Stan Sniff Update: Confidential Source: Two More Lt’s Gone, the Reasons Why? Corruption and Cheating

Today is Lt. Ron Heim’s last day in Moreno Valley. He accepted a position with Orange County Sheriff and is leaving RSO after being railroaded by Loren Tyler Clark and the second floor in the “Captain’s test cheating scandal.” Apparently he could no longer tolerate the corrupt, unethical behavior of Sniff and his puppets. A couple of weeks ago, Lt. Rick Zerkel (who used to be the Admin Lt. on the 2nd floor) gave a one day notice and abruptly retired. He told more than one person he was just sick and tired of all the unethical crap that goes on under Sniff and his administration. He said while he worked on the 2nd floor, he was forced to do a myriad of things that were unethical and just plain wrong.
Do you think Sniff or any of the upper brass called Ron Heim to thank him for his 29 years of service? Not only no, but hell no. They only care about themselves.
IF you’ve been a regular reader of Right On Daily, you will recall the story about the Captain’s test cheating scandal.
There is another cheating scandal that came after “Investorgate” that is smaller and stupider. Lt. Ron Heim at the Moreno Valley Station tested for Capt. And after testing he was speaking with 3 other Lt’s from Moval. One of them, Lt. Lorin Tyler Clark pressured Heim for answers, after lots of pressing Heim gave up the info. Clark immediately told on him for cheating! The investigation was done and the other 2 Lt’s backed Heim up. He was still disciplined and word is he’s suing.Tyler Clark, as he’s known, has burned more deputies than most. He’s former internal affairs and relishes in getting people fired. MoVal station hates him. Rumor was when Purvis was to make Chief, Clark would make Capt and take over Hemet to watch Bianco.There is so much crap that goes on its hard to keep track of it all. It is really sad, this used to be a great agency.

S/Sniff you and your crack whores perpetuated your crimes against me in 2014. Apparently you like committing crimes because the stories keep coming. I know what’s being disclosed is just the tip of the iceberg. I wrote in a letter to your chief at the time I was victimized saying, “Sniff has lost his way.” I would like to update that and say, “You lost your fucking mind.” You put a corruption stink on our department, it isn’t yours for your information, that all the laundry soap in the world won’t be able to get out. Saddest thing I have ever witnessed in my life.
Congratulations to lieutenant Heim. Heim was probably also tired of KurlyQueeen’s pathetic ass leadership and continued destruction of the Moreno Valley Station. Kurly is so on Sniff”s jock and continues to spread bullshit lies about RSA and Bianco. KurlyQueen is so weak and pathetic. I’m sure Lt. Clark, Johnny boy Bodnar and Kurly are enjoying themselves as they crush moral. Especially Bodnar, he has made patrol a joke at MoVal. Deputies hate working on his shift. Bodnar recently made some smartass comments about wearing Class-C uniforms, sanctuary cities and ICE that pissed off a few deputies. Hey numbnuts, at least we fit in our Class-C uniform. So in closing, I applaud Heim for retiring and going to a better department. I hope you don’t have to deal with the distinctional system of the Sniff’s and Kurly’s. I’m voting for Bianco and I hope my city gets a new Chief of police. I’m tired of Kurly using his position to push his own agendas.

Zerkel was a golden child, was taken care of by the second floor, was promoted and given choice assignments and in the end, he betrays the second floor. Serves the executive staff right. The command staff never learned that their favorites are the first ones to turn on them when they don’t get what they want, yet the loyal staff members in the department are viewed more like day laborers and screw them over at the first opportunity. DiYorio, Wood, Raya, Horton, Evans, Kubel, Vest, they just don’t get what true leadership is, and what loyalty means to an organization because they are clueless when it comes to selecting staff for promotions and assignments, and pick the village idiots that they think they can manipulate, but end up rewarding these self-serving individuals that will turn on them when the opportunity arises. Tyler Clark is another one of these self-serving morons that would stab his best friend (if he had any friends) in the back at the first opportunity in order for advancement. Tyler Clark see’s personnel investigations as an opportunity for advancement, he never did any real police work, and was only an investigator for about 8 months at Banning before being promoted, so he does not have the knowledge or experience, yet he was promoted to a manager. Tyler Clark was promoted beyond his abilities, and it shows.
I wish Kurly would stop his slanderous social media posts against Chad Bianco. Many of us actually like Kurly, but when he lured a bunch of us into his social media groups and then bombarded us with his anti Bianco posts, most of us lost respect for him. I guess he really has no idea that we are all supporting Chad Bianco and all of his negative shares and posts only make us realize that Kurly isn’t actually that nice guy that we thought he was, he’s in this for the possibility of his own future advancement. He sees himself as a future LGBT Asst. Sheriff where Gregory left off. We want a sheriff who will promote based on performance and not to meet some political quota. We support Chad Bianco
Kurly is actually a total joke. He was pissed at Debra Craig ( Moreno Valley Matters FB) for posting a physical altercation incident that took place at Mimi’s and he failed to file charges against the instigator. Kurly called Debra Craig a demanded the post be taken down. However, Debra Craig told him ” No, it’s staying up.” His response back was to retaliate by not providing MVM FB with breaking news.
A call to Council Member, Ulises Cabrera and the exposure of the incident on FB pressed him to file charges. Yes, Kurly you will be accountable for your actions. Therefore, do your job and stop spreading lies about Chad Bianco….
