This picture is one of several that are very controversial. Who is the man with the gray beard and why is Karm associating with him?

RightOnDaily has covered extensively Karm Bains pattern of bad judgement: 3 DUI’s, 74 liens and judgements, 4 foreclosures and a total lack of any reliable political compass.

Illustrating that there is truly nothing sacred to Mr. Bains when it comes to his pursuit of his own interests, it has been revealed to us by insiders with knowledge of the circumstances at hand that his deceit and double dealing even extend to within his own family and house of worship.

One image circulating has the words “Biggest Prostitute 2020” embedded on Karm for this widely perceived betrayal.

Karm has teamed up with a decades long adversary of the Bains family. Tejinder Singh Dhosanjh (man in the pic). Karm and his family have been against this man for several decades in regards to temple/religious politics and several other social issues.

This feud escalated to a point where this man has been seen and heard chanting death to Karm Bains’s father many times after temple meetings in Karm’s presences. At one point not long ago it escalated to the point where one of this man’s followers violently stabbed Karm Bains cousin after a temple meeting. This cousin required surgeries and several days in the hospital. Karm was present but chose not to help or act to protect his cousin.

It looks like Karm Bains has made a decision he can’t win without joining Tejinder. You see this man takes credit for electing several local officials (we won’t mention them they know who they are). Tejinder thinks he “controls” the Indian vote which is substantial. Karm has supported candidates opposing Tejinder’s candidates many times and lost!

Karm Bains has become very nervous and has promised Tejinder Dosanjh a position in the temple for his help in this election. Karm has upset many immediate family members and the Indian community with this move.

These two have caused so much turmoil in the local Punjabi community and overall Yuba Sutter community for decades and now for “personal benefit” joined forces at the drop of a hat!

Karm Bains Update: Caught on Tape… A Drunken Karm Bains Goes Off on the Yuba-Sutter Deputy Sheriff’s Association

Watch for yourself. It is pretty clear.

Karm Bains has requested the endorsement of the Yuba City Police Officers Association, but local law enforcement is familiar with Karm’s long running pattern of public intoxication, drunk driving, and brawling.
The fact that the pattern is not merely a collection of incidents from Karm’s youth but one that continues now is currently a subject of intense debate among local law enforcement personnel.
Not long ago, local police were called to a home where Karm was point of contact for law enforcement. After law enforcement made a dozen visits in response to complaints by neighbors, a visibly intoxicated and agitated Karm Bains confronted law enforcement officers yelling, “Where the f*ck are you? and demanding they leave. The drunk and combative Karm Bains had to be escorted away to avoid the situation from escalating.
This incident came up when Karm Bains met with POA members at the local Mountain Mikes pizza to request an endorsement. During that meeting, officers asked Karm why they should endorse him after his actions on the evening in question?
Quote from officer: “Bains told me and the other board members that the situation was volatile and there was alcohol involved.”
Karm didn’t apologize that night but when he realized he wasn’t going to get the endorsement he followed up with a written note to the POA members he met with, apologizing for his conduct during the incident and acknowledging alcohol had been involved.
Bottom line: All of the above is fact, and everybody knows what Karm Bains is truly about. He is the privileged son of a very respected man, but that doesn’t mean he is, or should be considered one, himself.

The records don’t lie – despite his wealth, Karm Bains lost four homes to Foreclosure in 2010-2012. Why? 4 houses? Did he just flake out on them? What kind of landlord was Karm Bains?

Some people have attempted to defend Karm Bain’s lifelong pattern of financial malfeasance and his criminal record by saying it is 15 years ago. There were 74 notations of liens and judgements from 2002-2005. Bains continues his pattern to this day.

Karm was involved in a brawl in 2010.

In 2015, Karm lost a court case and had a judgement entered in against him.

No one can claim with a straight face that Karm Bains is ethical with money.

I also remind people that Bains still drinks despite having 3 DUI-type incidents. What normal person does this?

In 2020, we have reports that Bains was in the middle of trouble again – see also Tej Maan’s signs being destroyed. In addition, I was told by people close to Tamika Hamilton’s campaign that Karm Bains showed up photographing attenders in an attempt to bully them. Further, we’ve been told stories about the behavior of a drunken Karm Bains on the campaign trail.

You just don’t have EDD Liens, State Tax Liens, Federal Tax Liens, several judgements, alcohol related incidents, find yourself in the middle of brawls, lose property in a foreclosure and lose a small claims court case (despite having plenty of money to settle it) by being a nice, trustworthy, stable man. (Note that his trail of destruction is spread out over 5 counties)

The people that endorsed this guy should be ashamed of themselves. This information on Karm Bains was not that difficult to come across and his current pattern of drunkenness and boorish behavior right here, right now in 2020 should have been the first clue something is really wrong with this guy.

