Jurupa Valley Station is a mess. This is the purview of Captain Daniel Hedge.

We’ve documented Lake Elsinore and Captain Daniel Queen Anne, Moreno Valley and Captain Dave “Kurly” Kurylowicz, Palm Desert and Jason “Good Boy” Huskey amongst others.

Did you know that Lake Elsinore has had all of their detectives “10-8” to try and fill manpower shortages? (10-8 means on patrol instead of solving crimes)

Did you know that Jurupa Valley is such a disaster that most shifts feature only one Deputy in Rubidoux? It is my understanding that Rubidoux is a fairly high crime area.

On Thursday 8-16, the ENTIRE 2ND Watch (similar to the Moreno Valley post from a week ago) was held over to work the entire 3RD watch as so many deputies called in sick that there was no one left.

On 8-17 and 8-18, Jurupa Valley Station held over 6 deputies. Most all deputies I speak with or message (regardless of station) indicate fatigue and exhaustion. Most Sergeants are unsympathetic and are resentful because many of them are on “yellow days” and are being forced to go 10-8 themselves.

… and Stan Sniff says Morale is an “Election Year” complaint? a majority of the supervisors are jerks to their men who are beyond exhaustion because people are leaving the department in droves. (Like 3 more recently from Jurupa Valley)

Now KPMG is coming to Jurupa Valley. KPMG wants the station to go to 4 watches for efficiency, better service times, less overtime and the like. Problem, Jurupa Valley will need 13 more deputies to fill those billets.

It looks like Jurupa Valley’s detectives will be 10-8 and crimes will go unsolved.

Meantime – Sergeant Josh Adams is on Special Assignment to the Second Floor – he, along with Yvonne “Eggplant” Varela and Jessica Gore (wife of Cheater and now Sergeant Jason Gore) are monitoring social media.

That’s correct, if someone comes across the radar of Adams, Eggplant or Gore – they are reported to the appropriate Stan Sniff butt monkey and are retaliated against in real time.

The reports of retaliation include but are not limited to:

Being yelled at over tinted windows (Note: Sgt now Lt Christian “Beluga” Dekker has tinted windows and has never been told to fix them)

Having off days arbitrarily changed without warning

Being pulled off of teams

Having shifts mixed up

Being assigned extra yellow days

Over-scrutinizing reports

Sergeants dropping in on calls out in the field

Sudden PSB Interviews

I am sure the employment practices lawsuits are piling up. I’ve also been told of several stress-related illnesses among the rank and file deputies.

  1. Too bad lieutenants can’t go 10-8 but Smith’s ass is so big, he couldn’t squeeze it into a unit. What will happen is a sergeant is handling a call and someone has a mental breakdown in the lobby? I guess Smith can pray with one hand on the Bible and the other on his loaded firearm.

As you’ve pointed out, Aaron, this is an EPIC FAILURE on management, the 2nd Floor, and the BOS for not having the balls to speak out when their districts are not protected.

Great domino effect, Sniffcompoop!! Let your people go through retirement or lateralling to other agencies, watch the personnel pool run dry, and work your deputies, investigators, and sergeants to exhaustion to make up for it. And pay exuberant amounts of OT whilst doing so!!

How about saving the county some money (and showing good faith in the process) by firing some of the lazy, good-for-nothings in your nest and rebooting a recruitment drive to get more boots on the ground?

Or how about you just go quietly in the night (you’ve already proven to be a thief in the daytime), and let a competent person try to unscrew what you’ve been screwing for so many years?

In your golden years, perhaps you’ll learn how difficult it is to support a scorned spouse and a leather faced Kardashian wannabe at the same time. Maybe Pecker Ray Wood will pitch in and do what he does best when a woman is willing and not married.

    BIANCO FOR SHERIFF – 2017

  2. The Lake Elsinore Station has been a sinking ship for several years now. Lt. Kevin “the humble vicar” Smith has been killing morale for a very long time. Even though he is an associate pastor at his church, he never had the true meaning of Christian charity in his heart toward his fellow man, and has made life miserable for the deputies. He has been rude and disrespectful in briefing, listens to deputies conversations over the station recording system and uses the excuse of holding staff accountable because he has no clue what true leadership is (that excuse is usually used by those in power that have no leadership skills in order to justify their position, and their poor behavior toward others).

Anyone in power can find fault in someone’s work product whether minor, or imagined, to defend their existence, right Kevin. You have hurt the careers of various deputies with your derelict decisions as a manager in order to justify the rank you were given.

