You’ve been reading the stories about people kicked off the Bomb Squad, SWAT Team, SET Team, getting transferred, having their off days changed, getting PERS Investigated for very minor stuff and of course the employee who was suspended two weeks for a photo of himself with a Bianco Sign while in Uniform.
Now, a Captain in the Courts has courageously stepped out for the silent Super-Majority within the Riverside Sheriff’s Office and said I SUPPORT CHAD BIANCO.
It is also clear it was a family decision as the wife (who is a dispatcher) also simultaneously put up a post indicating support for Bianco as well.
Since it is Stan Sniff and the second floor’s pattern to retaliate, make sure you report back to this blog when it happens. Remember, you can remain anonymous.
A Note on Donald Vincent Brooks – it has been put to me that since Brooks won his Pitchess Motion (due to an extremely rare re-hearing after ethical employees in the DA’s department discovered that the second floor had with held information related to Robert Cornett and Anthony “Tony” Pelato (This is the conclusion I have drawn and believe to be factual)) that Robert Cornett is getting thrown under the bus. He is no longer useful to the second floor and is a liability.
Remember, Both Cornett and Pelato are known to be real racists (versus the overused political attack by the left against the right) who have a proclivity to use said prejudice in their job. The only reason Pelato’s file was not handed over to the defense for Mr. Brooks (who is black) is that the Judge (who is a former DA) used the excuse that Pelato was not the lead investigator on the case.
It is also my belief that the second floor lied by omission in the May hearing in order to forestall the Brooks Case until after the primary election. People were in attendance in the May meeting and the second floor was celebrating when the Judge (who I believe to be biased) did what former prosecutors do, deny pitchess motions. Again, as I have written previously these people believed that Sniff was going to win the Primary with something like 54% of the vote.
Another interesting item – the DA prosecuting Brooks has asked for a restraining order to silence Mr. Brooks. It appears this coward is acting on the orders of the second floor in an attempt to stop Brooks from talking to me. Perhaps this DA should offer his services to Robert Mueller.
I am receiving a steady stream of photos of illegally placed Stan Sniff signs from all over the district. It is clear to me based on my math, Sniff actually lacked to money to pay COGS to remove his signs. Almost 100% of his available cash is going to be needed to renew the pathetic 7 slate mail cards he had in June in the fall.
Sniff is making a series of blunders that will multiply as his money supply dwindles to nothing. People should call code enforcement so that the fines against Sniff’s bankrupt, moribund campaign mount.
To be continued…

Alright folks it’s now time to step out of the shadows. A Captain has stuck his neck out to help overthrown this administration. You have been screaming for real leadership and here it is! Follow this man and come out and support Chad. Silence that clown Kurly who uses fake FB posts to claim it’s just a few disgruntled deputies that want Sniff gone. Stand up for yourselves and speak out. Flood the station with vehicles displaying Bianco stickers. Wear your shirts in public proudly. Donate to Chad!. Most importantly tell your friends and neighbors the truth about Sniff and ask them to vote. Stan Sniff and his admin will be out of office before we begin testing next spring! We have a chance to become the next generation of leaders that Chad needs to fix this thing! Let’s do it!
Captain Matt Jimenez you are the man!! I hope this has a snowball effect on other brass who want to exercise their first amendment rights, but are just too darn scared of Sniff’s wrath. This will be a huge help to prove to the general public why that large group of sheriff department employees felt the need to wear bandanas over their faces to conceal their identities. It’s because the threat of Sniff and his henchmen retaliating is real!! But is we all stay together, there is strength in numbers.
It appears Sniff has been forced to change his strategy a bit after getting his butt kicked in the primaries. Before the primaries, he was still trying to rule by fear and intimidation, but lately it seems he has been silenced quite a bit and he is now trying to post friendly pictures as if he and the Executioner care about department members. He has even been sending Deuce Horton out to stations to tell them how much they care (funny, this never happened before they lost the primary election). You can’t fool people anymore Stanley, they all know you’re a fake and you need to go.
The election season goes back into full swing next week and I’m sure Eggplant will be very busy as department members continue to come out and exercise their first amendment rights to support the candidate of their choice. Thank you Matt Jimenez, you have my respect! BIANCO for SHERIFF!!!
