Then I also got a facebook message from an informant known to me but requesting anonymity about Kurly not having a good time at the Moreno 
I was at a state of the City Event today 8/22/18 in Moreno Valley , and I witness a Captain or Lt I do not know his rank, but his last name is Kurylowicz, be so DISRESPECTFUL , to Mr Bill Young the RSA Union President. Mr Young put out his hand to great Mr Kurylowicz AND he refused to shake Mr Young’s hand, said he does not trust him.(In a very loud voice). He looked like a complete Ass. Who does that!!!! This was a public event , not a place to act like a fool.
Maybe he was having a bad day, He does look very SICK, But there is no reason to be so unprofessional, Stan sure know how to pick them.

IT seems that Kurly’s efforts have been central to key issues within the cover up for Kevin Duffy, and he has been acting out a lot more lately.
he has been a top Stan Sniff lieutenant for years and we wonder what these expose’s effect has been on him has been as we keep finding more and more bits about a lot of management within the RSO.
Captain Kurly has become a complete an utter asshole. Dissing the RSA president is inexcusable and sad so I’m going to show the same disrespect. Bill has busted his ass for the RSA membership. Damn, Kurly is so far up Stan’s asshole, oh wait, that’s going too far. I’ll digress with a possible homophobic comment. Look at Kurlynads’ Facebook page. Nothing but Stan this and re-elect that. Special K has always shown offense by the slightest things. He gets ill with the slightest amount of stress, even cries at times. Back in the day I recall a younger Kurly on patrol, his hair was highlighted and he appeared scared every time he handled a call for service. Hey David, remember how you sat on one side of the briefing room all by your lonesome while the real deputies sat on the other side? You thought you were better than us real cops even back then. He tried so hard to be a real patrol Deputy but it just didn’t pan out. Piss poor officer safety caught up to you and you almost got killed. Then you shot up the ranks without doing much of anything but kissing administers asses. We all thought David was a nice guy but obviously we were all wrong. David the dope is now a poster BOY for failed leadership and does nothing for the good of the department. Go away Kurly, you shouldn’t be in law enforcement. Fall back on one of your degrees and start a less stressful career, like hairstyleing or something.
Shame on you Kurly, you of all people know better than to act that way in public. any issues you have with Bill Young, or RSA should have been addressed “in-house,” and not in public. Do you remember a particular Captain at a patrol station that was ignoring your requests for a meeting, that was rude and discourteous toward you as LEMU President. But you kept that issue an in-house matter. And no, none of this has to do with your alternative liife style. Kurly, we at Mo. Val. like you as a person Kurly, and have nothing against you, but it’s the way you are acting toward others because you fear the second floor and are not doing the right thing. Everyone knows the cretins on the second floor have you by your Kurly fries, but stand up for a change to do what is right. What you did was wrong, and you owe an apology to everyone. You see what is happening at Lake Elsinore right now, and how the mayor has thrown her support toward Chad Bianco, you will be next if you don’t fix yourself, like now brother. So stand up for yourself and do what is right or you will be like Jughead Vest, Redneck Ray Wood and the rest of the second floor standing in the cheese line come January. We expected better out of you.

What the hell is wrong with you Kurly, picking a fight in public with RSA President Bill Young. We all know you owe the freak show attractions on the second floor for your promotion to Station Commander, but show some tact and consideration would you. As a Captain, diplomacy dictates that you exhibit discretion while in the public eye because your public behavior is a direct reflection on the executive staff. You can show your love for Sniff and the rest of the village idiots (his command staff) in your social media account, but what you did only hurt the deputies under your command. You need to call it quits before you are “encouraged” to submit your retirement papers. Kurly, you are a disappointment to us all with your erratic behavior.
Special K is gonna lose his mind, and toss his Kurky Fries in the process when he reads this. And yes he will become very emotional, but as Lt. Zach “mat room” Hall says,”It’s okay to cry (as your giving an interview in the basement).” You did this to yourself Dave, and will have to answer for your actions. So if Kurky shuts the door to his office, the deputies at Mo. Val. might want to do a safety check on him, just to make sure he don’t start playing with his gun like Lt. Kevin “The Reverend” Smith did in his office.

Anyways, so Kurly toes and Jeff Gibba, Councilmember for Moreno Valley were at some public event and Kurly confronted Jeff about some shit talk going on with him and Sniff…. Well those who know Jeff ( like I do ) is someone you don’t want to mess with because will confront you and put you in your place. So after Kruly confronted by raising his voice at Jeff at the public event and publicly humiliating him , Jeff responded back by raising his voice and telling Kurly Toes ” You and Stan Sniff are FUCKEN liars.” immediate members of the public escorted them both out of the venue to hash out their issues.