But the real problem at the Lake Elsinore Station is Dan Anne, instead of putting Lt. Smith in his place, he has supported Lt. Smith and his substandard decisions regarding the morale and treatment of the troops. Certain commanders believe they need to support their managers in the decisions they make, as in this case. But all it does is drag you down with him because if the troops don’t support Kevin Smith, the won’t support you either Dan (leadership 101). Why do you think the Mayor of Lake Elsinore gave her support to Chad Bianco and not to Stan Sniff, the same person you signed a loyalty oath to. You could have been an awesome leader Dan, but you chose to side with Kevin “I am better than all of you” Smith, which killed your command.

As for the Detectives going 10-8, that will kill a budget because depending on the Detective’s position, the overtime paid to the Detectives could equal that of a sergeant’s pay. And to do that on a regular basis will cost the tax payers more money then necessary.

KPMG is not the fix the tax payers need right now. The job we do is not what KPMG is geared toward, and some of their decisions, like hiring more CSO’s is unrealistic became the public needs more sworn deputies on the street. And to pay to park at the station is unacceptable. I doubt the tax payers will get any benefit from the $40 million the BOS paid for the audit. KPMG made out like a bandit on this contract.

    VOTE CHAD BIANCO IN NOVEMBER.

  3. Well payed John S., Mo. Val. appreciates your insight. The Board of Supervisors knows what’s going on, but they won’t step in because if they do, Sniff can lay blame on the BOS interfering with his operations and put the mismanagement on them. So if the BOS leaves the Sheriff to his own devices, they can say to Sniff and his second floor mutants, “You were given free reign of the county department and ran it into the ground.” Although with Kevin Jeffries, he’s going down with Sniff due to his support.

  4. The problem the department has with certain captains and and others is their lack of leadership. They were never meant to be deputies or in law-enforcement. Not going to address any of them by rank because they have not earned that right.

Goes to show you how much of a dumb shit Stanley is, morale is not a election year complaint. Having great morale makes people wanting to come to work and do a good job dumbass.

Daniel Hedge can’t make a decision and relies on people like Decker & Rose. It’s amazing how even the city Council talks about his lack of leadership behind his back.

Daniel Queen Anne also lacks leadership relies on people like fat ass Smith, and want to be investigator Pelato spy other people. Anne just stay in your office hide underneath your desk you big pussy.

Dave “Kurly” Kurylowicz, what can we say about this pussy should not even be a cop. He is a coward, a liar and a all-around little cry Baby Toting around his rainbow flag. Let me break some news to you. You didn’t get promoted because of your ability you got promoted because you promote The Rainbow Coalition. Someone had to take Gregory‘s place.

Jason “Good Boy” Huskey what can we say about this dump truck. He has fucked up every assignment he’s been at. Has no leadership ability and likes to cause chaos wherever he goes. He can’t help himself he’s related to Ray “The fake” Huskey and Michelle “ I fucked everyone Huskey. That whole family are a bunch of losers who don’t do nothing but drain the system.

Josh Adams, eggplant Yvonne, and Jessica Gore would do anything to stay on stanley’s good side. Heck Josh would even let Stanley fuck his wife if you knew it would get him promoted. As for eggplant Yvonne she’s always been a little tramp she used to give it up to anyone. Poor little Jessica, she always tries to look innocent but if you talk to some people they would say she could suck a golf ball through a garden hose.

As for retaliation that is true Stanley and his minions are retaliating against everyone that are against him, or support Chad.

This department is a sinking ship we need new leadership who have integrity, fresh ideas, Who believe in teamwork, and who will bring back the greatness this department had at one time.

Stanley needs to go, we need a new sheriff who knows what leadership is all about. We need to drain the swamp !!!

  5. as far as the morale problem being an election year.problem. that is bullshit. while i was there we almost always had issues. elsinore got bad not too long after i got there and temecula went through its own shit. sgts covering for eachother and capts that just ruin everything by allowing the lts to run itionto the ground

  6. Any day now I expect to hear that butt-monkey Purvis filed a “Severe Emotional Stress” claim against the RSD & County of Riverside like he did in Banning. And he’ll blame it on Sniffles.

It doesn’t matter that he flipped over to Bianco. This will be another FREE $300,000 – $500,000 settlement for the panty-waste Purv – paid for by taxpayers.

  7. @John S., that was straight up comedy my friend. “Kevin Smith with one hand on his Bible, and one hand on his loaded firearm.” You made a lot of people laugh, at Kevin Smith’s expense. And you are right, I bet Kevin Smith is stuck in his chair right now, wondering which hand he should go to first. And Kevin Smith has been known to have a break down now and again as he tries to figure out how to get himself out of the hole he dug himself into.

Maybe the troops can help you out Kev? Oh that’s right, you alienated them right when you got there, belittled the deputies and told them how insignificant they were to the organization. Maybe now you know why you were denied the transfer to the Academy, which was good for them, but bad for the deputies at the Lake Elsinore Station.

