Norco City Council Update: Kevin Bash #EPICFAIL, Gets Trolled and Folds Like a Cheap Lawnchair

by | Oct 29, 2018 | 2018 Elections, Kevin Bash | 4 comments

Note: Bash is a Stan Sniff supporter.

Kevin Bash is a tax-raising “Republican” City Councilmember who is also a Soap Opera Star (he’s important, he’ll tell you). He also got epic trolled and his response? Lame.

After pulling his sign, Bash got REKT.

Sorry Stanley, you’re not the only one getting REKT by the people.

  1. How sad. I am invited to put my sign on competitor Rob Koziel’s fence and he lets people like Penny Leach who want to completely derail all of Norco’s zoning laws, feel they are more important than anyone else, trample their neighbors rights and mock my efforts. I don’t play the trolling game particularly when it misrepresents my views, so pulled my signs off the fence. As for my record – look it up before posting nonsense http://www.kevinbash.org and you will see a very different story than you want to spread gossip about. And, while you’re at it, look up Mr. Koziel’s record of lawsuits, financial instability, gang related shooting of a fire man and more (I recommend you call Koziel directly because he does not write his own hateful posts). I hate to go low, but, clearly that is what this blog is after. As for Stan Sniff, there is a reason why he is endorsed by entire city councils throughout his region – and I preface this by giving no disrespect to his opponent – he has done a great job in our community.

Blogger’s Note: All of your opponent’s faults notwithstanding, if you are so blind that you can not see what Stan Sniff has done to the RSO (including the disaster that is the Jurupa Valley Station with short staffing and mandatory overtime affecting the service you are paying for in Norco) then I question your judgement and fitness to continue serving. It is what it is… oh and you want to raise taxes too. See how that works?

  2. Blogger’s Note – Well known shortcomings which begs the question why any candidate for a law enforcement position would go there and campaign? A fireman was shot there and it has been the site of numerous citation issues.

Regarding the rest – very clearly you don’t know you live in California where the state takes 90% of a city’s income – still for a town our size we have done the impossible – maintained a lifestyle and just as importantly, even during the economic downturn, kept our sheriff’s sub-station – that was done with very prudent Republican Principles. And, for the record , you know nothing of my record, clearly have no real understanding of the Jurupa Station, but, more importantly you have no understanding of the Norco sub-station (and clearly have no understanding of our contract or what we are or not being charged by your comments) and you disrespect our council and staff who set that contract. (Note – by the way, I come from an entire family of deputies, am a huge and long time supporter of deputies and know that short staffing has nothing to do with Sniff nor does setting the contract (which Mr. Bianco claims he can do – no he can’t). As for Norco, we are very proud of our staff, which Mr. Bianco stated to me personally was excellent (note we are home to two concurrent Deputies of the Year). Are you saying Mr. Bianco was not being honest? I don’t believe that, but, I do wonder why he allows this blog to exist without a peep – As a council member I have one responsibility – my city, I did not throw Mr. Bianco under the bus at any time but made the factual statement that Sheriff Sniff has done a good job for us and given the many city councils that have endorsed him, our city is not alone. As for the sale tax measure – unlike most cities we saw that brick and mortar businesses were failing due to online sales – we mad the choice to create destination points – Silverlakes being an attraction that 1.3 million visited last year – so, the vast majority of those penny’s would come from them. You keep up you “not a republican crap” and watch city after city fall – your target should be the state who is extorting money from cities. As to blindness, that falls on you thinking our council as a team does not have the skill set to see what we need, through you and what you are doing and that we cannot rely on meaningless slogans to pay for deputies and we don’t have time to listen to a shill for a political candidate who is blindly attacking people like myself who have worked hard for Norco. Have some integrity.

  3. Kevin Bash, I would really appreciate that you retract my name from your post. I have nothing to do with Rob Koziel or his fence. What you said is a lie. I have never “derail all of Norco’s zoning laws” or “trample their neighbors rights”. Thank you, Penny Leach

  4. No Ms. Leach it is not a lie: I direct folks to look at your performances before city council when trying to get your way – the good news is voters saw the truth and my support was greatly appreciated and huge.
