You’d figure that the Sheriff of Riverside County would be a lock for the Republican nod for Governor. I mean, 2.4 Million people and national headlines for kicking Newsolini in the nuts over COVID BS. That’s right, when Newsolini wanted to throw pastors in prison for holding services, Bianco said we aren’t enforcing that dictatorial edict that is not an actual state law. (hint several court cases tossed actual laws like that)
The CAGOP has a convention this weekend where the delegates will be deciding who to endorse for Governor.
Steve Hilton is a Johnny-come-lately guy who has a following because he was on some talk show saying stuff people wanted to hear. But anyone that looks at his history can find plenty of the above type of photos of Hilton. Hilton was a political advisor to the British Tory party when they raised taxes, opened the borders, expanded the welfare state and arrested people for hate speech.
Basically the Islamic takeover of England we are seeing happen today where rape victims are jailed for trashing the (mostly muslim) rapists, others being arrested for facebook posts, exploding muslim populations (many draining the social welfare system in addition), mass efforts to legalize all of them so they will vote to keep the despotic Kier Starmer in power had it’s genesis under the Tory Party of Steve Hilton / David Cameron. Cameron resigned in disgrace as prime minister after calling a snap election and getting hammered… I wonder whose brilliant advice caused that?
The California Islamo-Commie Party released a survey showing Hilton and Sheriff Chad Bianco running 1-2 in the California open primary system. This means that you could have a Republican governor in California for the first time since Prop 14 passed. Why? Because California’s election system is a blanket primary where the top two finishers in the primary go on to the general election – why democrats have had so many Dem vs Dem general elections. The only way a Republican gets elected governor is with an R vs R runoff. The dems have a 21 point registration advantage.
Senator Brian Dahle was the best Republican performer for governor, getting just over 41% of the vote. a 5-4 inch tall 135 pounds-sopping-wet diminutive dude who sounds like monty python ain’t gonna out perform a rough and tumble rancher from the N/E desert of CA. (OR a Sheriff from the S/E Desert of CA for that matter)
So why did Trump endorse this disaster? Friendship? Maybe. Consultants in common? A lot of people with their fingers in the Hilton crew are also mobbed up with the Donald nationally. Or, according to the DNC Mouthpiece known as politico:
The White House had come around to the conclusion that it was unlikely two Republicans would get the top spots in a California election, the person said, or that a Republican could ultimately land in the governor’s mansion — but that Trump’s seal of approval would at least ensure one of them made the runoff, driving turnout for a proposed voter ID initiative in the state and improving its odds of passage.
None of these people – including Sheriff Chad Bianco’s own current campaign team know him like I do. In 2018, the Right on Daily blog played a major and central role in electing Chad Bianco Sheriff of Riverside County.
Chad Bianco had been transferred to one of the worst if not the worst possible command in the Riverside Sheriff’s Office, and was also sequestered in the building being specifically and strictly forbidden from working in the field by the former Sheriff Stan Sniff. Most people would have quit, or “lateralled” to another department. Not Bianco, he followed up on his 2014 Campaign against Sniff by developing a support base and getting others to see the corruption of the Sniff administration.
By 2018, Chad Bianco blew out Stan Sniff and became the first Lieutenant ever elected Sheriff in California History. Today, Bianco has the endorsement of damn near every Sheriff in California too, so you know what his peers think of him.

Ah yes the (p)Uken report, a left-wing blog started in response to Right on Daily. Good times!
And right here on this blog 8 years ago, we chronicled how Chad Bianco was attacked repeatedly for being a conservative. No wonder why the CRA endorsed Bianco.
I made a decision a while ago I was going to stay out of the governor’s race. Too many friends on both sides of the fight. I have not communicated much with Bianco since he was elected Sheriff, as lives diverge. I was not asked for help or to be a part of his campaign. I’ve had plenty of other stuff on my plate.
But today, I feel compelled to endorse Chad Bianco for Governor because he is the best we have. And given the machinations and insider politics + the political calculation behind the recent news of the last 36 hours – consistent with my pattern of rebelling against insider politics. Here we are.
Regardless of the calculations – a 5’4″ tall 135 Pound sopping wet talk show host versus a cross-fit practicing badass sheriff is one of the easiest choices anyone could make. Unless of course you are a Republican insider, then screwing up is institutionalized.
For those of you going to the CAGOP convention that were Chad Bianco supporters 36 hours ago – stay the course and don’t let Washington DC insiders and their crazed minions sway you. Chad Bianco was and is the best choice for governor out of the Republican field period. Don’t reward the insiders, reward California with a good solid candidate we can be proud of in November.

Now we know why that blog entry about CA GOP endorsements went missing…
Brian Dahle should have fought harder. He is weak. The time was right during the Covid era and the recall era and he chose the easy way out. Shame on us for backing such a weak candidate. That recall election was dirty and everyone knew it-even Dahle, and he chose to concede. Weak.
And does anyone else find it statistically odd that Newsom got the same vote share in the recall that he got in his election? How? He was less popular during COVID and the recall.
How tall is the blogger? And his weight? Probably a much larger BMI than Hilton and a direct predictor of mental and physical well being. Shame on you blogger for harping on someone’s height and weight. What’s next? He’s bald? Wears bad suits? Talks funny? It seems Hilton is the antithesis of Newsom…
If we want to change California then we need Trump’s help. We have proven that we are incapable of getting rid of corruption on our own. Admit it. We need help and Bianco (as much as I like him as a sheriff) can’t provide it any more than Dahle could. That ballot grab was timed pretty good though…
And why no mention of the poison pill of taking a knee with protesters in 2020? Many still hold that as a deal breaker. I don’t, but MANY do.
Melody – my readers are dumber from having to read your comments.
Aaron (Park) some of your rambling in this report are below you….and you know it. Be-that-as-it-may, this election will be interesting as Hilton has Trumps endorsement and Bianco might get the endorsement of the CRP at the Convention this weekend. Maybe, we will still have two Republican’s as the top two in the General Election. Hilton leads slightly in most polls, and if you look at the numbers, Hilton draws well with Independents and Cross Overs which we have to have to win in the fall. However, if Bianco doesn’t get the CRP endorsement, it’s pretty much likely going to be Hilton against a TBD Democrat.
Charles, I am smarter from having read your comment.
Blogger’s Note: 3 IQ points above the sidewalk is a low bar.
`1-6 April Poll. Binder Research: Steve Hilton 22%, Eric Swalwell 18%, Chad Bianco 13%, Tom Steyer 12%. Other candidates’ single figures. Less than 3 weeks before ballots hit the mail……
Swallwell would be a GREAT choice for Democrats back.
I am aware Trump was not President in 2021 or 2022, but Brian Dahle never received his endorsement or even a mention by name from Trump. Why not?
MAGA folks leaving Bianco to support Hilton after Trump endorsement MIGHT not be all bad for Republicans. Bianco’s base gets pruned substantially, but pruning leads to increased vigor and new growth. Maybe the Hilton endorsement strengthened BOTH campaigns?
If it turns out to be Swallowswell vs. Hilton that is still OK as the real dirt on E-Rok has not even begun to reach the public yet (same with Newsom). Wonder why blogger is holding off on the hit piece on Swallowswell? Or is it too early?
