Story #1 on 6-12-2018 within 7 days of election night was full of information, including these highlights:

More than one deputy was kicked off a special team by the second floor, some for having a Chad Bianco Lawn sign and others because of the actions of other third parties (not themselves!) Somehow that retaliation was supposed to show that third party who was boss or something. The retaliation also included changing Regular Days Off (because they can) under the guise of eliminating “Yellow Days” (think hammering the taxpayers for overtime). Magically, the employees that were screwed with were all Chad Bianco supporters!

Speaking of overtime, we bring you this story from Jarupa Valley Station featuring one of our favorites, Sgt. Christian “Baluga” Dekker. Dekker signed up for some overtime at Jarupa, he showed up at 5AM was logged in as a deputy (meaning he had to take calls), but reputedly never left the office the entire time. Yup, we got ripped off for 12 hours of overtime by Christian Dekker. As he left at 5PM. (But I am sure he illegally recorded his co-workers if his pattern was consistent with past stories) Perhaps Ray Wood is getting a signed statement from Dekker.

Apparently on 6/9/2018 the day I am referencing, Shift 2 at Jurupa Valley had something like 9 deputies on the clock including “The Baluga” Dekker who was beached in an office all day. The City got ripped off.

As you can see, Stan Sniff’s Narcissistic rage started on election night, as the retaliation against anyone perceived to be a Chad Bianco Supporter started almost immediately.

On 6/28 Stan Sniff had a fundraiser at El Felonasco Restaurant, continuing his pattern of associating with Felons.

6/26/2018 – Stan Sniff Golden Boy Bob Epps does his part to further the Narcissistic Rage of Stan Sniff, having Lt. Werges toss Rafael Cuevas off of the Bomb Squad.

On 6-27-2018, we exposed a major failure in Leadership. We blew the lid off of more antiquated, malfunctioning equipment and the listless, incompetent leadership at Lake Elsinore Station. (Captain Daniel Anne, Lt. Smith and Lt. Magnan)

  1. The Sgt pointed out that he was in the field because several in Sheriff’s Admin indicated that the “Watch Commander” should be in the field.
  2. They indicated that the staffer attempted to reach the Sgt. on the WC Cell Phone.
  3. The WC cellphone did not work.
  4. The Sgt. Indicated to the Captain, Captain Anne that the Cellphones were malfunctioning and obselete.
  5. As the irate citizen started becoming so enraged he was spitting on the glass of the station – Lt. Smith and Magnon continued sitting in their respective offices while the now freaked out staffer was finally able to reach the Sgt. who was several miles away from the Station.
  6. The Sgt. pointed out that there were more armed people in the station at the time of the incident than were out in the field.
  7. The Sgt. pointed out that there is a need for updated cell phones that actually work every time they are needed.

The following week, on 7-2-2018, we profiled a witch hunt going on at Lake Elsinore as the embarrassed Station leadership were trying to hunt down our sources.

It also included a follow-up story on Lt. Robert Rose, who miraculously still has his job (and did not get disciplined at all) despite pulling his gun on Civilians TWICE in road rage incidents. (Compare that to the deputy who got suspended 2 weeks for taking a picture of himself with a Chad Bianco sign) Rose made some extremely racially charged comments at a training class he was teaching. (Yes, Stan Sniff has this guy training people)

Finally on 6/28, we opened up a story and expose’ on a lot of misconduct at the Southwest Jail. It included an inmate getting a gun in to the jail. (this apparently happens a lot after Assistant Sheriff Jerry Guitierrez made policy changes making it harder for CD’s to search people)

Stan Sniff’s leadership of the Riverside Sheriff’s Office is a Disaster.

  1. THE TIME HAS COME TO DRAIN THE SWAMP!!!

It’s time to drain the swamp and ALL the LIARS in Sniff’s camp should be flushed down that drain! 13 days left, the men and women of RSO can’t wait for that day to arrive.

And to keep everyone from forgetting about how dishonest and dirty Kurylowicz is, I’m going to be re-posting this for the next 13 days:

A quote from Palm Springs Mayor Pro Tem J.R. Roberts: “The only thing worse than bigotry is someone lying about it for political gain.”

    You be the judge: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pI8y8k8q-Ps&feature=youtu.be

By the way, for anyone who may be offended by reading anything on this blog, here’s a NEWS FLASH, you don’t have to look at it! It doesn’t automatically pop up on your computer screen unless you purposely search for it. So don’t search for it and then start whining about what you’ve read on it.

  2. When you are on top, the view is pretty good; everyone else is looking up at you. For an autocrat, this is intoxicating. In time they believe in their power and entwine the future of the organization with their own capacity to lead. They surround themselves with those who will are willing to sublimate themselves to this power. Such people are incapable of change because their sense of self worth is linked to their autonomy. Change is akin to death.

Strong leaders, unlike autocrats, are capable of change because they have the wisdom to see that their leadership needs the support of other strong-minded people. They are open to alternate points of view and are willing to act on those points of view if they believe that change is necessary.

Stan Sniff is an autocrat and will not change without being forced. An indication of his inability to acknowledge his people’s pain is he will not step down and let he healing begin. This man may be the most despised person in RSD history. Such is the case with autocrats. They do what they want to do, not what needs to be done.

S/Sniff rot slowly I will never forget. And to those who did his dirt rot slower.

  3. Never have I seen such a lack of leadership in an organization than I have in “Riverside Country.” Instead of being a progressive Department with innovative management, they act more like inbred banjo babies. We do have good people in the Department, but they are out numbered by the cretins that Sniff and the second floor have promoted. It’s these misfit toys like Aaron Kent, Michael Manning and Kent Werges that brings shame and embarrassment to the Department and makes the rest of us look bad. There will always be political considerations in management, but they should be few and far between, but that is all Lemon Street has been promoting in their hope they can stay in power. Does the second floor really think Christian Dekker, Robert Rose, Kevin Smith and Tyler Clark were the best selections for promotion. Or that Marty Tochtrop, Nathan Kaas and Steve Brosche were the best to go to special assignments. All the executive staff did was alienate everyone with these selections, and our response to this favoritism and nepotism will be exhibited on November 7.

  4. The problem here is Stan Sniff ( El Negro Durazo) is so drunk on power that this Vato thinks he’s immune from the law of justice.

Sniff must be close to turning 70 years old, no children let alone grandchildren, hand tremors, his teeth need extensive dental work ( he’s due for dentures top and bottom) and maybe wears adult diapers extra absorbent. Why not retire?, and enjoy traveling with your wife. This man has made his money, now retire and spend it.

    Vote Chad Bianco 2018.

  5. With the likes of the inbred swing we have on the second floor, no wonder we are in a state of disrepair. With Jughead Vest, Peckerhead Wood, Gutierrez, and Kubel making the decisions, no wonder they are promoting all the troglodytes in the department. When it comes to critical thinking, they got the short end of the stick, and their selections for promotions and special assignments proves it. Do Horton, Evans and Raya really believe that Kurly was their best choice for Captain? And look at what is happening at Jurupa Valley and Lake Elsinore, those stations are on fire, yet the second floor has done nothing to put out the flames. This is a failure to perform on the part of the executive staff, but then again, they never cared about the troops, so why should they care about the department as long as they have an office to hide in on Lemon Street and collect a check. They allow their favorites to cheat on promotional tests (Aaron Kent), they allow incompetence to flourish (Kent Werges), and they look the other way instead of holding staff accountable (Robert Epps). So it’s time to drain Lemon Street, and maybe the Glass Palace (BOS) will follow.
