Note that Miguelito’s logo is nearly identical to that of Chad Bianco.
Dave Kurly Krulowycz is the Captain of Moreno Valley, (When he is not perjuring himself on the stand in employment practices lawsuits) where both Miguelito and Ryan Huizinga do graveyard shift together!
It gets better – Kurly is married to some dude that is one of Ryan Huizinga’s best friends!
Huizinga and Miguelito work the same shift at Moreno Valley and have been seen paling around at training seminars / meetings in recent days.
The most telling thing is that Miguelito is not being retaliated against for running against his excellency.
Speaking of Janelle Huizinga, it is reputed that get this – Aaron Kent – is handling the cover-up investigation of her colossal screw up at the jail. Cozy. Kent probably needs to handle his own cover up as my tax dollars apparently paid for his law degree when they should have been paying for more officers on the streets.
For those of you just tuning in, Janelle Huizinga allowed a female inmate to go to the hospital un-escorted by a deputy. This is a major no-no and could lead to termination. However, since Ryan Huizinga carried Stan Sniff’s water in his recent bid to become the President of the Sheriff’s Association, it is clear that the pers investigation in to Janelle’s colossal screw up will go nowhere.
Perhaps Ryan Huizinga’s role in Miguelito’s spoiler campaign is how he is compensating for the issues.
Of further interest is Ryan Huizinga’s own issues. This is a situation that occurred sometime in October of 2017. (Remember in October, Mohammad Ali Mazarei wrote Stan Sniff a $9300 check and later that month a criminal case was opened in to one of his employees at his smog shop that was shut down over legal issues)
Worse, Huizinga is reputed to have waited 5-10 minutes to have reported the incident.
It is unknown who is doing the “Pers” (investigation) in to Huizinga’s misconduct. However, it is my opinion based on similar cases with friends of Stan that the Pers will go nowhere. The most common tactic is to string it out past its’ statue of limitations timeline. (It has come to my attention that Ryan Huizinga was recommended for discipline and the file has been in the offices of Internal Affairs since November of 2017 with no action)
Anyone that thinks either Huizinga will be disciplined for their misconduct does not know how Stan Sniff’s Riverside Sheriff’s Office Works. (Why hasn’t the file about the discharge been sent to the DA’s office?)
However, Ryan will continue his loyal service to Miguelito. Apparently Miguelito was brought in to the race for Sheriff by Stan Sniff because Sniff being old and white seems to think Bianco sounds hispanic. No hispanic I have ever met has the last name Bianco. This is further proof that Sniff really is either a mush-brain or a complete liberal democrat masquerading as a Republican.
A fun side note – Miguelito does not speak a word of Spanish and lives with his Grandparents.
Sniff does side with the ACLU quite often and has endorsed some extreme left-wing candidates so who knows. But, in his desperation to continue his $335k salary and benefits, he (Sniff) is now playing identity politics and Ryan Huizinga lacked the courage to file himself so enter Miguelito.
It won’t work. Skin Color (ahem identity) politics never works, it is all about the candidate. You know, like Stan Sniff and his tattered legacy of incompetency and corruption.
To be continued.
P.S. Anyone with any information on any of these actors or others is encouraged to come forward, you can remain anonymous.
Why did this never appear in the Press Enterprise?
John Bender, Editor for the Press Enterprise of Riverside was in charge of making sure the Chad Bianco retaliation story came out. After it came out (01-04-18) sometime in late Jan 2018, he was transferred to the PE Rancho Cucamonga Office (located in San Bernardino County). He was with the PE of Riverside for 15 years.
When I spoke to him…. I asked him: Did they transfer you because of the Chad Bianco story.? His response: “Appears to be.”

Negligent discharge of a firearm:
In judicial and military technical terms, a negligent discharge is a chargeable offence. A number of both police and military forces automatically consider any accidental discharge to be negligent discharge, under the assumption that a trained officer has control of his firearm at all times.
But there is more than one reason we don’t expect to see much here. Aside from Sniff being the puppeteer, if we go back in time a few years before DiYorio retired the first time, DiYorio had a negligent discharge of his handgun in the stairwell of the admin building. His story was that he accidentally dropped his handgun and it discharged. He obviously was unaware that the Sig has a firing pin safety block making it virtually impossible to fire unless you pull the trigger. He stuck with his original claim that he dropped it, and he knew there were no witnesses to refute his claim. The armorer inspected the weapon and found no malfunctions or defects and they were obviously unable to duplicate the event, because it was impossible to cause it to fire without pulling the trigger.
The investigator handling the case did what he was told and made it all go away, and of course there was no discipline handed down to DiYorio.
