“Do as I say and not as I do” management style is Sniffcompoop and crew’s downfall. Unfortunately, all of the promotions he’s given lead the same way. ROD has shown us how sergeants get away with 314ing in the parking lots, lieutenants sit, do nothing when their stations are confronted by hostile, destroying department property, etc. NO ONE IS DISCIPLINED!!
Accountability for all is what this department lacks which is why a new sheriff is needed.
Oh, Sniff, there is a program out there called Photoshop that can erase your rusty badge from the digitally enhanced photos of yours. Is that also used to make you look thinner too?

Not only is he cheating with signs and violating FPPC rules-campaigning on duty and wearing his uniform in pictures. But look at that picture? He’s a hot mess right now, the picture is not even current, it’s got to be at least ten years old. Every single thing about this man is fraudulent. Vote this liar out of office.
Rules only apply to the working class in Stan’s world, but claims to be for the working class, which is a lie. Stan’s philosophy on management is, “All animals are equal, but some animals are more equal than others” Animal Farm, George Orwell 1945. Stan and the freebooters he calls his executive staff are the only one’s in the Department that consume valuable resources, but produces nothing in return. Yet they are masters of all that lays before them. Stan sets others to do the work for him, but gives back the bare minimum and the rest he keeps for himself and his second floor privateers. He promotes his “favorites” and political donors to positions of authority, with catastrophic consequences. He holds the working class accountable for minor, and sometimes imaginative offenses, but the true violators of General Orders that are Second Floor “Yes men” are given a pass. The D.A.’s Office, and the P.D. are aware of the second floor’s misconduct, lets just hope the DOJ has also taken notice as well.
Strategy? Sniff chooses a very small (but quaint) winery in distant Mira Loma for a fundraiser. This way, when maybe Ali and 12 Sniff minions (on the clock) show up, the PR photos won’t reveal that no official supporters attended.
And then Perris? That city where a home filled with abused children made the Associated Press and Sniffles didn’t show up.
What a clown.
Supporters of Sniffles’s donations would be better spent if they donated their money to these children.
