I am aware of a few executive managers under the retirement age of 50 who are secretly talking to subordinates and expressing their support for RSO and how they faithfully serve the Office of the Sheriff, regardless of who sits in that office.
Yet, just a few months ago these same Chief Deputies were running around the county telling staff that Chad Bianco has zero chance of winning because no incumbent has ever been defeated!
Well there is a first for everything. The time has come for a new sheriff. One with integrity, honesty and leadership skills.
These same Chiefs who are back stabbing Sniff will do the same to Chad Bianco. They will be the deep state of the Department and undermine Chad Bianco every chance they get.
A few of those disloyal and unprincipled chiefs will and have destroy a deputies career if it benefited them. Being a hit man or woman for Sniff and giving him campaign donations benefited their pockets and advanced their careers on the backs of others!
The mere fact they want employees to relay their faith now to Chad Bianco is an example of the games and lies they have played for years. They think deputies and Chad Bianco are stupid enough to believe them. If they were fair and just, I would say give them another chance. But they are not and never have been, so I hope they are sent packing.
This campaign is about change, a change back to subscribing to the Law Enforcement Code of Ethics. A return to leadership that is ethical with integrity and honesty.
You be the judge and vote who you believe is the best candidate for Sheriff. I voted for Chad Bianco!

It seems to me that old Stanley is pretty much done. Anyone following his pages and his BS can see it. Too much dirt on the old man and too much dirt on his executive staff. Now some of them want to save themselves. Some of the same guys who were on Bobby’s team until they saw Stan move in.. then all of the sudden they pulled the same shit they are attempting now with Chad.
I read the message on FB from Stan’s wife. She is very supportive of her man, which is admirable. She wrote about how great he is. She must not truly know about how badly he has treated other good people of the RSO who dedicated everything to the agency, but the sole issue they had was, Stanley didn’t like them. So, he ruined them.

Stan and his executive staff were insecure in their positions, even though the true law enforcement professionals were those working every day, serving the public responding to calls for service. It was these gunfighters that carried the department, and not the second floor jackasses that thought they knew what they are doing, because they didn’t. And now the folks on Lemon Street are having a “Kurly moment” and rightfully so. Sniff and his band of opportunists only sought to enrich their own position, without caring who they ruined. And for the command staff to say they only serve the office is just a cop out to save themselves because if they truly served the Office of Sheriff, they would not have committed the evil deeds on behalf of their leader Stan. They all deserve to be handed their walking papers. With the exception of two executives staff members, I doubt any of the command staff members will get another job in law enforcement, their sins are to great for another agency to take on that liability. I just hope Bianco does something with Kurlyowicz, Tyler Clark and fat Bodnar come January because Mo Val needs new leadership.
