Huizinga ran unsuccessfully for President of the Riverside Sheriff’s Association. He was Stan Sniff’s butt monkey. It was clear that his goal was to prevent the funding of the Riverside Sheriff Association for Chad Bianco’s campaign.
Huizinga was also expelled from the RSA for his douchebaggery. He later took to facebook to solicit pity for his stupidity.
Sheriff Stan Sniff, however had other plans for the Huizinga Family.
Janelle Huizinga was recently promoted to correctional Sergeant after Ryan Huizinga’s maladies within the RSA. Anyone that thinks this promotion had no connection to that is delusional.
Janelle Huizinga just messed up #BIGLY. Sergeant (ahem) Correctional Sergeant Huizinga was on duty at the jail and a female inmate had some sort of medical issue that was serious in nature. Huizinga called for AMS, the Ambulance service to send a meat wagon to the jail and take the inmate to the hospital.
Problem. The sworn deputies were not notified, the inmate ended up in the hospital un-guarded and the Sheriff’s office had to scramble a deputy to go to the hospital to retake custody of the inmate. This is a major league no-no

After realizing the inmate was not being escorted to the hospital by a deputy, they sent one ASAP to the riverside hospital in Moreno Valley RUHS. When deputy arrived at the hospital they could not find the inmate. After the deputy called back to the jail to let them know they could not find the inmate, they then realized the ambulance took the inmate to the downtown hospital RCH.Newly promoted Lt. Kent, who was on duty and in charge at the time was informed of this mistake, but did not let anyone above him know until he was approached the next day.Still waiting to hear if a Pers will be done on both Huizinga or Kent for failure to perform. Unlikely
Im sure someone is aware of Chief Evans direct dealings with the major sexual harassment investigation at the Southwest Jail. She reportedly blundered that investigation from beginning to end. Whoever it was that talked her out of quitting when she determined detective work was too stressful should be fired themselves. She was also involved in screwing up the investigation into the Sergeant at the Southwest Jail that kept showing up to work under the influence.
I have worked for Cheryl Evans in the past, and I have nothing but respect for her.

They told you to be careful what you wished for Aaron when you were sending Sniff your “campaign contributions” right before your recent promotion. You better make sure you notify those corrections bosses sooner or you may not make it off probation.

I worked with Huizinga as a Correctional Deputy and as a Correctional Corporal and what a hard worker. Huizinga is a very competent and well-rounded employee and I have nothing bad to say about her. I know many people who work at the Robert Presley Detention Center and your article has a lot of miss information in it. You seem very interested in our department and I would like to see more article on how one could fix so called problems instead of the continual false mudslinging. Change is good if conducted in a positive and meaningful way.

Mr. Parks, I was wondering where your interest in Riverside County politic came from. My research shows you don’t even live in this count. I love interacting with people interested in politics but must know their motive before having an intelligent conversation with them (not an argument or mudslinging session). Your interest has sparked my though process.
I see there are three other candidates out there who are running against the current Sheriff of Riverside County. I like my information to be factual and non-bias, but I am not seeing that on your blog as I read through your articles. This blog is heavily centered around the Chad Bianco name and has a lot of Riverside Sheriff’s Association headlines to it. You Have no credible bio or photo containing your credentials.
As a tenure employee of the Sheriff’s Department I have never voted for an individual as Sheriff but the candidate who is best suited to fulfill the mission of the department. The great men and women of this department deserve nothing less and the communities we serve deserve nothing less.
This blog seems to be paid and bought for by the Chad Bianco camp and funded by our once great union the Riverside County Sheriff’s Association. Or should I say before it became corrupt. As a deputy of the law I am held to a higher standard on and of duty and find this conducted by fellow officers on this blog shameful. I hope these deputies who have committed on your blog never making a mistake because the ridicule they will receive on the job will be harsh by their fellow office. They should probable make sure their house is not made of glass before they start throwing stones.
As the saying goes, “Be careful with the devil you dance with“ or put another way, “would you rather dance with the devil you know or the devil you don’t.” In politic we call this the love hat flip relationship.

PCIC is right look at the terminology used! No cop would ever refer to themselves as a “Deputy of the law” then call themselves an officer and could probably spell officer right. I’m a DEPUTY not an OFFICE or OFFICER. This is a civilian Sniffster posing. What is a Love Hat relationship?
After the first post, it appeared it may be someone trying defend the honor of someone else that may be near and dear to them. However, after the second post, which I will call a rant, it became pretty obvious that “DS” is actually RH and he took this particular blog so personal that he couldn’t prevent himself from showing his cards. He was lashing out because he saw his likeness in a photo and someone near and dear to him was being put on blast for the mistake she made on the job.
While it’s understandable he would take offense to this particular blog (because it strikes a nerve close to home) he needs to understand that he and his views are best kept to himself. The undertone in his rant lashes out at the Association he was removed from because of violations he committed. When he lashes out at the Association, he lashes out at ALL of us who are members and ALL of us who want change in this department. If he had been around this department more than a minute and had some more experience here, he would know how very accurate the vast majority of these blogs are.
I do have to admit his spelling and grammar is atrocious, so I could be mistaken, maybe it is the goat lover after all. Whomever it is, he needs to learn how to spell and stop dancing with the devil (and we all know who that devil is, the atheist prick Stanley).
