Nothing says disconnected elitist and up yours to the grassroots like appointing 22 people to the CAGOP Delegate list in violation of state by-laws.

When I was working for Steve Frank I had flagged all of the districts that had no Republican file. 22 of them were in LA County. The State GOP By-Laws are clear: Notice and Election required.

Similar to the cheating and lying I experienced repeatedly by the staff of the CAGOP (who later called the FBI on me ostensibly to shut me up I guess) the fraud still stands. The 22 slots have never been agendized by the LAGOP. While some morally vacant people may point out that 22 votes would not have helped Steve Frank, the point is the party of law and order breaks its’ own rules to whore out the process to a pre-ordained outcome. And GOP squish, insider and mega-donor Howard Hakes needs those 22 votes to fend off a challenge to his installation as LA Region CAGOP Vice Chair. This is why the establishment has to cheat, gotta keep control at all costs.

Included in the corruption of the CAGOP is the purge that is underway in the LAGOP. I will soon be able to talk about the people getting targeted by people that may or may not include Andy Garakhani and Richard Sherman.

The CAGOP’s Recall Scam. They Don’t Support the Recall and Kevin Faulconer is Finding That Out in Spades

“I received this email from the CA GOP asking me for a donation and in turn, they would name me as a founding member of the recall. This is disturbing and unsettling as the  leadership of the recallgavin2020.com team are the founders of the campaign and only the ones who made the special election to recall this governor possible.
This is a non partisan movement. People from the entire political spectrum and all walks of life have participated in this recall effort. The CA GOP had an opportunity to be more involved and largely opted to sit it out. For them to send this message is preposterous. It only serves to support allegations made by the governor that this is a “Republican recall” which it absolutely is not, even if they try to take credit for it.

Take note of the disclaimer. Money going in to general fund of the CAGOP and the letter has no specific guarantee money donated will be used to recall Newsom. This is most likely because Jessica Patterson has failed to raise the money necessary to keep the party afloat. Note that I continue getting fundraising solicitations despite the fact that the CAGOP’s staff called the FBI on me. Either they are blithering idiots or they have no concept of the absurdity of what they did. You decide. I already proved their corruption in the officer elections beyond any doubt.

We will be doing a summary post of the corruption exposed during Patterson’s re-election shortly. But let’s stay focused on the recall issue. The CAGOP’s “leadership” thought the recall was stupid. People such as Orrin Heatley and Erin Cruz (who voted for Patterson out of revenge against people that organized the successful recall – all Steve Frank supporters) were called by CAGOP Staff and asked to stop what they were doing.

I had several conversations with several people on the inside for a year about the resistance of the CAGOP to the recall. Now, here they are trying to siphon money out of it so they can promote tax-raising, pro-abortion, open borders candidates with a shredded “reframing the message” canard. (See also Kevin Faulconer)

And – the “leadership” of the CAGOP are purging undesirables from county parties as I type this. Soon, I will be able to go public with several examples. It is more than just cruz reynoso’s grand nephew in Yuba County and his daddy David Stafford Reade (who works for both her majesty and Kevin Faulconer). It is the total package, lie to people to defraud them of their money while purging conservatives from the party structure. It is Meg Whitman 2010 and Pete Wilson 1992 all over again – and the same consultants Tom Ross and Jeff Randle did it then and are the ringleaders now along with David Stafford Read, Scott Winn and other tools.

I knew there would be retaliation for what we did to rip two seats on the CAGOP’s Board from the liberals and for shredding the coronation of Faulconer at the joke of a convention in Feb and I have not been disappointed.

If I knew what I’d go through working for Steve Frank, and I knew what the result would have been – I’d still do it again and I will say that until the day I die. The actions of the CAGOP – including the corruption and demonstrated dishonesty in their pleas for money bear that out time and again. Steve Frank was right even if people could not get past his personality (a la Donald Trump).

Then the CRP starting raising money for the “Recall”—yet no separate account was set up nor did the Board approve a budget for such an action.  The money went directly into the CRP General Fund, to pay overhead, including salaries.

