While thankful for the 900,000+ hits we’ve racked up here on www.rightondaily.com, some of our success has to do with Sniff himself. People have waited for years to have a voice.
As a civilian, I am not ensconced in the culture of a police / sheriff force. I’ve never felt any inhibitions based on who knows who. As a civilian, up until this project, I used to unwisely believe that cops were held to a higher standard. What I have learned is that under Stan Sniff, there has been a brain drain where talented people have been shunned or have found better opportunities in other departments.
A remnant of good people marking time until they retire seem to be all that is left. Still other good people have no situational awareness and have been unable to understand the mission of this blog, lacking the critical thinking skills to see the big picture. That should concern and scare anyone that has been watching the Stan Sniff saga unfold.
The first and foremost Problem Chad Bianco will have to fix is a generation of recruits in to the Riverside Sheriff’s Office that have not represented the best available. The RSO is a laughing stock in the law enforcement community. The good people left in the RSO deserve better, the people of Riverside County Deserve Better. We’ve uncovered 4 cheating scandals that affect all levels of the department.
Secondly, Bianco will inherit a management team riddled with corruption – I have reached the conclusion that Stan Sniff preferred people with severe ethical issues, infidelity, bankruptcies, covered up crimes, abuse and other maladies as such people were compromised and easier to control.
Third, as a subset of the first two issues, simultaneously Bianco will have to convince new recruits that RSO is the place to build a career and that they can feel safe and respected at RSO. This brings in County Admin who pay attorneys millions to fight legitimate worker’s comp claims, because someone somewhere determined that abusing injured workers with legal delays would save the county money. Bianco is going to have to address the County Board of Supervisors and lead a housecleaning. (This would include firing Sondgrass whose name keeps popping up in our research, as he appears to be getting rich billing the county for countless hours fighting cases that should be settled expeditiously)
Fourth, We’ve uncovered a County Maintenance Racket that can be changed with 3 votes of the board of supervisors. The outrageous costs for maintenance are preventing equipment from getting even the most simple of items resolved. The bureaucratic delays are absurd. The state of equipment in several stations is as critical as the understaffing.
Fifth, Captains, Lieutenants and Sergeants have been inculcated in a culture that encourages abuse of overtime in order to keep the money flowing from Contract Cities. The culture needs to be changed where these management level employees are retrained and empowered to use their staff in a more even and efficient way to properly address the needs of the cities rather than managing to a dollar amount.
Sixth, the code of conduct has not been enforced consistently. It has been used as a hammer for some and license for others. PSB needs to be rid of all of the hatchet men and replaced with straight shooters that do their job with an even hand. The unreal personal behavior that I am continually hearing of needs to be addressed.
The uneven enforcement of the code of conduct has precipitated some of the most outrageous stories I’ve told – such as superiors having sex with subordinates or punching them, Lt. Rose pulling his gun on civilians, Dekker and his cheating on time cards and a host of other behavior that should have him in prison, Aaron Kent’s $300K+ abuse of overtime, Robert Epps enterprises in the Bomb Squad, “Drone Boy”, Shouse, Wood, Ford, Horton, DiYoyo, Vest, Cleary, Raya, and the list goes on and on and on. Cutting the head off of the Stanley monster will result in a few instant changes, but the systemic changes will take years to deal with.
Seven – Can Chad Bianco establish a partnership with the Riverside County Board of Supervisors? Can they work something out to staff the jail for example. Will Chad allow KPMG to actually do their job instead of a classic narcissist stonewall and #RESIST stance against them that Sniff did?
Will people in the department finally feel free once again to be proactive? Will Chad side with Law Enforcement or the ACLU? Will immigration laws be enforced? Will something be done about the “Fed-Kicks”? What happens at the next contract?
How long will it take to remedy the critically understaffed Jails and patrol stations? Will we get more than two deputies to patrol the rural areas of Riverside County (that are the size of Rhode Island)?
What we know is that Stan Sniff has failed in every metric you measure a Sheriff By:
Fiscal mismanagement at all levels and in all areas of the department
Understaffed Jails
Understaffed Stations
Constant battles with his rank and file employees
Constant battles with the County Board of Supervisors
Cronyism as detailed in selective promotions and special treatment for campaign donors.
