This time it is not necessarily plagiarism – however, the deception is real.

The email was sent by “Herman Cain” with a return address of Info@Danhughes2012.org… so, once again we have Dan Hughes implying an endorsement from Herman Cain.

The email itself was a whiny defense of the 9-9-9 tax increase plan.
