This becomes a bigger issue than simply a bad vote – is this an indication of Doug LaMalfa’s philosophy?

With Jerry Brown – who we all know hates crime victims and is a complete patsy to criminals – releasing thousands of criminals in a way to circumvent three strikes in his budgets… it is important to understand the philosophy of crime and punishment of everyone running for office.

Allows prisoners to receive 30 days in addition to other good time work time credits off their county jail sentence for participating in education programs.

Ok – so 30 days isn’t a lot, but have you seen those “education” programs? They are a joke and accomplish nothing.
