If you’ve read the blog, you’ve seen several disturbing patterns related to Stan Sniff emerge.
They cover up crimes by mangement.
They cover up bad news
They cover up cheating
They cover up molestation
They blame everyone else for their problems
They don’t play well with others
Corona PD, Hemet PD, Murrieta PD, Banning PD and other local jurisdictions view the RSO as a joke. Wouldn’t you if you saw the crap coming out of the Sheriff’s Office they have known about
Remember when the Muslim Terrorist opened fire on a Company Party in San Bernardino County 10/2015, not far from areas of Riverside County?
The SWAT Team was at the Ben Clark Training Center and Sniff happened to be there at the same time firing off their weapons. Despite calls for assistance, no one from RSO arrived at the scene in San Bernardino County.
Worse, Sniff and his second floor sent out a department-wide email forbidding people (as in you will get fired for insubordination) from “Self-Deploying” to San Bernardino County. That’s correct, good Cops that wanted to respond to the SB Sheriff’s Calls would have been Investigated by losers like Loren Tyler Clark, Bodnar and Bostrom and then terminated for showing up.
Remember when Christopher Dorner went on a Cop-Killing Rampage?
Dorner was terminated by LAPD/SD for excessive use of force. His rampage started when he murdered the daughter and boyfriend (a USC Cop) of the Captain that PERS-ed him.
LAPD/SD went on alert but did not tell other agencies why they were deploying officers / deputies to the houses of employees all over Southern California.
In the meantime, Dorner’s rampage takes him to San Diego where an attempt to steal a boat fails, next, he ends up in Corona shooting at officers / deputies. Due to the incompetence and stupidity of the LAPD/SD a responder in Corona was forced to use a cell phone to call the CHP. This finally triggered alerts to other law enforcement agencies.
In the meantime, Dorner murders a Riverside PD officer and paralyzes another. A team from RSO’s Perris Station was on the way, but they were called off by Sniff and Crew.
Instead the San Bernardino Sheriff’s Department shows up.
It does not stop there. Dorner ends up in Big Bear holed up in someone’s house. Even though Riverside’s (as in Sheriff’s) SWAT Team is within a short drive (as they were in a close area of the county to Big Bear), the Riverside SWAT Team was not allowed to respond by the Sheriff.
Yes, the rightondaily Blog has to tell these stories because the local media are either under the influence of Sniff or scared of him.
Stan Sniff could not be bothered to respond to the San Bernardino Terrorist Attack or the Murder of Law Enforcement Officers. Add this to the growing list as we continue to lay wide open the 11 year disaster that this Malignant Narcissist has perpetrated on Riverside County.

Bad leadership is like a flat tire. It’s very hard to go anywhere until you change it. Let’s put new leadership in RSD!
The day soldiers stop bringing you their problems is the day you have stopped leading them. They have either lost confidence that you can help them or concluded that you do not care. Either case is a failure of leadership.
Poor leadership impacts every area of business: Leadership is such a high impact element of a business, and if it’s poor, it can lead to retention issues, decreased engagement, scaling issues, low employee performance, and morale, etc. It’s one of those things that no matter where poor leadership is coming from (from a front line manager all the way to a top executive member), it will have its repercussions. The impact on employees when leadership is poor includes:
(1) Confusion, misunderstanding
(2) Unable to bond to a common organizational goal / cause
(3) Low morality and culture of mediocrity
(4) Misalignment of “do what you say, say what you mean, mean what you do”
(5) Erosion of integrity, professional values, work ethics etc
(6) Communication from the “leadership” is disregarded, ignored, viewed skeptically.
(7) Unpredictable business performance
(8) Low employee engagement / employee dissatisfaction
RSD has employees that equal or better to any in the country, but as an organization as a whole it has always been looked down on . The reason for this, I believe, is there has never been a real street, ass kicking, stack of booking sheets type individual as the leader. So they really have no clue what it’s all about. We have all worked with the dept leaders on patrol or jail and know most never did anything respectable relating to police work. Have you ever said to yourself, “How the hell did they get promoted.” And its funny, after they get promoted they all of a sudden think they’re the shit and know everything. Observe and identify these insecure people and teach them how to lead. Be safe