Then in January the CRP received $200,000 for the Recall.  Quietly, until it was exposed.  Then the CRP was forced to give $125,000 in a check to Rescue California—one of the three main single interest Recall Committees—and the CRP claimed $65,000 of in kind contributions—to finance overhead and salaries.

Weeks ago the Secretary of State verified the Recall qualified and a special election for the purpose of Recalling Gavin Newsom will be held.

Now, as if the Recall effort up to this point never happened, the California Republican Party is asking people to donate to be “Founding” members of the Recall Newsom effort

  1.  The Democrats are playing this is a Republican Recall—this donation request gives the Democrats ammunition to make that charge.
  2. The Board has still not authorized any money to be spent on the Recall effort.
  3. NO special account has been set up to receive this money—it is going into the General Fund of the CRP, for overhead and salaries.

Why is this money important to the CRP?  On April 24, 2021 the CRP reported to the FPPC they had $537,000 cash on hand.  This is about 2.5 months of overhead.  The California Democrat Party reported $15.5 million cash on hand.

If you want to support the Recall there are three committees that are just for the Recall of Newsom.

When you donate to these organizations, all the money goes to the Recall

Lots of folks will try to make money from the Recall—that, sadly, is the nature of politics.  To protect yourself and to promote the Recall you know what to do and where to go.

Once again, when exposed the CRP will do the right thing.  Please share this post far and wide to anyone you know that is upset with everything that has been done to them by Gavin Newsom.

Earlier we proved that when exposed the CRP will do the right thing. According to people present and our best knowledge, the Recall was not on the agenda of the recent CRP Board meeting held a few days ago. But while ignoring the recall, they (the CRP) are raising money from it.

Heed these words, if you give the CAGOP a dime you are putting money in the pockets of people that do not share your values or support your causes, it is that simple. Give to candidates or the campaigns themselves (Like Rescue California that paid for a Million of the signatures at least). Orrin Heatley, Mike Netter and crew caused a political earthquake and they deserve better than what has been done to them by the Oligarchy of Controlled Failure in the CAGOP and other scum-sucking consultants abusing the effort for self-enrichment.

Oh and Kevin Faulconer? Just how much money has Kevin McCarthy raised for him? The CAGOP? Even as I type this, the CAGOP is trying to figure out how to violate their own bylaws (similar to what they allowed to aid in the re-election of Jessica Patterson) in order to endorse Faulconer. Faulconer is DOA without the CAGOP’s endorsement and the super cheap campaign advertising it would give him. Those of us that know Kevin McCarthy know he likes total control of everything and he is few if any financial coattails for anyone in California. He controls the CAGOP – remember this going forward as it is his people doing everything you are seeing.

SUTTER: With the entrance of the Caitlyn Jenner Freakshow and the bizarre meltdown of John Cox – it is possible that Kevin Faulconer may end up being the adult in the room by default. To that end, I was tipped off that the Sutter GOP (which was squarely in the Jessica Column, but more legitimate than surrounding counties) is sending the CAGOP’s Board of Directors a resolution asking them to unify behind one candidate in the recall. (Implied is Faulconer)

Enter Steven Frank:

California Republican Central Committees, one by one are being closed.

  1.  Kern County Republican Central Committee on May 10 held a ZOOM meeting.  Two new California Republican Assembly charters, in the county have been charted.  The new Presidents attended the Central Committee meeting to introduce themselves and to tell the group they are looking forward to working in unity with the rest of the GOP in the county.  The chair announced that since they were not members of the Committee they were not allowed.

When asked where in the bylaws that was said, it was told that the CRP General Counsel Ashley Titus, famous for claiming that sending 440,000 live ballots to the dead and those who moved out of State was NOT fraud or corruption, claimed the CRP bylaws mandated it.  Titus was not at the meeting, the alleged quote came from the Chair.  In the past Titus had been asked to cite the CRP bylaw closing County Central Committee meetings to just members—never a reply.

If true, than San Diego which gets upwards of 500 people to their meetings, San Luis Obispo’s that gets up to 100 at their meetings, and many other counties—like Lake County which welcomes ALL registered Republicans to their meetings, are violating the CRP bylaws.  Of course this is not in any bylaws.

