YET HE WANTS TO BE THE CALIFORNIA SECRETARY OF STATE!!! (SOS = Secretary of State)
Is Rob Bernosky running to get his $34,000 in fines dismissed? The list is posted here for a permanent record.

Join the movement! ROB! for SOS
Earlier on, here on Right on Daily, we busted the corrupt staff of the CAGOP for playing favorites. They had Rob Bernosky eligible for a CAGOP endorsement a full day before filing. (Physical sources in San Benito County indicate that Bernosky filed for SOS around 4PM Friday 3-11-2022, yet Bernosky appears on the menu of the CAGOP for endorsement nominations on 3-10-2022)
It is 100% the belief of your intrepid blogger that forces who may or may not include Luis Buhler and the CAGOP staff were desperately looking for another name to throw on the ballot because they are mortally afraid that Rachel Hamm will be the nominee for Secretary of State. I’ve heard mixed reports about her, but suffice to say, she is 100% about election fraud and believes that most all elections are rigged.
Your intrepid blogger was told by one source they were called by Bryan Watkins (someone with a 6 figure salary from the CAGOP) about filing for SOS. All that was offered was the filing fee.
The fact that Rob Bernosky was the only floatie that manifested in the political toilet bowl is pretty hysterical, considering he still owes the California SOS $34,000 in fines.
Bernoksy claims the fines were forgiven when he paid a $2500 FPPC fine for being a disaster with his campaign finances. This is a lie.
First off, let’s look at the decree from the FPPC.
Here is the PDF of the decree downloaded in case it disappears from the FPPC website – what is critical is that the decree says nothing about the SOS fines. Why? The FPPC has no jurisdiction over the SOS. If the fines from the SOS had been forgiven, they would not be a part of the excel spreadsheet linked above.
In addition to the lie – we have someone holding himself out as a “CEO” who can’t pay his bills or do his paperwork correctly. If you think election fraud is a problem, how about voting for an inept product of the swamp of the CAGOP to bring his brand of due diligence to the SOS office.
Uh, no.
#EPICFAIL CAGOP.

Not sure, but I believe the Sec of State Report, “Outstanding Fines for Late Filing Documents Required by the California Political Reform Act” is not what the responsible officer owes, but it is the amount on the documents, such as the FPPC Form 460, Recipient Committee Campaign Statement. Someone needs to clarify.
I did a quick analysis of this report, effective Mar 01, 2022. There are 3,098 records. I filtered the filer name “democrat”. There are 201 records, beginning balance totaling $190,013 and current balance $181,919. I did the same for “Republican”. There 110 records, beginning balance $88,043 and current balance $85,948.
I did another filter under the filer name “Republican Central Committee”. There are 47 records beginning balance totaling $50,299, current balance $48,244. These 14 RCCCs. The list below is the County, (Responsible Officer) and current balance.
Amador (Danny J. Walsh / Darnell Grisby) $420
Calaveras (Sean B. Doherty Sr.) $100
El Dorado (Cinda Walton) $200
Lassen (Brian Dahle) $12,317
Los Angeles (Julie Haff) $3,000
Madera (Barbara Thomasson) $378
Mendocino (Thomas Montgomery) $6,586
Modoc (Artia Kemper) $600
Napa (Tonya West) $4,940

Siskiyou (Jackie Terwilliger) $420
Sonoma (John Reyes) $200
Stanislaus (Joyce Francis) $270

Bookkeeping and financial reports are not the fun and glamorous parts of political campaigns. An emphasis needs to be made to train campaign and central committee treasurers. Too often we have candidates that file and the Treasurer on the 410 form is the candidate.
