So, let’s roll out our manifesto PRE-ELECTION so that it is clear in the minds of Team Sniff and their lackeys in the local media that the hunting will not stop just because the election is coming.
- Stan Sniff’s wife Jennifer Sniff. She entered the fray, attacking your intrepid blogger, Chad Bianco and others. By doing so, she has made herself fair game even though she is not an employee of the Sheriff’s Office (unlike the Huizingas, or the Executioners). Jennifer Sniff is 16-17 years younger than Stan and has been the subject of all kinds of stories that I have not repeated. I am indeed interested in knowing the true nature of their marriage and relationship. Have they been staying together the last several years as a public show? Do they have an open marriage? It matters as if either allegation is true, it adds to the fraud that is Sniff’s existence.
- Mohammad Ali Mazarei and Halimah: It has been told to me that the local GOP has had it with Mohammad, with the tipping point being either the staged hate crime or Mohammad going berserk. Mohammad is a sitting member of the GOP Cent Com and has been attacking several local GOP electeds for endorsing Chad Bianco as a sitting member of the local party. Will anything happen to him or Halimah for what they did? I am not holding my breath. Will Mohammad get slammed by the State of CA in the Smog Check Fraud hearing scheduled for 11/14? Given that he is in to Sniff for nearly $110,000 lifetime, one has to wonder if that is the price of having law enforcement cover for his misdeeds.
- Kurly. Before Jennifer Sniff and the Mohammad/Halimah pair jumped in to the fray with their Christine Baisley Ford – Style un-vetted allegations (now that Kavanaugh is confirmed, where is she now?) was one Dave “Kurly” Kurylowicz. We know that Kurly was involved in the cover up of the Kevin Duffy Serial Child Molester Scandal. Kurly has been unhinged in the last month and has gone further than a man freaked out over a future promotion. He went far beyond a codependent wife’s facebook screed or a couple of muslims trying to fake a hate crime – he went to a local City Council Meeting and went on camera making charges that are impossible to verify. Other than all three attacks blaming your intrepid blogger (and by default Chad Bianco) for everything, the three attacks reek of campaign desperation. In the case of Dave Kurylowicz, I am wondering how much he knew about the Kevin Duffy scandal and if he is guilty of some sort of crime(s) related to it. I have no evidence to prove Kurly being a criminal, just incredulous observation of his psychosis.
- Kevin Duffy? Will the victims get closure? Will the file labeled Open/Suspended be changed and thusly opened to the public? What about all the evidence Captain Leonard Purvis was ordered to take to the second floor from Hemet? Did the old VHS Tape of Duffy brutally raping a child get erased and destroyed? Did the other evidence get tampered with and destroyed? Who else beyond county risk management, Sheriff Sniff and then Sgt Kurly was involved in the cover-up?
- Bob Epps. Will there be an investigation in to the industrial espionage, misuse of federal funds, incompetence and accidents that have occurred under his watch? We’ve laid out concrete evidence of it.
- Frank “Drone Boy” Taylor. Will there be an audit of what he has done with the drone program? It is alleged that the drones the RSO has, don’t work or are substandard. It is also alleged that the RSO paid double for them.
- DUI’s – will any of the alleged DUI’s that department members got be investigated, ever? (Referring to Sgt. Steve Fredericks, Chief Horton and AS Gutierrez’s alleged issues)
- KPMG Audit. Who will audit the auditors? Their audits have not been thorough, if they had been – they’d have “Found” the $10 Million before Sniff did. (I am referencing the sudden financial bonanza that allowed Sniff to cover himself politically over the CCW issue). Will there ever be an audit of the allocation of resources related to contract cities and them getting far less than they paid for? The overtime? The dilapidated equipment? The County Maintenance racket?
- John Taviglione. What was his price for selling out and endorsing Sniff? He was a loud critic of Sniff for years and suddenly endorsed. That smells. We all know Marion Ashley was bitter over Jaime Furtado getting pasted and wanted a scapegoat, so why not flip off the largest political donor in the area (The deputy’s yoooooyun)?