  • San Francisco Central Committee has had several resignations.  John Dennis fired the Executive Director and a couple of months later had that person removed as Secretary of the Committee.  At least four people in the last couple of months have deiced to leave the Committee due to the desire to have Team work—which is not happening.

Allow me to add that there is another side to this story, but John Dennis and Steve Frank do not like each other very much. The SFGOP actually functions better than most county parties despite all the challenges. Richie Greenberg led the exodus from the SFGOP and he refuses to play well with others.

  •  The Yuba County Central Committee, chair by Sen. Jim Nielsen staffer may be the worst of the lot.  At the monthly meeting a few nights ago, on the agenda was the addition of new Committee members.  Currently there are 21 VACANCIES on the Committee.  A Committee member made a motion to fill the vacancies.  The Chair of the Committee, Stephen Heter, announced “we do not need more members, the motion is out of order.”  He also refused to replace the Secretary of the Committee, who does not show up for meetings.  I should mention the Secretary is his brother.

How does a GOP movement grow, when the Chair has 21 vacancies and does not want to fill them?  I wonder if Sen. Nielsen approves of this.

Allow me to add that two people actually were appointed to the YUBA GOP on Tuesday. Stephen Heter who screams like AOC when he is mad (remember the CAGOP Cover-Up of their failure to have a legitimate organizational meeting? Heter was screaming soprano on the zoom call), said he refused to recognize a moved and seconded action that was voted on in the affirmative. Note: Heter never ruled the motion to appoint the two new members out of order (BTW – the same 3-2 vote to appoint the new members would have overridden Heter) he went berzerk after the motion carried. Stephen Heter’s middle name is Reynoso – after his Grandfather Cruz Reynoso, the Leftist Judge recalled in the 1980’s for letting killers out of Prison. Heter is very typical of the operatives I have dealt with in 20+ years of CAGOP politics.

It is probably time for activists to start descending on Glenn, Yuba, Tehama and other establishment franchise counties and making the hacks look at them as they commit political fraud.

  •  Last week the Ventura County GOP Committee met.  The Treasurer made a report, “We have money in the bank”.  Members wanted to know how much, where the money came from, where did the expenditure go?.  The Chair, John Anderson announced he did not want a full report given to the elected members of the Committee.  As expected yelling and threats were made and Anderson adjourned the meeting.
  • Then you have Los Angeles County GOP Committee.  Under the current rules, if there is a vacancy in an Assembly District Caucus, the District appoints to fill the vacancy.  Under a by-law amendment set to be announced next month, that changes.  Instead, the full County Committee—folks from Lancaster to Long Beach to Diamond Bar will decide the filling of vacancies in Santa Monica or El Monte.  Of course at that point the Elected Assembly District members no longer control their own Committee—and most will become inactive and go independent, while the appointed people do little.
  • There is one commonality of all these Committees, trying to shut down Republican activity, programs and growth—they all supported the same candidate for CRP Chair—who is doing the same on a Statewide basis.

Remember – Jessica Patterson and crew loaded the Credentials Committee with people from counties racked with fraud. This was a deliberate act of rage to teach all the real activists a lesson. As of the writing of this blog, Glenn, Yuba and Tehama Counties still have not cured their proven flaunting of state law yet are allowed to participate fully because they support Patterson.

Remember – the LAGOP violated their own by-laws and the CAGOP By-Laws by filling 22 vacant districts with liberals specifically for their votes for Patterson and to help the embattled Richard Sherman keep control of the LAGOP.

Allow me to remind you that even though I live in Reno Nevada – the day I stop writing about California Politics is the day I die.

I can tell you that I have only seen one of the 17 Nevada County Parties with bona-fide issues, that is Clark County, but they are nothing like the outright fraud promoted by the CAGOP staff and team. Apparently, Clark County GOP has been a mess for 10 years. I am soon to be a part of the Washoe GOP, it looks to be well run with the typical factions but it is effective. Outside of Washoe and Clark County – the next Largest County is Lyon County with about 65,000 people in it. (Lyon includes Fernley which I expect to explode in the next decade) The 15 “Rural” Counties do not add up to the population of Washoe between them. I have heard few if any complaints about any of the Rural counties.