What kind of successful multi-millionaire loses 4 homes to foreclosure and gets a small claims judgement entered in against him? Is this a resume for someone you’d trust in office?

One of the defenses of Karm Bains’ extensive legal record is that the items “are in the past”. Here is a small claims judgement from 2015. Why is a dude as rich as Karm Bains losing lawsuits for not paying his bills??? (You will see that the plaintiff is listed as a Creditor… Ouch) The judgement was entered 6-11-2015. Ouch.

Did Jerry Brown know that Karm Bains had been leaned by the EDD in 2004 for refusing to pay small business (payroll) taxes?

Here are two more State Tax liens that were released in 2004.

This page reveals a second EDD Lien (typically for payroll taxes) and yet another state tax lien. Note that this lien was filed in LA County suggesting Bains had a business in LA county at one time that he did not pay the bills for.

This time – two more State Tax Lines filed in Yuba County. These could have been from a piece of property or yet another disaster of a business.

Now add Butte County to the hit parade. This means that a man running for county supervisor has been liened for failing to pay his taxes in 4 counties, including the county he seeks to represent and two surrounding counties. While he may say that it is all in the past – how does Bains explain a 2015 Civil Judgement against him?

It has been put to me that Karm Bains is basically in control of the family fortune and yet – here he is in 2015 losing a small claims case. This means that his failure to pay his bills is willful and deliberate and has zero to do with circumstances.

There’s more:

Note the dollar amounts. They are all different suggesting multiple issues at multiple places.

Add in Madera County – to bring the total to 5.

Supervisor material right here.

Still more in Yuba County – continue to note the different dollar amounts.

You have to wonder if Karm’s wealthy father bailed him out as there are at least 30 unique liens that I can count from these records!

Some liens show released and some do not.

If you look at the dates – we have liens spanning two full years and 5 counties. It is staggering.

Here is another lost lawsuit in 2002 versus 2015. The point is that long record of Karm Bains being in and out of court because of his personal decisions.

Here is a federal tax lien to add to the hit parade. Again, note the dollar amounts are different on all of these suggesting that they are all unique occurrences.

Note this is 3-22-2005, outside the date range of the other 25 liens / judgements we reported on.

It appears that Karm Bains racked up $300,000 in unpaid taxes total if I am reading these things correctly!

$123,000 IRS Lien. Yeesh.

Here’s the point – Karm Bains has been in legal trouble since 2002 over his financial maladies. The Small Claims Court issue also proves that even in 2015 that Bains has not learned a thing from his past. Can we trust him to make good decisions today?

The man has 3 DUI’s and one other alcohol related incident (that we know of). Even today, he is reputed to still be a heavy drinker? Can we trust Karm Bains to exercise sober judgement in Sutter County?

If I was John Garamendi, Doug LaMalfa, Jim Nielsen, James Gallagher and others in the establishment I’d really be second guessing the decision to try and hold a coronation for a man whose best claim to office is that his wealthy father is a prolific political donor. Karm Bains on his own volition is not qualified to lead anyone or anything at any time.

A 2010 Brawl? Yup – Karm Bains.

Despite 3 DUI’s Karm Bains still drinks and gets in trouble:

#1 Mr. Bains has been seen frequently by people imbibing at public functions. One example was a chamber of commerce function and another was on a taxpayer funded trip to Washington DC for Local Government known as Cap to Cap. Mr. Bains appears to be known as a heavy drinker. I am not sure of people knew that Bains has had legal trouble multiple times due to his drinking.

I can only surmise that the DUI’s and Alcohol Related incidents were expunged from his criminal record aided by cronies in local government.

#2 Mr. Bains has apparently attempted to bully people. Tamika Hamilton, running against Congressman Garamendi has had events in the area for her campaign. We’ve now been told by a couple of people that Bains was present at one event taking pictures of people in an attempt to intimidate donors to Hamilton. Note – Bains is a frequent donor to both Congressman LaMalfa and Garamendi. This appears to be a cost of doing business.

Karm Bains re-registered NPP despite being a lifelong democrat. Why? Should the fact that Governor Brown Appointed Karm, then a democrat to a cush job in 2018 be an issue?

Karm Bains has several criminal convictions, DUI, Wet and Reckless and refusing to take a sobriety test.

The younger Bains has also been sued for not paying his bills.

There are other more recent events that suggest that Karm is always at the center of trouble that we will get in to in a bit. So, in case you missed it, here we go…