RSO has never been about mentoring others for the greater good. It’s always been about individualism and management school. Hell, Sniffcompoop puts more weight into the sniveling millennial who has his/her “click, order, and pay” degree than the warrior who makes good arrest and shares intel with their beat partners. Many of you who think you’re smarter than the true warrior, I saw you cheating to get those degrees, sharing papers and tests answers. Even going to school on duty!!
You’re correct, we wonder WTF did the latest stooge captain do to get their position and pray they don’t fuck things up by “reinventing the wheel” or “making the station their own,” which they eventually do because they’re high on power and believe they are the shit (and why not, that 2nd Floor is all about self promotion. I bet their cheeks are tired from all that sucking they do).
Will a new sheriff change this? Let’s hope and put our faith in Bianco who (as I know him to be) is a good, ethical man who wants to bring the department up from the sludge and restore its reputation.
Sniffcompoop has proven he doesn’t care, nor do the minions he’s hand picked to cushion him from the truth. Hell, before he leaves, watch who else he promotes. Rest Stop Raimee is supposedly going to be a lieutenant (will the department have her in charge of a brothel? Will prostitution be legal in riverside county soon?) and that fat fuck Dekkar is already in power.
Bianco has a long, uphill road to walk before things are in balance. But the fact he wants the job (whilst he could just retire or find work elsewhere) speaks volumes.

How does a little Ol’ blogger from NoCal keep pulling Stanley’s covers? By telling the truth and uncovering his lies. I would love to be a fly on the wall in Stanley’s office. He must go ape shit everytime another story gets exposed for the world to see the truth. Not what Stanley and the fake news PIO want the public to know.

I happened to run into Deputy Duran who worked the Robert Presley Jail about 10 years ago. He now works for a State agency.
He was telling me he hated working for RSO… The tyrannical, self serving leadership made him seek other pastures, he knew that in order to be promoted he had to assimilate into the thuggish world of Sniff ( El Negro Durazo Americano) and that’s we he made a decision NOT to prostitute his ethics and moral. Therefore, he “ whacked “ the RSO by saying Fuck You Im out here.!!!!

@John S., you are on point, the second floor does not mentor their people, this is the only organization where they destroy a staff member that shows promise and potential (innovation and ingenuity). I have been present where a Lieutenant has told a sergeant “if you promote to Lieutenant, you will be my competition.” So the higher ups intentionally “smut up” a staff members reputation in order to promote their friends and tools they can control instead of embracing that employee that is a free thinker.
If Done Wrong is who I think it is, he is a man I highly respect, if not, I still respect him! He has always told the truth!
I remember the morning Dorner was running around causing hell, we asked supervision if we could take our patrol rifles with us while transporting inmates and we were told per admin we could not. Thanks for looking out for us Sniffy.
Sniff and his warped minded administration were always more worried about the possibility of Sniff’s political reputation somehow getting soiled if something ugly happened due to our response. Instead of doing the right thing for the right reason, they would rather have us do nothing so there is no likelihood of Sniff’s name being tarnished. All the other agencies who have strong leaders responded and assisted any way they could, but our deputies were ordered not to respond or assist and had to standby and watch.
We are sick and tired of piss poor decision makers and a coward leading an organization full of strong and courageous warriors. We are a large organization of law enforcement officers who need to be assisting our neighboring agencies when bad things happen. We cannot afford to have a leader who is more concerned about himself than he is about public safety.

Sniff has never cared about any of his people. He only cares about his political career and what people could do for him. If he cared about his deputies he would not leave them so short staffed their backup is an hour away. They would have cars and radios that worked. It’s hard to believe he ever worked the streets. I would love to see him in a situation he needs help and doesn’t have the proper equipment or any back up. He’s a disgusting narcissist who doesn’t care about anyone but himself.
