I have written before that I think young Mr. Kiley has potential. That time is not now as his youthful lack of discipline and campaign integrity are overshadowing his talent. in 2016, Kevin Kiley was not a Deputy District Attorney, he is a former Deputy District...
(Note – at least in 2019 Mr. Kiley has a few local endorsements.) However, this is an historical note that should be considered as people evaluate Mr. Kiley’s current mailings. This is a re-post from 06/06/2016 Placer GOP Chairman Dennis Revell stood...
It was 2016. A man I knew and respected had stepped up to run for Assembly when the local electeds were all passing on the deal. Bill Halldin knew he’d have an uphill battle for the AD06 Race. It was a Melee. 11 People filed. Mikulaco’s Signs were a...
Mr. Kiley also does not own a gun or a home… Yet is trying to pass himself off as a Cattle Rancher. IT is a different experience when the extra money is coming for your...
Yes – those eeeeeevil Prison Guards are dropping $50K in to Brian Dahle. Man, you’d think Michael Bloomberg had donated or something. (A bunch of his buddies donated to Kiley in 2016 BTW) However, in the process of whining about the Prison Guards AKA...
In the intervening two years since Kevin Kiley got elected to AD06, your intrepid blogger has learned more about Young Mr. Kiley. It is however, like a mystery novel as each question answered breeds three more. Quite a biography Mr. Kiley had in 2016. Take a close...
I am going to start off with a personal note. I am helping Brian Dahle’s campaign. I’ve known Dahle since 2012 when I helped him beat the establishment. It is ironic that three members of the establishment (as Dahle is now part of it) are squaring off...
Your intrepid blogger gets a lot of email forwards and anonymous letters. One such letter found its’ way to my insurance office. It is so full of typos and grammatical errors, I am wondering if they were done deliberately to ensure that I’d not be able...
When I worked for Bill Halldin in the extremely crowded 2016 Assembly District 6 Primary, the team of James Gallagher, Doug LaMalfa, Frank Bigelow and Jim Nielsen – all partisan Republican officeholders came through with huge endorsements for Bill. Jim...
Total Placer County Turnout 54%. 115,266. The numbers don’t lie: Total Republican Votes for President: 54181 or 47% – down a fraction of a point below 47.4% Registration Total Democrat Votes for President: 47203 or 41% – up a whopping 14% over 27%...
I worked for Bill Halldin, we had a simple strategy… We knew that since Bill had gobbled up a ton of endorsements in Placer County that our opponents would go elsewhere and fight it out. We also know that “Mik” would be strong in El Dorado as he...
Congrats to Mik who almost beat Kevin Hanley despite spending 1/20 of what Hanley did. Kevin Hanley was out sign-waiving on Sierra College and Douglas on Election Day. SMH. I know that Pugno, Kiley and our camp were calling and walking precincts on Election Day,...
