Beth Gaines entire campaign staff was in court. (except Rodney)

Only Matt Rexroad went to court for team Allard.

The judge basically said – Team Allard, your arguments have merit, but there isn’t enough time to enforce them.

Translation – Allard was right, but the judge refused to do anything about it.

As I said on the air with Eric Hogue – there are a ton of stay-at-home-moms in this district, I’d have embraced that. Why Beth Gaines saw fit to manufacture a ballot title is beyond me.

Diana Ruslin just won a seat on the Rocklin City Council for pete’s sake!

You have not heard the last of this… let me tell you… and the way Team Gaines handled this made it much more of a media event than it should have been.

  1. Happy Super Bowl Day!!! Allard didn’t win anything – it was more like a no-decision.

  2. Ooops! I forgot to mention today’s most important significance – Ronald Reagan’s centenary. Happy Birthday, Mr. President!