I will let you readers form your own opinion of whether or not you think DiYorio told the truth during his administrative interview or whether or not this was another example of the old double standards. In law enforcement, the standard is supposed to be, “If you lie, you die.” That is, unless you work on the second floor.
Wild Bill is correct. It’s what every peace officer is told in the academy. If you lie, you can NEVER be trusted on the stand and you tarnish what the badge stands for.
Although negligent (and dangerous, life-threatening) accidentally discharging your firearm is not the end of your career. A wee bit less on your check for a pay period or two but nothing that will cause for termination. Maybe a toy gun on your posse box in briefing, but it’s all in good fun as long as you don’t need a “safe place” to run and cry to.
So why lie?
Look at the person. Deyoyo is a conniving, save-my-skin-snake who would probably sell his own grandchildren to prevent any harm come his way.
Look at a master investigator (last name starts with a “B” and he is assigned to a station that starts with a “P”) who back in the day discharged his firearm, struck a house, and covered the holes with toothpaste!! Should have been fired FOR LYING (I see coverups equal to lies) but was disciplined, laughed at (still is to this day but for his lack of competence) and fits the definition of lazy.
Oh, and his cases are rejected by the DA almost 80% of the time. In fact, I think he still holds the record for most DA kickbacks COUNTY WIDE.
Liars, cheaters, thieves, these are the people who seem to prosper. Obviously, crime does pay.
If you are Mike Cornett you can lie and get away with it. I meet with my legal team Tuesday and I want everyone to know about his lies. You tried to run my name in the ground Cornett. I have three attorneys and two private investigators. One of my private investigators retired from R.S.O. and worked P.S.B. We are going to see what happens when we bring up your lies Cornett. I remember you said, “You used to be a deputy. I am going to call the chief to see where you spend the night.” I didn’t spend the night anywhere. You are a liar and you need some walking papers. Tony P why didn’t you school him on truthfullness? I can say you didn’t lie on anything.
Cornett you weren’t at the preliminary hearing. I understand that you didn’t have to be there but after all that shit talking you did I thought you would man up and get on the stand. Tony P was there and he did’t get on the stand. Tony P you aren’t the culprit I told one of my investigators I would shake your hand. You are a little guy but I don’t think you would bitch up if you saw me. The bigger cocky guy bitched up when he saw me. He went outside and whined to Evans about me. The lieutenant had folks open doors and post two deputies. I picked up on everything that night. When things were over he got in the far right hand corner of the room away from everyone else. At least you admit you were wrong for the way you beat that black man and called him a nigger. You still shouldn’t be investigating black folks.
…and REALLY?!? Garcia?!? LMAO!!
Or the deputy who got off w3 early one foggy morning and had a couple of Makers and Coke. He heard a sound outside and grabbed his duty weapon. Not able to see what the creepy sound was, he cranked off a few rounds in its general direction. The sound, a vehicle, sped away from the location. Did the deputy call it in right away? He sure did NOT! Infact, he picked up his brass.
Later on, he realized that his backdrop for the shooting were his neighbors houses, where families were sleeping. Then and only then, did he report his shooting, after resprinkling his brass of course.
And what happened to this deputy? He took a minimum number of hours on a charge of failure to report in a timely fashion. This was not this deputies first questionable shooting, and Im told, not his last. Still pushing a unit.
Why do things like this go away? Stan can’t deal with the negative press. Squash the scandal.
… oh, I forgot to mention, the creepy car? It was the paper boy.
Who was this knucklehead that did this?
Same guy who used to golf with the former self proclaimed overlord of PSB, Scott Bates and a few other Lt.’s. He’s retired now, but he’s a man you don’t cross. Pays to be on his good side too, as Deputy Dumbass the paperboy shooter, found out on more than one occasion. It doesnt just pay to suck Stan off, it pays to give his buddies a reach around too.
Yep, Diyorio had a spankimg new Sig Sauer and was showing it off in the stairwell to another Chief. Not sure which one pulled the trigger, but it was covered up fast. The stairwell is well known at Admin. It is used to bypass the front doors and back entrance. It also does not have any cameras. The one camera covering the stairwell door has be intentionally disabled accordimg to the video video camera administrator. Now why would you need to disable a security camera intended for safety and security, oh wait, to get get your badge bunnies upstairs and into your office without record. You can also come and go without any trace. Hey Admin, use the same doors as everyone else and be on camera if you have nothing to hide.
Miguel managed somehow to only make 34 arrests in 2017 23 were misdemeanor citations requiring no paperwork. To pull that stunt off means he had to run away from arrests like a scared little bitch. Felons jump into your back seat in Moval more than 34 times a year. His grandma can’t make more arrests than Deputy Harry Potter turned Sheriff canidate. He is another sniff puppet. Bet his breath smells like Huizinga’s….the odor of sniffs nut sack