Corruption as detailed time and time again with the antics allowed to continue within the department.
Crime rates increasing regardless of how much Sniff and Crew attempt to dissect the statistics to make them look better
Critical levels of early released felons, so severe that some car thieves spend no more than one night in jail
Siding with the ACLU time and time again on critical issues of law enforcement, including onerous anti-cop body camera regulations, coddling sanctuary cities, tiptoeing around crime on Indian reservations, restrictive and subjective CCW issuance, refusing to cooperate with ICE and the like
Unprincipled leadership – time and time again Sniff reminds people “I am a politician now”.
Sexual and Personal misconduct – fits of rage, vindictive retaliation against people that disagree, a culture of fear, using his office as a dating service, etc. His department is overrun with sex scandals and harassment scandals
Cheating on advancement exams and upper management that selectively participate in it.
I am not sure if there is anything that can be done for Stan Sniff on a personal level at this point. I’d suggest he connect with God to rediscover his integrity, but Sniff is a reputed Athiest who could not even show reverence at the Peace Officer’s Memorial. I’d suggest that he and his wife go on a long vacation and re-connect, but Sniff reputedly does not sleep in the same bed as she does and he has slept his way through admin staff. I’d suggest that Sniff seek counseling, but he has all his own answers.
I’d suggest a variety of things, however when Stan Sniff is his own God, there is nothing I or anyone else can do to help him. The best thing for Riverside County is to remove him from office Post Haste as the results of Sniff’s self-centered life and resulting leadership are exactly what one would expect when you live a life with no accountability.
We’ve endorsed Chad Bianco for Sheriff, choose wisely today.

If they have learned anything in leadership courses, they have seen failed organizations from the past. These organizations are studied so the same mistakes are not recreated. This is not occurring within the Riverside Sheriff’s Department. The same mistakes are occurring as they have done in failed organizations. The RSD is no different than a business. They provide a product, safety and security, and have a customer, the public. Are they meeting the demands of their customer, No. There can be so much more done for the customer, but the current administration is only self serving. It is more about what they can do for themselves and not for the customer or the employee. That is why there is failure and everything else ROD list.
Change the culture, change the leadership. Vote without fear of intimidation or retaliation. Your are anonymous at the voting poles, but your voting voice is not…
The day we have all been waiting and praying for has arrived. Today is the day where the citizens of this county will be able to privately cast their ballots in favor of Chad Bianco. This will be a day of rejoicing for all of the men and women of the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department because, with the help of all of the good citizens of this county, we will be able to put and end to the corruption that exists in the current administration. Today is the day the Silent Majority shall rise again. They will rise together as one and lift Chad Bianco up to take over the reins of this department and lead us into the future.
The days of Sniff’s rule by fear and intimidation will soon be over and the Silent Majority will no longer have to mask themselves for fear of Sniff’s retribution. Sniff’s minions falsely thought they had identified the Silent Majority and attempted their fear and intimidation tactics. What all of Sniff’s puppets failed to recognize is that the Silent Majority is much bigger than any one person, it is actually a grass roots movement of thousands of people who have banded together as one to accomplish a common goal. Today will go down in history as the day their common goal was achieved when Stan Sniff is voted out of office and Chad Bianco is named as the victor!!
We are excited and anxious to be able to introduce Sheriff-Elect Chad Bianco!!!
Great work @ Aaron F. Park. You have done what others were unable or unwilling to do. You have exposed the second floor to the world. They can no longer do what, or whom they please. The spotlight you placed on them has made it impossible to hide their dirty deeds.
The Department is over run by lazy, incompetent, entitled, and unethical people. There are many good people, but they’re out numbered. They were the people who would stand up and point out injustice. Sadly, now they stay silent. Realizing it would be a Pyrrhic victory.
The other people you pointed out do not lack situational awareness. They lack knowledge. The Bible talks about them in Job 36:12, “But if they do not listen, they perish by the sword and die without knowledge.” Sheep led to slaughter.
The Bible also told us about Stanley and his administration. In Proverbs 5:23, “He dies for lack of discipline, and because of his great folly he is led astray.”
We’ll, it’s June 5th and Stanley’s number is up. Maybe he will follow his own advice and do the right thing when he goes home. He will find he has a special place in Hell for covering up for a child molester.