Why are most Nevada GOP Central Committees doing OK? There are no ex-officios. Elected Republicans do not get to appoint delegates. Delegates and County Party members are elected by the caucus system thus dissipating any attempts by consultants or the legislative caucuses from controlling the party apparatus.

The disaster in the North of California lays at the feet of Deborah Wilder who was unseated by Laurie Wallace for Northern Vice Chair. But there is more on Wilder, beyond the fact that she was to have been the heir apparent to Jessica Patterson who is termed out as CAGOP Chair. Unseating Deborah Wilder was a critical win for Conservatives in Northern California and one consequence is falling soon.

I have been told by Washington DC Insiders that Kevin McCarthy is going to take Jessica to Washington DC sooner than planned. My guess is that the CAGOP’s board is going to be told who to appoint to replace her as CAGOP Vice Chair Peter Kuo can’t finish a sentence let alone lead a state political party.

P.S. a very well connected old-time political operative called me and told me that the Steve Frank Campaign and our messaging, especially including exposing the rigging of the officer elections, control games, and proof of blatant by-law violations has caused several people to take notice. The effective messaging of Steve Frank, including killing the Faulconer coronation has caused a shift in the tactics of the CAGOP leadership. The aggressive messaging of the CAGOP as opposed to the milquetoast messaging pre convention + the actual and direct involvement of Jessica Patterson in throwing punches were put to me as a direct change as that part of Steve Frank’s message hit home with a lot of people.

P.P.S. The recall has caught fire so much in California, you are going to see a massive surge of Republican Registration Numbers (just in time for re-districting LOL). I was told it could move by as much as 5 percentage points. This move does not have much to do with the CAGOP as they are still NOT funding Voter Registration. What it is are pissed off Mom’s about distance learning and Hispanics left behind by the status quo. However, you will get to watch the CAGOP leadership attempt to take credit for a “surge” when the new numbers are reported.

Did you know that Doug LaMalfa’s Chief of Staff went to Shasta County and trashed Placer County? On the heels of the Placer GOP leading an effort to clear the democrats off of three school boards, electing Danny Cartwright to Loomis Town Council and defending Tracy Mendonsa in Roseville, you’d think someone as politically savvy as Spannagel would recognize the success?

To do so would be a tacit admission that the controlled franchise system set up by David Stafford Reade in the North State is a failure. (except for those all important convention delegates of course) Spannagel literally told the Shasta GOP that the Placer GOP is a failure because the Placer GOP does not raise money for their Republican Members of Congress. This is selfish and stupid – yet consistent with the 20 years of negative history I have with the Reade/Nielsen/LaMalfa regime.

Remember the end game folks. As I type this, the CAGOP “leadership” are trying to figure a way around the by-laws to endorse Faulconer.

  1. Shocked to see that the Chair of the Shasta County Republican Party has left the GOP.  Instead she has decided to join the cult of personality. 

Read her email carefully—she is not supporting folks on her committee for their promotion of REPUBLICAN principles and values.  Instead, Cathy Kneer is promoting the Cult of Personality—either you support certain people or you can not be a member of the Committee.  No free speech, no diversity of IDEAS—just either support a couple of elected officials and a State Chair that does not register voters, does not run candidates for office, takes credit for the work others do without any support or direction from her.  Like Moscow and China, Cathy Kneer supports the Cult of Personality—not the values of the Republican Party.  Any wonder folks no longer participate with the official Party?  The Party has decided it does not want independent thinkers, just drones who do what they are told—even as the Party is diminished. 

Did I mention the Shasta County Republican Party had only three people file for the Committee?  The rest were “appointed”, so you know no GOP’ers were appointed who were not willing to support the Cult of Personality instead of the Republican Party.—who would run for Central Committee or ask to be a part of it when the Chair says you will support certain people—otherwise leave the room and do not come back.

Then you have GOP County Committees like L.A. and Ventura that hold their meetings in secret and do not allow registered Republicans to even attend unless they are members of the Committee!

