In a paid facebook ad, Sniff touts his left wing credentials while attempting to paint Chad Bianco as an extremist. He features the left-wing Dog-Whistle “Gay Conversion Therapy” which is a deceitful label the extreme left has placed onto Gender Dysphoria and Sexual counseling people willingly choose to participate in to alleviate confusion. Recent court cases and a withdrawn bill in the CA State legislature underline that Sniff’s stance is opposed to the first amendment rights of counselors and people who are seeking help for feelings that they are uncomfortable with or believe are wrong. (Imagine that, not everyone thinks homosexuality is right)
Sniff also touts gun control in his ad using the leftist talking point of “Common Sense Gun Safety Laws” – such as confiscating legally obtained weapons without due process and the like…
Paging H Paul Payne and the NRA… Oh, that’s right, the check has cleared, hasn’t it? From a department member:
Amazing, he (Sniff) promotes anti gun laws while purchasing numerous special firearms that are not approved for department use, and using his authority as the sheriff to bypass the 15-day waitlist, even though his own policy requires the firearms be for department related use. Yep, what’s good for you isnt good enough for him.
Sniff’s campaign also constructed a 30 second video, ostensibly to go on Cable TV in leftist areas of the county and/or social media that ties Chad Bianco to the Tea Party and repeats similar talking points.
In the last 3 weeks Stan Sniff’s campaign and allies has/have done the following:
Staged a homophobia attack on camera with no evidence or proof.
Staged a fake hate crime
Had a donor claim racism on camera with no evidence or proof.
Now Sniff is publicly going hard left in his campaign – attempting to rely on the local papers for validation and launching hard-left attacks in a non-partisan race.
It is clear that Stan Sniff is trailing smoke and the allegations (with evidence mind you) of malfeasance and corruption have taken their toll as he is doing a standard left-wing pivot to try and reset the narrative.
In the meantime, the local GOP could not get out of its’ own tracks long enough to even have a vote on an endorsement for Riverside Sheriff. This kind of leadership failure has been all too common in my 20+ years in GOP politics.
Stanley you are a scumbag. You and your minions can lie all you want. People of Riverside County are not stupid and gullible. You’re finished as sheriff. You will never rebuild your legacy. You will die as the worst sheriff the Department has ever seen.
Times up and the Devils coming to collect your debt. Pay up, chump!
No matter what desperate moves Sniff attempts, it’s important we all do our very best to continue getting the GOOD word out to the public of the need for change in the Sheriff’s Department. Chad Bianco has the support of virtually EVERY police officer and deputy sheriff in the entire county and Sniff has NONE of their support because he is a FAILURE. He has failed every member of the department and every citizen of this county.
Don’t forget about Sniff’s crying little trolls who he has constantly creeping on social media. It wouldn’t surprise me if Kurly and his 10 or 12 fake FB names continue crying and complaining on FB.
It’s time to drain the swamp and Kurly should be one of the first LIARS flushed down that drain! 9 days left, the men and women of RSO can’t wait for that day to arrive.

Stan Sniff and the second floor morons he calls his executive staff should PERS themselves for neglect of duty, failure to perform, incompetence and for violation of the code of ethics. And when your thrown out of office, take Kurky Fries, Tyler Clark and Fat Bodnar with you, Mo Val deserves much better that these self-serving half-wits. All they care about is “what’s in it for me” with no regard to the damage they have done to the morale at the station.
Sniff is also going to the TODEC at the City of Perris for support. TODEC is an agency who provides immigration / U.S. Citizenship services.
Sniff your days are over. You have lost your legacy and will be remembered as the Sheriff who protected a sheriff deputy who sexually molested numerous young children. And as for Kurly toes I just can’t wait until Chad gets in and gives Moreno Valley a Captain who is ethical and with high moral.

Hopefully, Chad will do the same thing in Lake Elsinore and give us competent leadership because “Rack and Tap” Smith is just not cutting it as a Lieutenant, and what’s more disappointing is that Dan Anne knows this, but won’t do anything about it. Dan Anne never even addressed the troops when “Deacon Smith” insulted us and called the deputies “glorified sectaries.” But Smith don’t care and even said if he has to go back to the jail to “Bring it on.” Dan Anne, you could have been the best Captain we have ever had, if only you would have shown some initiative and leadership and stood by the troops instead of being a second floor “Yes man.” (And approving Steve Brosche and Nathan Kaas for SIB only added fuel to the fire that is Lake Elsinore).
Stan Sniff was so insecure in his position that he only surrounded himself with staff that gave him lip service in what a great job he was doing instead of providing him with the support he really needed to maintain power. Sniff was delusional (which is a form of mental
Illness) if he thought he was promoting staff to the second floor that were competent. As if Kevin Vest, Ray Wood, Cheryl Evans and Jeff Kubel were critical thinkers. Like Jerry Gutierrez and Misha Graves have the experience for actual police work. Stan Sniff was like the man that built his house on the sand, when the rains came it fell, and mighy was its fall. This will forever be the legacy of Stan Sniff’s regime, your fall from power will be great, and so will the fall of your followers that sat at your table, and did your evil bidding that resulted in careers being ruined as you promoted selfish staff members into positions of command that only cared about padding their own pockets, at the expense of honest men and women that believed in the Law Enforcement Code of Ethics.

What does an insecure leader look like?
1. They surround themselves with people they can control. Insecure leaders hinder their organization because they don’t hire or attract the best people for a job. They attract people who are not as good as they are…people with less experience who can be controlled mentally or emotionally.
2. They misinterpret other people’s motives to fit their story. Insecure leaders have to be right. So they misinterpret what people do and why they do it to make themselves emerge the hero. When people stand up to insecure leaders, they write them off as jealous or arrogant. Motives get misrepresented so they can be wrong.
3. They look at those who work for them as employees, not their team. Insecure leaders don’t look for the best ideas. They can’t collaborate because they don’t value other people’s opinions. They prefer to forego extended work relationships, because it’s easier to fill your team with disposable cogs rather than friends and teammates you love and trust. They find their identity in how many people work for them rather than how many people they work with.
4. They consider anyone “disloyal” who disagrees with them. Insecure people don’t see people as people; they see them as either on their side or against them. They are the center of all things.
5. They mishandle conflict. Insecure leaders either avoid conflict through passive-aggressive means, or they look at every situation as a potential conflict. They are either too soft and squishy or harsh and uncaring. Secure leaders handle conflict with truth and grace working together, because relationships matter more than being right.