As the great parliamentarian Edmund Burke said, “The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.”
Aaron, you are correct on all points. Sniff has thrown corrupt grenades that have destroyed this department, starting with the troop’s morale. The only content members are those who have kissed that tyrant’s ring and benefited with a promotion, a consulting position, or a CCW.
The shit does indeed roll downhill and now many department members are wearing hats filled with admin poo. If you even complain about the stench, you could be transferred, lose a teaching position (which punishes not only the instructor, but future students, and the academy’s reputation as well).
If you say, “this hat is full of shit,” Sniffs henchmen, i.e. lieutenants and captains (with some sergeants and deputies mixed in) oust you like you’re a leper at a Victoria’s Secret convention.
Bianco has an uphill battle for sure. He should be an example to all department members NOT TO BE AFRAID TO STAND UP AGAINST ADMIN. He has been compartmentalized and admin tried to shut him down.
Bianco fought back and that should be enough for us to support him as as our next sheriff. He has fought not for himself, but for our department.
I believe there are more good men and women who make RSO great than there are worthless takers and backstabbers. We need to remember, change does not occur overnight. For change to occur, it’ll take hold one department member at a time and for all of us to support Bianco when he finally is elected sheriff.
Sticking together through the harsh changes will show the secret shit hat wearers (because there always will be staunch Sniff supporters) that Sniff’s regime will not survive. Watch many exit upon Bianco’s triumph.
VOTE – VOTE – VOTE!!
Aaron is right, there is a lot of work to do to get this train back on the right track. Remind everyone you know to get out and vote today! We CAN vote out corruption and vote in honesty and integrity. A big thank you to Right on Daily for exposing the corruption that currently exists. Remind everyone you come in contact with to vote today!
Chad Bianco for Sheriff!!!!!!!
To all of the good citizens that we serve, we thank you for your support!! Please remind your friends and family to vote for Chad Bianco!!
Today is the day many of Sniff’s corrupt rats will start jumping off the ship. I’m sure some will have to be pushed off the ship, but that’s okay as long as they leave. We need to restore honor and integrity to make RSO Great Again!
Vote Chad Bianco
First in line at voting location couldn’t wait to vote POS Sniff out of office. I spoke to an elderly couple about Sniff and how he lost his way years ago referring them to this blog. The wife turned to the husband and told him we’re changing our vote for sheriff. Sad people just go for incumbent I never thought a sheriff could be as corrupt as this loser.
Aaron, you have exposed Stan Sniff, and his henchmen for what they truly are, petty tyrants that rule through threats and intimidation. But you must know, Snodgrass is not an enemy of the people. He has a task master, they are the second floor, and he has tried to reason with them, but Sniff, the Undertaker DiYorio, Jughead Vest or Peckerhead Wood won’t listen to reason. He has questioned the second floor’s decisions to pursue certain civil actions, but they refuse to listen to him. He is an licensed attorney, yet these idiots that are running the department think they know better. They just waste the tax payers money in order to flex their power, and ruin careers. But the day has come to throw out these bums.
VOTE CHAD BIANCO
Good job Aaron, well said and written.
Best of luck to Chad Bianco and his staff.
We have a corrupt District Attorney to try and get rid of tonight in San Bernardino County. LOL Sniff endorsed him. Go figure.
As I read the pages in support of Stan Sniff, I found it difficult to find his staunch supporters willing to disclose any line of defense for his unlawfulness, affiliations, or anything positive Sniff has done for Riverside county. All mindless chearleaders with little substance, filled with hate, and shit for brains.
They “hate” Bianco but don’t say why. Bianco has been buried for years, what did he do other than run for Sheriff. Do they hate small town police chief Dave Brown as well for running?
They offered zero defense of Sniff’s CCW negligence, or the 250+ deputies that have left the department under his leadership.
More telling of Sniff supporters on the pages is that the numbers were minimal and quite a few where alias’s.
In 2016, Riverside voter’s party affiliations were changed via Registrar of Voters. It was determined that it was someone with access to the voter database. Hmmmm….
Should Sniff win this race, we should all be very suspicious of ROV and it’s affiliation with RSD…or County Supes.
Just say’n
