You can make bank that the Never-Trumpers such as Jeff Randle (the man behind the curtain) and others are actively involved in this. It is no accident that they tried to lynch a top flight Congressional Candidate for being a Trump supporter and Conservative (my opinion based on evidence) and they are currently abusing the resources of the CAGOP to promote the Trump-Hating Kevin Faulconer (who they see as a Governor Candidate in 2022).

I am compiling a list of GOP Local electeds that listen to the intelligentsia too much. These are people I believe are most susceptible to the bullying of Mike Madrid and others who are on a crazed ego-fueled rampage to soothe their shattered egos.  (Think Johnny Khamis types – even though Khamis bolted the GOP to get slaughtered in a State Senate Primary) Kevin Faulconer is at the top of said list.

Mike Madrid is still a delegate to the CAGOP. The silence from team Randle is deafening.

Now this tweet from Madrid matches the view of Team Randle/Patterson as they have studiously ignored people that want to re-open California. Rather than stand for business owners they appear to be letting polls (that may not be accurate mind you) dictate their actions.

Note – the CAGOP has been silent while Assembly Permanent Minority leader Marie Waldron is Co-Authoring a bill to change the Assembly to Proxy Voting. That flies in the face of Kevin McCarthy’s public arguments against Proxy Voting. Given that 44% of Patterson’s votes were via Proxy, I understand her silence in defiance of the will of a super-majority of Republican Voters.

I am not holding my breath waiting for Jessica Patterson to deal with the Cossacks in our ranks as their leadership votes are more important than the open warfare against our own party. Perhaps the leadership and the people behind the curtain also support the “Lincoln Project” too?
