Jack Duran clearly has a reason for supporting this non sense. Maybe he is a first generation anchor baby, he has illegal family members, or he gets some incentive from his illegal stance. I don’t live in Placer County, but for a predominantly republican county, how did this idiot get elected?

As a Hispanic I do not support rewards for criminals.
