There is a price to being right. Wendy Albright was one of those sending self-righteous emails and telling people about all the money that was allegedly stolen by George and others from the CRA.

Now Wendy Albright has to come up with $10,000 to pay her fppc fine for get this, not doing her paperwork for AD38 GOP Central Committee and for also refusing to respond to multiple attempts to contact.

We warned you about the CRA’s leadership. And their assistant treasurer just got jack-slammed by the FPPC for willful negligence. I wonder what she has done to the CRA’s books in the meantime?

They covered up membership fraud and threw us out in order to try to close the lid on it. Wendy Albright is a close associate and lieutenant of the CRA’s Black Widow Alice Khosravy (whose name you see on every letter, email, blog post and social media function of CRA now).

The Saddleback RA had its’ own $12,000 debacle

And now, their assistant treasurer gets the FPPC death penalty of $5000 per violation for refusing to return letters or phone calls from the LA County Registrar and the FPPC.

Unfortunately for Wendy, they were able to prove their case and the documentation in the 94-page document linked here is legion. It lists dates of contact and types of contact and the entire process leading to the $10,000 fine.

Good things happen to good people.

Perhaps Wendy can get the Pol-Pot Bellied CRA Information Minister to plead her case as he is a government election law lawyer. Whoops, that’s right, Wendy Albright hates Thomas N Hudson. #epicfail.

Reports have come in from around the state that several CRA units have collapsed, yet the CRA is still showing them as active. The organization is overrun with fraud and Wendy Albright is in the middle of all of it.

Get some marshmallows people, there is a nice bonfire burning just waiting for you.

official elephant This is the “Official” trademarked elephant of the GOP.

Only officially chartered organizations can use this elephant in their communications.

Oftentimes, political consultants will use “Two-Star” elephants or close derivatives in order to deceive people in to believing their candidate is the “official” candidate of the Republican Party.

Recently, via an anonymous phone call, someone via someone in the leadership of the California Republican Party complained about the logo of this website.

Now -we direct your attention to our logo.

Could you imagine that on a piece of mail? There is no way in hell you could think that was official, unless you were tweaking, drunk at 9AM or certifiable. (Any or all of the three are prerequisites to be in CRA leadership)

Back to our regularly scheduled beatings of knuckleheads.

12166549_10206047936052411_1969504593_nFamily Values. CRA. Hard-Right. Conservative. Drunk? High?

Meet the knew Corresponding Secretary – Jorge Riley. Over the years, I have been treated to him telling me “Jesus Loves You” with booze on his breath. (At 9am)

People like the CRA’s Weed-Eater Tim Thiesen and the CRA’s black widow Alice Khosravy refer to him as the “Drunk Indian”.

Not to be outdone, the new CRA President Tom Hudson is no slouch when it comes to hitting the sauce. According to people who know him well, his personal decisions have indicated his priorities for at least the last two years.

(Hint: They aren’t family values)

10726780_10202495797147638_1783857371_nThe best fun fact of all is that Rodney Stanhope is planning a comeback to CRA! He has told people that with George and I expelled that he is going to run for a CRA VP slot at their Feb Convention!

(pictured is Stanhope, allegedly showing his support for breast cancer awareness)

So, let’s see – we have a CRA President who slams wine by the gallon, a corresponding secretary with a decades-old reputation of intoxication and an erstwhile CRA VP with tax liens, unpaid child support (the reason why he does not have a checking account and works for cash), a recent felony arrest, a violent misdemeanor conviction and 8 kids by 7 women. (not to mention a crank and booze habit spanning over 10 years)

Was Stanhope’s sudden appearance at the CRP Convention, where he was inviting people to a hospitality suite that was not his, the first step towards said run?

Anyone who dislikes and/or hates George and I is a hero within CRA. I think he’d have a good chance of winning. Go for it Rodney! The CRA needs you!!!

Are these Family Values? Or rather, is this the price of being right? The universe of people you have to draw from shrinks quickly when being right is your value system. The irony is that I am closing in on 13 years sober, perhaps I was tossed because I was ruining their party?

Perhaps I will get another letter from the CRA’s 3×300 relay team (aka the 900 club)? I have 8 legal threat letters in my collection – including the all time classic where I was assured that one lawyer’s client was not mentally ill.

While they have been obsessed with this blogger, they are hemorrhaging members. It makes me wonder why they are all doing it now. There is almost nothing left (to sell or leverage).

Don’t worry folks, the bathroom boys will continue blogging and Thomas N Hudson will continue spinning until the CRA goes down the toilet of political history. Then, of course George and I will be blamed for the failure of that organization – it is the natural order of things. Bottom’s up boys – conservative values. #crankupthecra

Sep 202015

Update: 9/21/2015: I was notified that two of the CRA Units claimed in Tom Hudson’s report of membership have actually joined the CRC, further decimating the narrative put forth at their 9/19 board meeting.

This weekend at the CAGOP convention was very upbeat. The culture under Jim Brulte has been one of civility and camaraderie the likes of which have not been seen in a generation.

There are some fighting against the grain in order to stay personally relevant, but nowhere was that quest for relevance more pronounced than in the CRA’s board meeting.

It was scheduled for 3 1/2 hours, all of which it lasted for. It included numerous committee appointments.

The CRA’s Board was increased to 80 members, with most of the last 20 appointments being people with long histories in the CRA that include few instances of building the organization.

The CRA announced its’ statewide membership to be 1,418. The legal threats leveled against this blog were likely done in an attempt to prevent me from proving my earlier assertion of 1,000 members. Based on their number, I can safely conclude that the actual membership of CRA is less than 1,000 real members. The right people know the truth.

