The event they crashed was in an area called Lake Matthews. It is between Corona and Riverside.

We’ve yet to get any reports of Miguelito being retaliated against for running against Sniff and yet to get any reports of Sniff’s goons visiting a Hemet Dave event.
The fact that these cowards have to come 3 at a time to these things is telling. When I crash an event I usually go by myself.

I don’t blame them after years of never having a role model and now Chad Bianco puts on free events where the senior most awesome second floor staff can go listen and learn how to be “The American police officer.” Kudos to Chad Bianco for caring enough to make the events free to the second floor.

Well well well, what we have here is yet another act of terrorism under the direct order of Stanley “the terrorist” Sniff. Still making every effort to rule by fear and intimidation. He knows that he has department members who had planned to attend this event, so he dispatched more of his top brass to prevent any department members from attending for fear of retaliation. This is the same bullshit he has always done and everyone is fed up with it. Stanley, you are a cowardly little son of a bitch that needs a good old fashioned ass whippin. When you send bullies to an event, the bullies might just get a punch in the face one day.

Gang members do this during criminal trials. Actual criminal gang members. Sit right up front, nice and close so the victim can see them. So they can feel fear when trying to do the right thing. Completely disgusting. Cowardice is a good word for that behavior. In a trial, it’s appropriate to comment on that behavior for what it is. Scare tactics of the common thug. Must be some years since any one of these men remembered what real police work was like. Acting like the animals they swore to protect us against.

Chad Bianco did a great job speaking at last night’s RAGLM meeting. Because he is one of our “county area” neighbors, he has a better understanding of what us county folks have to deal with. It sure was a very obvious intimidation move by Sniff to send 3 of his brass to a RAGLM meeting. We like Chad Bianco and we like what he stands for. He’s obviously a man of conviction and he has the guts to push forward even with the high ranking brass staring at him and taking notes. Good job Chad, you have our votes!
They aren’t bullies, just assholes with rank. None of those jerks can bully anyone, especially Huskey. He’s nothing but a little bitch who has done nothing significant his entire career. The only reason he’s a Lt is because of his brother, who is a well documented idiot. Didn’t Ford shoot his FTO in the back when he was on training? Surprised that hasn’t made it on here because I recall nothing happened to him. He should’ve been fired then, but he made it off training and promoted right up the ranks.
I know Ray Huskey and as much as I believe in Chad, I believe Ray is there because he has to be. I am going to be honest, This blog is turning into a giant department slaying and it bothers me. Slaughter Sniff, Wood, and Vest, that is fine. But remember some of the people here are still brothers and sisters in the department and have to work together and Chad will still have to supervise them. If you know Chad, while he has high standards, one thing he does not do is eviscerate his troops! This is making Chad look bad and this is what a lot of people who don’t know him believe he is like. If anybody would like to talk to me about this, as long as it is done respectfully I am more than willing to talk, but if you just want to attack me don’t bother.