I would hope the the Dahles, LaMalfa and Patterson demand Kneer retract and apologize for her email.  If they don’t, it shows they are supporting turning the GOP into a Cult of Personality–thanks to the person in the LaMalfa office for alerting me to this email.

The Shasta County Republican Central Committee will meet next week on April 15th at the Salvation Army Headquarters.

I want to let you all know that our bylaws have been updated and are being processed as we speak.  I believe they will be available by then.

As to the filling of vacancies on the committee, we have to be very careful as there is a faction out there trying to take over Central Committees to change the focus.  So, as we get settled, I will be talking with folks to see if their support lies with our Republican Leadership, including Jessica Patterson, Megan Dahle, Brian Dahle and Doug LaMalfa.

Remember – only 3 people filed for Shasta County GOP Cent Com. When LaMalfa’s crew had a 4-2 majority, (3 elected and 3 ex-officio met to organize) they abused that majority to appoint 18 Doug LaMalfa staffers and donors to that body. It is fascinating that Cathy Kneer put the agenda of Spannagel in such plain terms in her email – but this has been the M.O. of every David Stafford Reade franchise County Party and “volunteer” Club they have created and maintained to create paper endorsements for their paying candidates.

Butte County? Same stuff. Their Chair Saolo Londono who is a staffer himself has been noted for raging on people he disagrees with (perhaps he is next in line for chair as he shares that key attribute with Jessica Patterson) and he has refused to share any information with anyone he does not like. Several people within Party leadership have noted no one outside Saolo, Spannagel and Reade know who the members of the Butte GOP are. Given that Butte is now a purple at best county (Chico is only 27% Republican and Paradise Burnt causing many Republicans to leave Butte County), you’d think there would be more cohesion there.

Nope – command and control is the order of the day.

Then there is the curious case of Yuba County. One person filed. Somehow, Stephen Heter who works for David Stafford Reade is the Chair there. Yuba did not have a legitimate organizational meeting and when your intrepid blogger called Yuba out on it – the response of Jessica Patterson was to appoint several people from the contested counties on to the proxies and credentials committee in order to cover up the violations of the by-laws. I will type again that I have spoken to a couple of attorneys who agreed that I’d beat the CAGOP in court for the blatant violations of their by-laws but would get little if anything in a settlement. This is why the corruption is so rampant within the CAGOP.

Heter for his trouble screamed like a little girl on a zoom meeting at the CAGOP Convention about being persecuted (while the FBI was coming to my door, mind you) and has subsequently stonewalled local activists looking to get involved.

Yuba County, another franchise of Reade, Inc. Similar to Butte, the rules of engagement have been changing weekly as both Londono and Heter are trying to stave off any attempts from undesirables to get appointed or involved in their committees.

Shasta, Butte, Yuba – establishment franchise county parties. They are not even coy about it. Watch them all closely.

That’s right, we are supposed to worship the “Chairwoman” – the first “Latina” (or if you ask the pander to minority caucus, Latinx) Chair of the CAGOP.

11 Dead County Parties. 16 More with 10 or less elected members.
Assemblyman Bill Brough Raped a woman, Sexually Battered another and harassed 5 more (that we know of) and our esteemed Chairwoman has been silent.
The rampaging Mike Madrid was a delegate to the CAGOP for 8 months while she covered up and stonewalled a complaint against him. Madrid was part of the Lincoln Project – which has since been shamed for corruption and covering up pedophilia.
2 Lost State Senate Seats. 2 Defections from the Assembly.

A net loss of 1,300,000 voter registrations under her tenure
Party leaders recruting non-Republicans to run for office in SD15 and SD30

But she did write down Laurie Wallace’s and Lani Kane’s names in order to retaliate against them later for daring to ask questions and for voting against grossly conflicted appointments to CAGOP committees.

Where was the “Chairwoman” regarding the PDI election data firm? Crickets. Party caught with its’ pants down. Now they are scrambling to get a new data provider.

Speaking of outreach, we now learn courtesy of the national media that Jessica Patterson may well have attempted to cover up a Racial Discrimination complaint. At best, she did what she does best, cut and run from any sort of contraversy.

