Note – the Riverside Press Enterprise was johnny on the spot to cover the pastor that got arrested for molestation. The editor of the P-E has never disclosed his close relationship with Sniff. The Pastor article gives the leftists at the newspaper a chance to smear Christians as well. It is a two-fer. Journalistic prostitution and a cheap shot at people of faith. CNN would be proud. Meantime the children Duffy molested get re-injured again as the P-E continues to cover for the Corrupt Sheriff.
It is not just within the department. It was 2009, right before Stan Sniff was to stand for election the first time and the case of Kevin Duffy exploded.
Luis Bolanos – who Sniff’s supporters are attacking in an attempt to diminish the information has been on this case since March (and before). It appears that Bolanos has some of the same sources that I do, as the information is known and verified to be accurate by department old-timers that have come forward to your intrepid blogger.
The Desert Sun has been silent. The Riverside Press-Enterprise has been silent. (The P-E has never publicly disclosed the conflict of interest as their editor has regarding his close relationship with Stan Sniff)

Stan Sniff took extraordinary measures to try and button up this case, leaving hundreds of victims without recourse or closure. Recent revelations indicate that none other than Dave Kurylowicz – a then Sgt, now Captain of Moreno Valley Station was up to his neck in the cover-up as well.
This is our first blog on the Kevin Duffy story.
Sheriff Stan Sniff says this is a baseless political attack because they did a thorough and exhaustive investigation. He says they interviewed ninety people, served 20 search warrants, had ten investigators on the case and found two separate incidents against one child and since then no other victims have come forward.
According to an insider with direct knowledge, they identified 250 kids at risk and verified 7 victims. Stan Sniff is lying. In addition, the case was changed from “Closed Exceptional” to “Open Suspended” – this is not an indicator of a thorough, exhaustive investigation. It is done to prevent the file from being subject to Freedom of Information Act requests.
These are the actions of a Sheriff Devoid of a Soul or Character to string hundreds of molestation victims out to dry. One Boy, now adult feels responsible for the suicide of Kevin Duffy, who should have NEVER been released from custody. But Sniff got his cover up and Duffy “Did the Right Thing”.
We interviewed and old-timer in the department and had another confidential informant come forward in this explosive blog post. See below, and then look at Stan Sniff’s response a second time. 
This story is just appalling and the PE ignoring it is disgusting. To just flat out ignore a story of this magnitude tells you that they are knee deep in Sniff’s crap. Then we have Kurly. A man that once was pretty respected seems to have become nothing than another foot soldier for Sniffs band of thugs and has been properly rewarded with his own Station. Another one of the Captains that was spying on Bianco at his events. It’s so cute that he is seen in the RSO group calling for RSA to be disbanded….why would he want that? Oh yeah so admin can trample our rights more than they do. I suspect that Kurly knows that of Sniff is re-elected he has a golden path to the second floor but if Bianco wins his career stalls. That’s why he is sending veiled internet threats at this blog. It’s the only way he can fight back because the momentum is on Chad’s side and we all know that he runs from the sound of real gunfire.
I am upset and deeply disappointed with Sheriff Sniff for covering this up as a taxpayer and citizen of this county I expect more from the leader of the department.

Kevin Duffy was a serial child molester. The investigation uncovered the facts but Sniff did not want this to go public so he covered it up so he could save his own skin.
Not going to call you Sheriff I’m going to refer to you as Sniff because you don’t deserve that title. You should be prosecuted for what you covered-up. Look at all the children that could have been helped and did not receive any type of help.
What you did is the worst thing someone can do to a child. You are as guilty as Kevin Duffy and should be prosecuted and removed from office.