Their membership number likely included 103 members from the Placer CRA, of which at least 85 are no longer CRA members. There are other units that have several members listed that have not paid dues for years by the admission of friends I know within those units, as well as proven evidence of fraud previously outlined here. Remember, the CRA “refused” to let the Placer CRA resign its’ charter setting off a chain of events.

The “Tyler Commission” report was a white-wash of the fraud within CRA. Mr. Tyler never contacted any of the people who came forward with their proof of fraud. It appears that the members of the commission were pressured within CRA to flush the investigation.

CRA President Tom Hudson continued his pattern of concealing or spinning board resignations. For example, the real reason for the resignation of Greg Powers, whose resignation was concealed for a week, was not shared. The real reason for the resignation of others were never shared. Noel Parrish and others had their resignations sandbagged by Mr. Hudson. In all over a dozen CRA Board Members have resigned  suggesting Tom Hudson’s need to expand the CRA’s board to 80 members as a covering move.

The Board Meeting reported 41 “active” CRA Units and 10 “Inactive” CRA Units, and efforts to create 4 new units. Based on what I know of the efforts to create new CRA units – at least two of them are dubious. Based on what I know of several of the so-called “Active” CRA units, many meet infrequently, if ever… while several others are hovering around 15 members.

CRA President Tom Hudson did his best sales job to reassure people there were no investigations in to fraud in the CRA. There is an ongoing investigation.

The pattern indicates that Mr. Hudson, Alexander and others are creating a “Potemkin Village” attempting to dress up an organization that has died from within. The fights for control of the CRA have drained it of its’ talent and activism. The CRA’s officer elections will likely become proxy fights featuring a zombie nation.

Having a sea of paper units and making claims of members that don’t exist may make an organization think it is right versus the truth, yet in the current era of the CAGOP, candidates and legislators are wary of dead organizations that can deliver no real results. (as many dead groups exist).

The real story of CRA’s death was told on Sunday at the main floor session. There was a day when the CRA controlled the CAGOP’s business from A-Z. The CRA barely had 20 of its’ members with delegate badges on the floor. In fact, our count of the delegates indicates that the CRA has no more than 48 members out of the nearly 1700 eligible delegates. This is irrelevance and an 80 member board, 41 units on paper and 1418 members on paper can not cover up that gaping wound of reality.

On a personal note – in an action consistent with flushing the fraud report, stacking the board with more look-good names and reporting out inflated membership numbers, Mr. Hudson made an announcement related to the “pending legal actions”.

As you recall, we wrote about the lawsuit committee they appointed with full powers to act on behalf of the CRA’s board.

Tom Hudson admitted to the CRA’s board that there was no further action possible on the financial issues. This means the allegations of fraud and embezzlement made by several CRA Board Members were/are unfounded lies by Mr. Hudson’s own admission. These now admittedly false allegations are still being repeated in certain circles.

In a move that we believe to be nothing further than face-saving, they indicated that “possible legal action related to the records may still be possible”… over what? How? No one knows.

The quest to be right has led the CRA to irrelevance.

Ok – it’s Friday and the news cycle gets bizarre…

A few days ago I heard that Ed Rowen was telling people that Thomas N Hudson said that the Placer County Republican Assembly had successfully recovered all the “embezzled” money that was given to the local charities. Rowen specifically said that Lighthouse Family Counseling had pledged to return their check and that they had gotten the money back from Courage Worldwide according to Tom.

This is about is felony stupid as Donald Trump attacking brown people as a campaign platform. If the local media found out that a Republican group was lawyering local charities in order to be right, what kind of story would that be?

Remember that caper? Thomas N Hudson was embarrassed that the Placer CRA shut itself down and emptied its’ bank accounts. Then, to be right – he interpreted the state by-laws the way he needed them to be, appointed 15 people to the State CRA Board (to make sure he got the vote he wanted to deny the surrender of the local charter) and then started telling the world (his microscopic sphere of influence) that Kirk Uhler and others had embezzled money.

Tom Hudson was wrong. (Neither Courage nor Lighthouse returned their donations, nor will they) It appears that being wrong is common for a government lawyer (who in this case, makes 119K a year). Tom Hudson should have taken a break from playing paperwork games with his divorce and covered the $4250 that was given to the three charities himself.

There is a price to being right. Tom Hudson made sure that the charities got legal demand letters from his right-hand man Craig Alexander. Now, Craig will tell you that this was not a legal demand letter because there are nuanced differences. Tell that to a layperson. But, hey Craig is right – he’s a lawyer like Tom Hudson.

Which gets us back to Ed Rowen. He voted to send that money out. Now he is saying it was stolen. What did Ed Rowen do? Did he steal something none of us know about? Did Ed Rowen throw Tom Hudson under the bus, claiming it was he who went after the charities?

It was Joe Dorr who called and threatened Courage Worldwide. It is Craig Alexander whose legal stationery that the “demand” letters are on. But, here is Ed Rowen fingering Tom Hudson as the mastermind.

Tom Hudson melted down at the August Placer County GOP Central Committee Meeting. He publicly accused Tracy Mendonsa of embezzlement at the meeting, then threatened him in writing later that night. (ostensibly after a few belts)

It seems that Tom and Ed have taken turns throwing each other under the bus, almost like they were separated at birth or something.

Ed did tell me one time that the only way to get Tom Hudson to do the right thing was to lie to him. I guess I should have told Tom Hudson he was right more often…