Way to go Captain Jimenez!! I’m following you!! BIANCO for Sheriff!!!!!!!!!!!
If the judge approved the Pitches Motion, does that mean there is discovery to impeach Master Investigator Cornett? And why not appeal the decision on Master Investigator Pelato, but I don’t think Brooks went far enough, why not initiate a Pitches Motion on Sergeant Steve Brosche since he was the sergeant supervising the investigation? Steve Brosche was at the Temecula Station before going to gangs (via the Murrieta sergeant that was his buddy at San Diego PD, which is how Brosche got to GTF). Steve Brosche was promoted to sergeant and worked patrol at the Lake Elsinore Station for about 16 months before he went to the Lake Elsinore Detective Bureau. The investigation was shoddy to begin with, and if Sergeant Broache alleges he was never a detective, he’s admitting to incompetence as a supervisor. If Sergeant Brosche maintains that he trusted Cornett’s work due to his rank and did not conduct a more thorough analyses of the investigation, he’s admitting to failure to supervise, neglect of duty, failure to perform, and conduct unbecoming. Sergeant Brosche would have saved Stan Sniff and the second floor an enormous amount of embarrassment if he would have only DONE HIS JOB AS A SUPERVISOR and conducted a thorough review of the arrest report. This also brings up additional questions, if Sergeant Brosche neglected to supervise this investigation, what other arrest investigations did he also neglect to supervise? And they sent Sergeant Brosche to manage a homicide team, incredible. A progressive Department would have conducted an I.A. on the less than professional arrest investigation that was initiated, and the lack of supervision.
Jimenez is the first captain, that I know of, to come out publicly and support Chad Bianco. I know there are others because I have spoken with them, but they are still in fear of retaliation from Sniff. Sniff has always ruled by fear and intimidation and he has taught his minions, like DiYoyo, Jughead and the Executioner to try and intimidate all department members into being fearful of his wrath. Well boys, Chad Bianco beat the pants off Sniff in the primary election, so BIANCO is now the odds on favorite to win in November, especially since DAVE BROWN has given his support to BIANCO and asked all of his supporters to VOTE BIANCO.
We shall see if Sniff is trying to change his strategy by softening up and trying to hide his dictator-like style. Maybe he will stop his minions from appearing at all of Bianco’s events, trying to intimidate department members and keep them from showing up. It’s too little too late for you Sniff, the public supports their law enforcement officers and BIANCO has the support of literally EVERY other active law enforcement agency around! Sniff has NONE of their support. Vote CHAD BIANCO for SHERIFF!!
Matt and his wife are both department members. We have seen this show before and know it will end with harassment intimidation and retaliation. The only cover that the Jimenez’ have, the only cover any of us at RSO have night now is this blog. We know they read it and we know they react to it almost immediately. Hell some idiot created a FB page dedicated to trying to discredit this blog but it appears pretty pathetic. I find it humorous that Sniff and company keeping stepping in their own shit because of what is written here.
Way to go Matt Jimenez, you stood your ground as a true Marine, Chesty would be proud of you, unlike the other so-called Marines like Knothead Vest, Beluga Dekker, and sticky fingers Epps that willfully ignored the values affiliated with the title Marine.
And in reading about the Brooks matter, if a patrol deputy had neglected a sensitive investigation like this, he would be assigned home pending an “investigate to terminate” interview with Lt. Bostrom. Additionally, you do not send someone with that limited amount of experience into a specialized assignment because it usually results in poor performance, and makes it a liability issue, as what appears to be unfolding in the Brooks matter. But is Sgt. Brosche going to be held accountable for the mistakes made in the investigation he supervised, or is it going to be business as usual for the second floor and only expect high standards from others, but not their favorites? And Sgt. Brosche is still at CHU after all this, you got to be kidding me. If this had occurred under the command of Ron Dye or Steve Bloomquist, there would be hell to pay, and rightfully so.