I know you remember the gospel of Matthew, 7, 1-3, (King James Version), “Judge not, that ye be not judged. For what judgement ye judge, ye shall be judged with the same measure ye mete.” So if your deputies are insignificant sectaries as you claim they are, what does that say about you as their leader? What does that say about your command?

Your leadership Kevin has been mared with your skewed judgement and standards, lacking mercy, compassion and knowledge (the same virtues you preach on Sundays in church). You judge your staff members with your own arrogance and pride, and in the process ruin the reputations of good people. When you become the judge, jury and executioner of the careers of people under your command, you will eventually find yourself on the business end of your own standards. But you are too arrogant to admit your shortcomings because you are “in the club” now as a manager and could care less about the rank and file as you look at how to enhance your status in the organization for your own self-enrichment. Your congestion must be very proud of you Kevin.

  8. I want to know what “Queen Anne” has to say about Kevin Smith’s behavior. If his Lieutenant did tell the Lake Elsinore deputies they were nothing more than glorified secretaries, that is a direct reflection of his command, which undermines his authority as a Station Commander. And if Daniel Anne did not correct this behavior, what does the second floor have to say about this? Or are the second floor misfits O.K. with Lt. Kevin Smith comprising the command of his Captain? Captains Walsh and Fontneau would never have allowed this to happen, but then again, they were true leaders of men. Let’s see what Pecker Head Wood does to correct this since it appears he has a Captain unwilling to take command. And this don’t include Lt. Smith playing rack and tap in his office like he’s Doc Holiday.

  9. There are more well respected lieutenants than you know. There is always one or two at a station that place thier hunger for power over others. We all know who those folks are because they have been identified on this site. Some have been recently promoted.

We have a motivating lieutenant who will give you a truthful answer. I respect him because of his intergrty, honesty, teachings and leadership. He is slightly crazy because yesterday’s briefing was a sigh of relief and encouragement for the upcoming KPMG scheduling pilot.

We support the pilot because we support our lieutenant. He is always available and crazy, but he knows the job! Oh he is humble because told me once – I don’t have all the answers but together as a team we can find the right answer and do the right thing.

I won’t use his name but if you work at JVS or worked for, oops with him as he says, you know who I am talking about.

  10. Can’t really put the blame on every station being understaffed on the station commanders, that falls on Mr Snickers himself. He should have seen this coming years ago. And why is it that every Sniff supporter looks like they have an xtra chromosome, have blue hair and are lucky to be alive in the morning and or are all over social media commenting on every event he goes too. Vote Bianco 2018!

  11. @3JV19: You’re correct, there are good supervisors out there. I’d like to think there are more good than bad but they seem to get dogpiled by the incompetent ones. Their voices are muffled by threats of not going further in their careers. Good supervisors boost morale and you want to do a good job under their leadership. We all know they are true leaders and we are blessed to have them in command.

Unfortunately, look at the 2nd Floor and their failures, the captains who put more weight in lip synch challenges and social media posts. Look at the lieutenants who run their own chop shops, cheat on promotion exams, and blame hard working sergeants when they refuse to step out of their offices when something in their lobby is amiss.

Smith, (the load who hides in his office playing with those guns, would sure like a camera mounted in his office to see what’s doing), Pelatos, Hortons, etc. were never mentors. They never helped their peers succeed. They climbed on their partner’s backs and flipped them off as they went up the ladder to their own success.

Kevin, oh great pastor, let’s open our good books to chapter 1992, page RPDC. Remember you and Moquin making fun of your peers because some didn’t know what a “ped check” was and how, rather than schooling them, you just laughed at their innocence because you already had some ride along experience under your belt and thought you were so superior?

Now let’s sing a psalm: it’s a familiar one about a lonely dickwad who thinks he’s better than the rest because of his rank, status in his church, and small arms collection. He does nothing to spread his knowledge and experience with others BECAUSE HE DOESN’T HAVE ANY. Sing it load and sing it proud, lawd, lawd!!

Let us pray you go no higher nor get transferred where you want to go. You’re a locust (those pests are in the Good Book too) and rather than mentoring, you mow them down with your attitude and sneaky ways. No one trusts you because you NEVER earned it.

SURE HOPE ELSINORE STATION RISES FROM THE DEAD SOMEDAY.

    VOTE FOR BIANCO – 2018!!

  12. To all the previous commentators, I say bravo. Each of you articulated what it’s like to lace em up and go 10-8. Although each of you have a different perspective, different experience, and different location, it seems you are all describing the same situation and behavior. It is more than clear, the morale, poor command, and lack of leadership has metastasized to all corners of the Department. Stanley and his warts will get removed in November.