Heidi – you are entitled to your opinion, but your friend Ray Huskey was there. It is what it is. When the Second Floor sends people to a Bianco event, good and bad they will get highlighted. When they start showing to Hemet Dave events, I will blast them as well. Bullying is a universal concept.
I was at the meeting. I am at all the RAGLM meetings. The three of them were asked a specific law enforcement question in the beginning of the meeting and had no comment. That to me was a sign they were there just to intimidate Chad. They took notes and stared at him all night. I felt bad for him at first and then he didn’t hold back (you could hear a pin drop during his speech) he let us know what he would do and change for our neighborhoods. He was refreshing and you can tell how much he cared. I put my Bianco for Sheriff sign in my yard last night!!
Heidi, you are absolutely correct. If Ray is the Lt for the county area, he is expected to attend RAGLM and Mead Valley MAC meetings. However, the entire time I have been at the Perris Station, I have never seen the Capt and Chief attend such meetings. They know they do it intimidate Chad. They’re only there to see if any other Dept members show up. I too worked with Ray when he was at the Perris Station. Seemed like a nice guy, but he was fast tracked. Barely did any time as a patrol Sgt before getting a special assignment, then transferring to CHU and promoting to Lt.
@Heidi Chebahtah as a person just watching people, it was interesting to see that the only one of those 3 who didn’t shake Chad’s hand at the end was Huskey. I’m not caring judgement, just sharing observations. I’m voting for Chad.
It’s sad when I knew Ray Huskey he was an excellent sergeant hopefully he was ordered to attend.
It is refreshing to find out that not everyone in management is a complete jerk.
RSO has many fine and outstanding deputies,sergeants and lieutenants. The issues at hand is most have a family and a personal interest of making this job a good life long career. The fear of being transferred or removed from an earned assignment or removed from teaching at the academy is overwhelming. Most are in survival mode and not willing to damage their finances or put their family on the street being targeted. Me and my brothers and sisters here have given their life to this place to have a mental strain place on us. Ones a point where dog paddling takes over and you just want to stay above water. Not everyone is like Wood, Horton, Knudson and Raya willing to sell their soles to step on the majority with great ethics and morals
I too have worked with Ray, and have nothing against him. Ray was a good guy that was fast tracked. But let’s face it Heidi, Ray went there with the specific intention to intimidate Chad on behalf of the Sheriff. His behavior mimics the gang members that he put away when working with CHU. You can’t do things like this with a clear conscious, and then claim you were just following “Das Auftrage.” There comes a time when you have to stand up for what’s right, and what Ray is doing is not right. The high commands time in the “Wolf’s Lair” is coming to an end. We are free to make our choices in this world, but we are not free of the consistencies of our choices. I just hope Ray finds the courage I know that is deep down inside his soul, and starts doing the right thing again because it’s history that will judge his legacy as a manager, and as a person.
Heidi Chebahtah, we do understand the point you are trying to make about the free for all this has become where the sharks start randomly attacking anything that falls into the water. It’s very hard for everyone to refrain from that because this is unfortunately what Sniff’s horrible reign of terror has caused.
However, I agree that we must all do our best to remain focused on the crux of the department’s problems, which is having Sniff and his “E staff” in power. Don’t attack each other, but put minor differences aside and remain focused on attacking Sniff and his corrupt administration. We must stand together as one and not allow Sniff to divide us and conquer. Sniff and his corrupt administration must be overthrown! If we all stay together, this can be accomplished on June 5th!
Aaron, as you know, I am not in this ‘Fight’ since I live in Northern California. But just looking at the photos you can tell they are ‘out of place’. They are the only ones in ‘coat and ties’…they sat together…and they ‘stick out’ like they don’t really understand ‘uniform of the day’ proper attire. Gotta wonder if they understand ‘undercover'(?) if they were there for covert reasons….??
Heidi ask Ray about his behavoir towards a Chad supporter at the end of the night. If he was an innocent victim forced to be there he wouldn’t have made nasty comments about her Chad Bianco shirt. Heidi, first off, much respect for speaking out and providing your opinion to this forum. Second, you’ve been with RSO and saw/experienced the shenanigans that go on, which may be why you transferred to the DA’s Office.
We all have worked alongside brothers and sisters who, for whatever reason, skipped to the dark side. I’ve seen deputies get fired, jailed, imprisoned for the most stupid and/or heinous crimes imaginable.
I’ve shaken my head and cried tears of sorrow (how could I not know?) and bowed my head in shame having worked with these pieces of shit who proved the uniform was too heavy for them and tarnished our reputations. Then the uphill battle to win the public’s trust, which, since Rodney King (well, maybe further than that) has been a struggle.
Some of the aforementioned were “good guys” too.
It’s devastating when one of our own breaks bad. But when our leaders resort to what they have…it breaks my spirit and confidence in our paramilitary organization. I mean, 3×5 cards pledging your loyalty to the Sheriff? Dispatching the 2nd Floor to Chad’s meetings for the obvious purpose to intimidate department members who want change and are tired of the nonsense that goes on. Inner-department memos asking upper management to join soft political organizations on the department’s dime? Sniff’s association with known criminals who, if ever any of us were a fraction close to would be terminated for? Sniff totally turning his back on his department members…nowhere to be found unless you “like” him on FB smiling at some fundraiser.
The preferential treatment, the sleight of hand, back door deals, the we-won’t-fire-you but we-will fire-him for doing the same thing?
How can a “good guy” expect to lead when he is part of the bafoonary? When he is part of the problem and not the solution? Jase broke bad and he continues down that spiral where the only bottom is shame.
Same goes for the three shown in the photos. Fellows, shame on you! The department has been more than good to you and this is how you lead? Sell your soul then. See you on the 2nd Floor if we have to endure another Sniff term in office.

I hadn’t had a bad expirence with Ray until he decided to attack/ talk down to/ belittle and try to intimidate my friend because she decided to wear her Bianco shirt ( you can see her in the photograph above)… I have lost all respect for him (and that hard for me to admit that publically because I am a HUGE supporter of LEO’s), because of how he decided to behave that night. Fellows was at 1 previous meeting a few months back to introduce himself after LT Chavez was transferred (or maybe he retired idk all I know is I wish he came back) attended all community meetings like it was Sunday Church… I am sad he replaced Chavez cause I haven’t seen him around until the other night conviently. Ray only comes around when there is a homicide… the nerve he had to attack my friend who know a lot about issues going on in the county. Ray even had the nerve to say our community is getting better with the drug house and tweekers in the neighborhoods in Woodcrest… unfortunately that can’t be further from the truth!
Ray- I hope you have a come to Jesus moment… and stop playing politics… you are a pawn just like the residents of RIVCO and Deputies who put their lives on the line everyday!!!
