Roseville Joint Union High School District is considering a resolution to make masks optional for its student body. This is a big deal and RJUHSD would be the first district in the state to pass such a resolution to make masks optional. It would be great if our membership could show up tomorrow to support this resolution and offer encouragement to the board to make this bold leap.

So, what was the outcome? Did they rescind the mandate or no?
JUST A POINT TO CONSIDER:
Ron Desantis, was going to limit funding to schools which prolonged the agony of forcing students to ” mask up or else ” policies. Yesterday, I heard the howl of protest of the left citing how horrible those funding denial attempts were! ( feigned shock look )
However, OUR GOVERNMENT, did the following:
1) Forced you to take a vaccine or be terminated from your job;
2) Forced businesses to REQUIRE you to show proof of vaccination or be denied entry to that business;
3) Forced citizens to be (and show proof of ) vaccination status BEFORE you could ” enjoy your life at any type of large crowd venue “;
4) Forced places of worship to close due to the virus while allowing certain business to remain open, allowed sports to continue, allowed flights to continue, etc.
Note however, requiring YOU to be vaccinated or lose your job, is no less than Desantis limiting funding for resistant school districts who continued the torture of students by closers and mandates.
I am not stating that I am an anti-vaxer. I AM stating that I am FOR CHOICE.
YOU decide if you’re at risk and take the precautions that are necessary for YOU to live YOUR life as you determine to live it.
I am saddened how easily we’ve allowed governmental tyranny to flourish in our nation. I am saddened how easily my fellow Americans allowed that madness to grip them, to the point of WANTING to :
1) Jail non maskers;
2) FINE non maskers and non vaxcers;
3) BAN non maskers/vaxcers from general life, businesses and travel.
(recent survey conducted and reported within the last week that 40% of those surveyed wish to see as punishment for the holdouts )
and MOST especially, I am saddened that my brethren of the Military, didn’t stand up the tyranny happening before their eyes. WE took an oath: To defend this Country against ALL ENEMIES, foreign AND domestic.
Something went wrong during this mess called covid, and hopefully, something will right itself to prevent it from ever happening again!
