Recently, we were told that Kurly and his Husband (Jill/Joe Rogers Sp?) had Ryan Huizinga and his wife, Correctional Sergeant Janelle Huizinga to their time-share in Hawaii!
Apparently, our tax dollars are paying for Kurly’s on-line rants (anonymously, of course) and Kurly is using said tax dollars to fund his lifestyle in Hawaii.
Huizinga, pictured below Stan Sniff, was the Sheriff’s Inside man in an attempted coup in the Riverside Sheriff’s Union. Huizinga lost his bid.
Ryan Huizinga, as you recall got sued after an auto accident, attempting to blame the victim and also discharged his weapon at the county fuel dump. Huzinga was never held accountable for his stupidity. (Ahem, then Lt. Kurly handled that “investigation”…) Janelle Huizinga celebrated her promotion to Correctional Sergeant by allowing a felon to basically walk out of the jail unsupervised. Perhaps she was confusing the inmate with one of Stan Sniff’s thousands of “Fed-Kicks”?
Janelle Huizinga is seen as a cancer in any organization she is a part of and it was put to this blogger that the deputies in the Southwest Detention Center are celebrating her “transfer” to Blythe. It is rumored, but not official that Ryan is headed out to Blythe as well. It appears that 
How does this relate to Kurly? Based on connecting the dots, it appears that Kurly was Ryan Huizinga’s back door man to the second floor. Ryan is known to be bragging to people that he has a direct line to Stan Sniff. Huizinga is reputed to be dumb as a brick and easy to manipulate. There is no way he could get the access to the Sheriff without serious help.
Secondly, it was clear to most involved that Ryan Huizinga was colluding with Sheriff’s Admin, including leaking internal communications within the Sheriff’s Union in real time. It should be noted that Kurly is himself a past officer in both the Sheriff’s union and the management union. It is clear that Kurly has a personal beef with the Sheriff’s Union that is fueling his rage.
Dave Kurylowicz is the Captain of both Huizinga (until he shuttles to Blythe) and “Migelito” as in Miguel Garcia. Note that Garcia was never retaliated against for running against Stan Sniff. It is the opinion of this blogger that Kurly and Huizinga were up to their necks in Garcia’s effort, and that Garcia was pushed to run by the Sheriff in an attempt to split votes out of the universe in a seriously retarded attempt to help the Sheriff in the primary.
In addition to the previous, Kurly was identified by Luis Banuelos as part of the cover up of the Kevin Duffy serial child molestation scandal, so it appears that Kurly has been part of Team Sniff for a long time. Perhaps Kurly was also leaking internal union communications to Sheriff’s Administration as well?

The Sheriff and his crew had believed that he was going to win the Primary outright with something like 54% of the vote. The Sheriff got humiliated with 31.6% of the vote.
It appears that the more extreme behavior of Kurly and the exile of the Huizingas appear to be reactions to the impending doom that the Sheriff must be feeling.
I do feel flattered that Kurly is interrupting his Hawaiian frolic with his Husband and the Huizingas to attack and harass people on social media. However, after this caper, Huizinga is probably going to be an outcast within the deputies union for the rest of his life, and Kurly’s dreams of becoming the next Harvey Milk are on life support.
Meantime, Kurly’s Moreno Valley Station is a disaster and Stan Sniff is sinking.
Damn Aaron, you continue to expose these corrupt scumbags on the daily. It’s amazing how many stories involve the same group of tumors. They are entrenched deep in the belly of the beast. It is going to take Bianco some time to clean up the mess from these disease infested fleas and ticks.
Among the many stories you have done, is a clear pattern and practice of disparity of treatment. It’s time for people to start filing lawsuits against the county. That is the only way this will stop.

The MVPD station is a total disaster.
First, the patrol vehicles are hardly ever washed. I literally stopped one deputy and asked him if he actually enjoys driving a dirty car. His response ” No comment.”
2nd, Rumor is that Kurly and Jeff Giba, City Council Member of Moreno Valley got into it with Kurly toes in a shouting verbal confrontation at some event. Kurly toes was confront the Council Member regarding some shit talk between him and Sniff about Kurly toes…. Which of course was not true and that’s when Mr. Giba raised his voice and told Kurly ” Sniff is a fucken lier.” They both had to be escorted out of the event to re-hash their disagreement outside the venue. It appears Kurly made a comment that he is really scared of losing his job.
Who exactly was Huizinga’s patrol LT when he shot the gas pumps…. yeah you guessed it then Lt. Kurylowicz.
The real link between Kurly and Stanley is that both of them are pathological liars. Kurly is indebted to Stanley for keeping him out of prison for his crimes committed with McNamara and the gang. Stanley keeps Kurylowicz out of prison, Kurly in turn does whatever it takes to keep Stanley in power. I’m getting tired of the unethical shitshow of the second floor. Now throw in Horton as he travels to MoVal, Perris and jurupa to convince everyone how morale is great and people aren’t leaving anymore. “Duece” is correct, morale changed and people stopped leaving the day after the primary election. The next people to leave are all housed on the second floor.

Dumbass Ryan Huizinga tried to flex his muscle at RSA and got a foot stuck in his ass. Ryan lies so much that it’s going to catch up to him and will lose his job in the long run. He’s lazy and worthless as a cop. Going to Blythe is not going to help him, he’s actually going to have to work and handle his calls. As for the accidental discharge at the pumps it’s funny that Kurylowicz handled that investigation.
Kurylowicz the coward should have been fired when he ran out like a coward and left his partner in the house
to take on a suspect armed with an AK-47. Kurylowicz Stop going around glorifying your side of the story bottom line you are a coward.
Kurylowicz was also part of the RSA’s FBI/ DOL Scandal that cost the membership millions of dollars. We can’t forget the Duffy Cover up also.

As for the Stanley he has been exposed

The Attorney General, FBI and DOJ should all take a good look at Stanley I’m sure he would be walked out the office in handcuffs.
Huizinga is definitely Sniff’s little puppet. I have friends who have been waiting for tranfers for a long time, but both Huizinga and his wife get approved for their package deal transfer at the drop of a hat. And to add insult to injury, for everyone else, they got their transfers approved months in advance and allowed them to take it whenever they wanted. Effective date was finally yesterday and people on the west end of the county are glad they are gone!!

Huizinga was, is and always will be a turd circling the toilet. Just like his incompetent, arrogant child of a wife. MoVal deputies are thrilled to see Huizinga go east. He was treated with kid gloves by Kurlynads and they were always hanging out in the Captains office.