- All the Chad Bianco Supporting Employees being Personnel Investigated. Will they file a class action lawsuit against the department? If Chad Bianco wins, will the sadistic Sniff Lackeys in management be held accountable? I am referring to people like Lt. Bodnar, Loren Tyler Clark, Sgt Geronimo Contrares, Sgt Robert “Selfie” Garcia, Lt Mike Manning and others that have been regularly featured on this blog. They have wasted millions of tax dollars trying to get people fired and suspended in order to do the bidding of their Furher.
- Tony Pelato – will have be held accountable for his alleged racism and allegedly demonstrated history of vengeful personnel investigations against black employees? Will he be held accountable for the grotesque slurs everyone has heard out of his mouth? Sniff just promoted him.
- Christian Dekkker and Martin “Marty” Tochtrop – these two losers have been frequent subjects of this blog. Both have been promoted by Sniff recently, if Chad wins election will they have their promotions reversed and will they finally be held accountable for their behavior which is at best unprofessional and at worst may be criminal?
I’ve left a lot of names out, but everyone should get the jist of where I am going.
It is clear as I type this that Stan Sniff and his crew on the Second Floor are tying up loose ends. I am aware that Kevin Vest has been interfering in the operations of the county as it relates to rank and file personnel matters as a vindictive control game at the behest of the corrupt sheriff.
Chief Undertaker DiYoyo has recently taken ill according to sources, conveniently, since it appears his work comp claim is getting preferential treatment (unlike rank and file employees who are fought by county legal at every step until they are bankrupted) his reward will be ripping off the taxpayers with part of his bloated pension being tax free for the rest of his life.
It appears that Stan Sniff has directed his management team to run retaliatory PERS investigations against known Chad Bianco supporters. I will be following up on those post election. Remember, we referenced a young employee who was suspended for 160 hours for the egregious act of having a Bianco Sign in his hand while in Uniform. (I guess getting a DUI is ok)
Sniff is making a slew of last minute promotions (similar to Obama’s narcissistic rage after Trump won), including almost everyone on the Cheating Scandal List.
There are budget cover-ups going on – ostensibly to frustrate attempts to identify mismanagement and perhaps malfeasance.
I have drawn the above conclusions from watching patterns. I am going to stay plugged in to see the fallout from the Stan Sniff narcissistic rage scorch-the-earth campaign as he is flailing to keep his psychotic grasp on the Sheriff’s office.

What a shame that Jennifer Sniff has entered the fray, I actually thought she had more class than that. I’m not so sure Stanley didn’t write that and use her as another one of his puppets. However it happened, she has now thrown herself into middle of the battle between good (Chad Bianco) and evil (Stan Sniff).
No matter what desperate moves Sniff attempts, it’s important we all do our very best to continue getting the word out to the public of the need for change in the Sheriff’s Department. Chad Bianco has the support of virtually EVERY police officer and deputy sheriff in the entire county and Sniff has NONE of their support because he is a FAILURE. He has failed every member of the department and every citizen of this county.
Don’t forget about Sniff’s crying little trolls who he has constantly creeping on social media. It wouldn’t surprise me if Kurly and his 10 or 12 fake FB names continue crying and complaining on FB.
It’s time to drain the swamp and Kurly should be one of the first LIARS flushed down that drain! 15 days left, the men and women of RSO can’t wait for that day to arrive.

I have met Jennifer before, and always wondered why she married that megalomaniac Stan, and on one hand I do admire her for standing by her man, but she should have stayed out of it, and is now fair game like Ramie. But I would not be surprised if Stan dicatcted her FB response. Maybe Stan will take her on vacation again when he loses his job for a second time. Let’s face it, now that Jen is in the mix, her private life will no longer be private. Good going Stan, you just exposed your wife to public ridicule and exposure, just like the staff members you have screwed over.
Stan Sniff and his band of malcontents are poisoning the well, so to speak. The second floor is promoting every tool they can, and giving them the choice assignment so when Bianco takes over, he has numerous unqualified managers and supervisors in positions of authority to sabotage Bianco’s term in office. It was bad enough when Sniff started promoting his supporters, but when he starting losing the election, he began promoting these village idiots and giving them positions that were way beyond their capabilities. But on a positive note, there will not be a shortage of witnesses willing to testify on the mismanagement of Sniff’s regime, and lack of oversight by the Board of Supervisors for allowing Sniff’s malfeasance to continue.