Additionally, there is a pattern emerging, Steve. Broache, Lake Elsinore, Nathan Kaas, Lake Elsinore, Kevin Smith, Lake Elsinore, Dan Anne, Lake Elsinore, Tim Elwell, Lake Elsinore. Robert Cornett, Lake Elsinore, Tony Pelato, Lake Elsinore. It seems Lake Elsinore has turned into the island of misfit toys, just like the second floor has been for years. Granted there are good staff members at the Lake Elsinore Station, But it’s these individuals that are giving that station a bad name. And I bet the Lake Elsinore city manager and mayor are overjoyed with all the attention their city is getting right now. I just wonder what B.S. the second floor is selling the city council into believing all these stories are nonsense.
That did happen at Lake Elsinore, they fired a Deputy for failure to perform regarding a D.V. investigation where he totally mismanaged it. Although no one has any faith in the second floor that they will do anything, but cover the well liked staff members and throw everyone else under the bus. We need to drain the swamp on the second floor. Vote Chad Bianco come November.
My crystal ball tells me that Captain Jimenez and his wife will suffer the wrath of the second floor for not supporting the dictatorship of Stan Sniff. My crystal ball also tells me that Sgt. Brosche will “throw the rata down” on Master Investigator Cornett and blame him for his negligence. And Master Investigator Cornett will point the finger at Sgt. Brosche and say, “he was the supervisor that approved the arrest report.” And Master Investigator Cornett does have a point. So they may both end up on the Brady list. Sorry Stevie B., but won’t be able to supervise from home your way out of this one brother.
@2 Wildomar86, if you know that deputy who was fired, tell them to file a lawsuit for disparity of treatment under the discipline matrix. Deputy Wilburn out of Palm Desert did the same thing and wasn’t fired.
He could put a pitchess motion and show a disparity of treatment. Easy money for the incompetent investigations that unethical investigators put forward. T
Let me be clear there are many competent and skilled investigators. Unfortunately they don’t posses the right qualities to be on the Rat squad. Like being unethical and liars.
There on many problems with Stanley and his administration. They are stuck in the old way of thinking. They can’t see past their own ambitions. “What’s in it for me”, is the Stanley motto of leadership.
Sworn deputies should not work the jails. They were trained to work patrol. That’s why there is a corrections division. Deputies are forced to work in the county areas with back up being 20+ minutes away. Talk about a safety issue.
I could go on for days about what’s wrong with RSO, but I won’t. I will say what’s right with RSO. It’s the people who work hard everyday and try and make a difference.
Please tell everyone you know to go out and tell everyone to vote for Bianco. Then the balance of power, truth, and justice will be restored.
Jimenez is the first captain, that has come out publicly to support Chad Bianco. There are many other captains, Lieutenants and Sergeants hiding in the shadows. It’s time to come out and support Chad Bianco.
Stanley has destroyed this department and is endangering the lives the troops and citizens of this county Stanley’s lack of leadership and his style of ruling by fear and intimidation is over.
Time to get rid of Stanley and all his minions. This November vote Chad Bianco for Sheriff.
It’s real simple, if the other Captains, Lieutenants and Sergeants show their support for Chad instead of hiding in their box, Stanley won’t have enough room downstairs to fit everyone. He will then see he is longer wanted or needed and can disappear into the sunset with the other dinosaurs who attempt to make waves. Captain Jimenez obviously came out because he’s tired of the bullshit, especially when they pick two unqualified Captains to run the two desert stations. Those two have lack luster patrol experience and will crumble when a major event happens in their stations jurisdictions, just wait. Good for you Captain Jimenez be careful Jimenez to lock your office door, might find Mike Manning going through your shit around two in the morning.
I can see a race to the D.A.’s Office to be the first one to be a “Cooperating Witness”’ (with immunity) on the Brooks matter between Pelato, Brosche, the Detective Lt. and the Lake Elsinore Station Commander.
You can add Kevin Vest to the mad dash to the D.A.’s Office on the Brooks case. Vest was the Division Chief for the Lake Elsinore Station during the Brooks investigation, and was given updates from the Lake Elsinore Station Commander, via Sgt. Brosche. I predict Vest will blame the Captain, the Captain will look at the Detective Lt., who was point the finger at Sgt. Brosche, who will lay the blame on Cornett and Pelato, who will say,”Sgt. Brosche had supervision over the investigation” and will throw it back in his lap. The second flooor don’t care who takes the blame, as long as it’s not them. And none of these players are 50 yet, which really makes it suck to be them.
