leaders is their ability to set the pace by being the visible symbol of what they want others to become, inspiring others through their own efforts. Those who gain respect lead by example.
You failed S/Sniff, you’re a scared little coward who you used people to destroy peoples careers. Don’t use pictures of you in uniform, you lost the right and privilege to wear it. Rot slowly.
My jaw hit the ground when I saw you were at Bozo’s House. My first thought was what legal action will they take against you to retaliate. Isn’t that a shame, a long time employees first inclination is that the Sheriff will retaliate against someone? That’s how life is for people in RSO, we all have to live in fear of a 70 year old drunk on a power trip. He will be gone soon and a man of honor will take his place. If they’re not let go or, at the very least, relieved of their responsibilities, it is clear you’re condoning their behavior. In fact, you encourage it.

ROD, I missed your visit but could have directed you to the real entrance Stan uses to get into Admin. He does not use the glass doors off of the alley, but a solid door closer to his parking space. You see, Stan can move his parking space wherever he wants in order to be closer to those glass doors. There is no need for this because the solid door next to his parking space is the back stairwell access door he can take to his office. The door has a security camera covering it, however that camera was ordered to be turned off, why? All of the other exterior cameras are still functional, except for that one. The security company technician thought is was strange when he was told to shut that camera down. This is how Stan is able to esscort his lady friends in and out without evidence of it taking place.
This also how Diyoyo was able to walk into the stairwell, show off his new handgun to another Chief and have an accidental discharge. Good thing this happened in the concrete stairwell and not around the public of the front office to Sheriff’s Admin (too many witnesses there). Was there an investigation for failure to properly handle a firearm? Since everyone in the building heard the gun fire it was hard to brush it away, but not for the spin doctors. The excuse was ‘I just dropped it while climbing the stairs’ Hey Diyoyo, that handgun was drop tested by the military at 15 feet and passed, not the 1.5 feet you state, someo e pulled the trigger??
@Bandsaw – I saw the corrupt Sheriff at the RivCo GOP Dinner on Sat Nite. Sniff did not stay long. (Imagine that)
So Aaron came for a visit and got an eyeful, outstanding. And to meet with Lake Elsinore City officials is icing on the cake. That just goes to show what an epic failure Capt. Dan Anne and Lt. Kevin Smith are in securing support for Sniff’s re-election campaign from the city officials they interact with on a regular, if not daily basis. And to add insult to injury, associate pastor Kevin “Have gun-will travel” Smith, grew up in the area, yet he lacks the capacity to develop relationships with local political figures, incredible.
It just seems Lake Elsinore can’t get their act together, and stay off the ROD radar. There will be nothing left of Dan Anne’s command by the end of the year. But at least Smith can still play deacon, with one hand on the good book, and one hand on his overpriced pistol, reminiscing about his days working traffic on Railroad Canyon, and pissing everyone off, including the Perris deputies.
But to visit Stan Sniff’s “hood” is beyond brassy Aaron. I can’t tell you the number of people that are impressed with your video. I hear the second floor mutants and all spun up and worried you will pay their hood a visit next. You even have Kurly toes on edge, which is a good thing. Now the delinquent degenerates that reside on Lemon Street know what it’s like to have their malfeasance exposed for the whole world to see.
The Sheriff and a majority of his command staff did nothing in their careers, they screwed over good people just because they could, and ruined the careers of honest, hard working, and loyal employees just to promote their tools to maintain their control. Your days are numbered and come January, I hope Bianco walks each and every one of you out of the building.
Thank you for your visit Aaron, and if you recall, Peckerhead Wood and Jughead Vest reside in the Hemet area, so now you know why Ray Wood is affectionately called “Pecker Wood” by everyone on the Department. And they wonder why so many of the managers at RSO are referred to as banjo babies by the deputies. The second floor behaves more like the Roscoe P. Coltrane type of lawman than career professionals in a progressive police Department. Maybe next time your in town, you can visit Peckerhead Wood’s double wide and Jughead Vest’s section 8 neighborhood housing.
Thermal Station… didn’t Lieutenant Pauling recently get moved from SIB to Thermal? Doesn’t he live in the West-End of the county? Is this part of Stanley’s “road therapy”? I sure hope not, I always thought Pauling was a cool dude. It would be too bad if this is what is happening yet again… but reading all I have read, sounds like it may be the case.

The fact Kurlynads talks shit about RSA, our future Sheriff Chad Bianco and openly makes rude comments about Bianco supporters is sad. Hey Kurly, your Facebook page is an embarrassment and slap in the face of the real cops that work at RSO. The entire MoVal station is a joke from what I hear. I laughed when I read a reply earlier about Bodnar, who is a clown too. He was useless as a deputy and screwed his beat partners. Jon often kissed administrators asses so it’s no surprise he got promoted. Sad to hear Heim retired, now MoVal only has one good lieutenant remaining. When Bianco gets elected, I hope he removes all those that have caused damage to RSO. Most were mentioned in this thread and there are many more.

Most of my beat partners at Mo Val are boycotting the picnic because they spend enough time with our worthless management staff like Bodnar, Clark and Kurly fries. But to see them sucking up to the likes of Vest, Wood, Horton, Gutierrez, Kubel and Graves would only result in making us heave our lunch. But to see the rest of the tools like Robert “Break leather” Rose, Aaron “the fucking cheater” Kent, Nathan “snake eyes” Kaas, Kevin “I get no respect”’Lamb, Greg “Mr sexy” ’Negron, Kent “I panicked like a little girl” Werges, Kevin “quick draw” Smith, John “selfie” Lenton and the “Brooks trio” (Steve “I claim incompetence” Brosche, Robert “trust me it’s a good case” Cornett and Tony P) kissing up to the command staff would add insult to the already pathetic event.
I really hope Bianco cleans house with all these Captains and above at RSO who are all horrible Sniff drones–many of which–are horrible leaders just like him. Great cops work at RSO and many of them are leaving because of this toxic leadership.
