Captain Reynolds issued an order today that Thermal Station deputies are prohibited from working overtime at other stations. This is because the staffing levels at Thermal are dangerous and unsafe low. They want deputies to work overtime at Thermal first. They can’t work other stations near their residences, on their days off. They are forced to commute and work Thermal as a matter of convenience to the department. Thermal deputies don’t live in Thermal. It’s nothing but desert farm land and trailer parks.This order likely received the blessing of the 2nd floor because it is in complete contradiction of department policy.So the departments mismanagement of staffing at Thermal is being taken out on the deputies. A real shame.

Ok so Bianco is a lowly Lieutenant and he is funded by an EEEEEEEEEVIL Union. (That happens to be comprised of cops that are overwhelmingly Republicans)
So how would a typical interview with the Sheriff go?

Yes, I agree… SIGNIFICANT DIFFERENCES between Chad and Sniff. Chad would have NEVER protected and covered up a Child Molester ( Deputy Kevin Duffy ) like Sniff did. Will it be a vigorous.? Yes it will…. Will Chad put up a good fight for his fellow deputies to bring the positive energy and help his fellow deputies rise to the the next station of society, yes he will… Therefore, please pass the word around…. “The game is afoot!” Sniff and his marionettes have plenty up their dorty sleeves, I’m sure of it. It’s dirty pool for them and their passive aggressiveness will catch up with them. They cannot continue to work the system the way they have because ROD has exposed their corruption.
Now they will act like good children (or will they?) who has been told to clean his plate and he will get desert. They are strategically planning promotions, all the while spying on who is supporting Bianco. I wonder what more fuckery they will bestow on us?

For Captain Reynolds to issue that order is unacceptable, and raises several issues. For deputies to work at another station or division, they have to get approval from both station commanders, and the Chief Deputy in Agencyweb. Now for Captain Reynolds to make that decision, she is either undermining the Division Chief who had already given their approval, or she don’t have the “huevos” to discuss the matter with the Chief Deputy for the morale of the troops under her command. And by deputies willing to work at another station, they are putting the needs of the Department first by filling vacant, minimum staffing positions. And her orders also screws other commanders because they can no longer count of Thermal deputies for assistance. This also puts the needs of the Thermal Station above the needs of the Department. But what can you expect from a political appointee. The second floor is done, they have Xanax in one hand, and a bottle of bourbon in the other hoping to keep their jobs. But is anyone surprised that the Sheriff did not thank one voter, he treats staff members the same way, so why should the voting public be treated any different. Drain the second floor, vote Chad Bianco come November.
Sniff has shown no real gratitude for the position voters, the BOS, or his department members have given to support him. Like I said before, he treats people he categorized as non-important with disdain and indifference. Would like to see if he goes out to the stations to sell his support to the troops. Too little too late though.
His behavior is like that of a spoiled brat. Gimme, gimme, gimme or I’ll throw a tantrum. The second floor is in panic mode and we all know how dangerous people are when they panic.

Sniff should start handing over power now. Instead of continuing his attack on Bianco and his supporters. Even from the outside, where people like me stand, we see something is very wrong. Many people share with me their confusion about the behavior of Thermal
Command. I dont like to gossip so I wont give names or details. Thermal Command goes into “attack mode” on honest citizens who speak at city council and/or attend community meetings to discuss crime in their community. The primary concern is politics. Making good with politically connected people including ex-felons. I just leave it at that.
Seems like its all coming out now. These stories really capture the essence of the problem. Even though the stories are different than what Ive witnessed or what has been conveyed to me by others, the behavior by Thermal Command is the same.
Seems like it all comes from Sniff and the people he chooses to fill his top ranks.
