Violent crime, property crime and overall crime are actually higher than four years ago – when Sniff last stood for election.
The numbers used in the “CRIME TRENDS” document are from two different sources:
The DOJ numbers for years 2014, 2015 and 2016 are from the CA DOJ website.
The SNIFF press release numbers for 2017 are from a RivCo Sheriff Dept. press release issued in February, 2018.
The CA DOJ has not yet issued crime numbers for 2017, so we are using Sniff’s own numbers for 2017 instead.

Despite the questionable accuracy of Sniff’s “press release” crime numbers for 2017, it is clear that violent crime, property crime and overall crime have increased substantially during the last four years under Sniff. Riverside County residents are less safe now than they were four years ago.

* Due to higher threshold for crime. Prop. 47 changes went into effect January 1, 2015
LIES, LIES, LIES, that’s what we get from Stan Sniff and his administration. They will twist and turn the numbers how they want them to try and make themselves look good. We are all sick and tired of all of his deception.
Tomorrow is the big day where everyone can privately cast their votes and change the Sheriff’s Department for the better. Vote Sniff out and vote BIANCO in!!!
If by some horrible miracle (via tampered with election) Sniff wins this race, our hope is that all deputies not sucking on Sniff’s jiggly-bits will walk off the job in solidarity with RSA taking names of those who stayed behind.
Interesting many of the numbers are lower than the others. How convenient too. Sniff looks like he’s done his job.
But we, and the community, know this isn’t the case. Many of the areas we serve and protect are cesspools of meth heads, and full of men boys riding BMX bikes with flashlights taped to the handlebars. Walk into any Stater Bros. and gasp at the many boxer shorts you’ll see because that’s how parolees wear their pants.
Sniff can show numbers that claim crime is down, but he cannot hide the fact EVERYONE ON THE DEPARTMENT WANTS HIM OUT OF OFFICE!! His interview shows he is burying his head in the sand with regard to this fact. Many of his marionettes are considering what they can do to hang on to the Eagle’s Nest when Bianco is sheriff and/or preparing their lips for a new round of ass kissing.
What else you have up your dirty sleeve, Sniffcompoop?
I think all of Sniff’s puppets are finally seeing the writing on the wall and the future of this department does not include Sniff or anyone else who is corrupt. The end is near and it sounds like the voters in this county are smarter that Sniff gives them credit for.
Stan Sniff’s days of thinking and acting as if he is above the law are almost over. His rude and discourteous treatment of members of the public who ask him questions and his blatant lies will soon be a thing of the past and he can be sent out to pasture where he belongs.
Vote Chad Bianco for a better and safer Riverside County