We detailed how corrupt the CAGOP’s staff were in the run up to the convention, stonewalling requests for information, allowing gross violations of election and party by-laws, screwing with timing of release of information, election software full of bugs and the like… it looks like the Staff is even worse than the incompetent folks that called the FBI on me.

SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP) — The California Republican Party has been sued by an employee alleging racial discrimination by a colleague and retaliation for reporting it.

Lawyers for Botisha McKnight, who is Black, filed her lawsuit against the party and two former employees this week in Sacramento County Superior Court. The suit alleges McKnight’s supervisor, Alice Jungwirth, repeatedly made discriminatory remarks about Black people, at several times acknowledging the her remarks were racist.

It further alleges Cynthia Bryant, the party’s former executive director and Jungwirth’s aunt, retaliated against McKnight by giving her more difficult work outside of her job description after McKnight filed a complaint. Managers at the California Republican Party failed to stop Jungwirth’s conduct, it alleges.

There it is again, conflict avoidance and trying to ignore stuff hoping it will go away.

McKnight “has been subjected to an unending cycle of racially-charged and inhumane harassing, discriminatory, and retaliatory behavior at the hands of her supervisors,” the lawsuit alleges.

Jungwirth and Bryant both stopped working at the party last year, while McKnight still works there. Jungwirth could not be reached for comment and Bryant referred comment to the party spokesman.

“The CAGOP is an equal opportunity employer and has always employed and been welcoming to team members from all backgrounds. We immediately investigated these claims when they were first made back in late-2019 and took prompt remedial action at that time,” Hector Barajas, the party spokesman, said in an emailed statement.

Insiders I have spoken to contest Mr. Barrajas’ characterization. Both Bryant and Jungwirth were purged by Jessica Patterson in her rampage, and would have been canned regardless of this lawsuit.

Barajas pointed to a financial disclosure report showing Jungwirth’s final salary payment in January 2020 when asked what remedial actions the party took. He did not answer specifically when asked if she was fired due to McKnight’s complaint.

Make a specific note of that emboldened sentence. I was told specifically the lawsuit was not a factor in any of the rampaging purge of Jessica Patterson.

McKnight worked as a “cage assistant” for the party, a job that includes directing and sorting mail, processing checks and credit cards, making daily deposits and record keeping, according to the lawsuit.

Jungwirth subjected McKnight to “indescribable racism” including saying her first name sounded Black, asking if her hair was real, and using a racial stereotype in response to learning McKnight was older than 40, the lawsuit alleges. Jungwirth also allegedly told McKnight she heard that Black women have lots of children without fathers present and were on welfare.

McKnight alleged Bryant began assigning her difficult tasks that she was not trained for after she filed a formal complaint about the harassment with the party.

McKnight was the only African American employee of the party and she faced regular discrimination that her white colleagues were not subject to, the suit alleges. She suffered loss of earnings, emotional anguish, humiliation, and emotional and physical stress due to the environment, the suit alleges.

In early 2020, the California Democratic Party settled three lawsuits alleging its former chairman, Eric Bauman, engaged in a pattern of misconduct, discrimination and unwanted sexual advances. Bauman resigned in 2018.

Months later, McKnight emailed a formal complaint to California Republican Party Chairwoman Jessica Patterson about the harassment, the suit alleges. After McKnight made the complaint, she alleges she experienced retaliation from Cynthia Bryant, Jungwirth’s supervisor. Jungwirth is Bryant’s niece, according to the lawsuit.

Whoopsie. a Racist Chairwoman, a conflict avoider, a cover up, and retaliation. What a package!

The CAGOP Delegates just took ownership of all of this when they re-elected her too. It is a team #EPICFAIL…

UPDATE: We have confirmed that the CAGOP’s Board of Directors WAS NOT Told about this potential lawsuit. Further, the plantiff had to get permission to sue via a pre-suit process. This means that the CAGOP staff HAD TO KNOW this was coming while hiding it from the CAGOP’s board. Amazing considering they were publicly attacking Steve Frank with false charges of racism, while Jessica and her inner circle knew about this and were covering it up. The CAGOP is corrupt at its’ core.
