Some in the Media are taking notice. Some in the media appear to understand that the Russia / Racism obsession is either not working or is backfiring.

Stories like this one are starting to appear. The Trump Admin has seen two quarters of 3% growth. This never happened during the obama administration. While some would dismiss this as obama’s credit, note that the growth has occurred as companies are deciding to stay and invest in America and are making hiring decisions based on that. The regulatory environment under Obama was so severe that eliminating regulations seems to be what is powering the economy.

What else? Well, Trump pulled out of the Paris climate change deal, which as we noted in this space is a yuuuge win for the economy.

The EPA, meanwhile, is dismantling Obama’s coal-killing, growth-choking Clean Power Plan, and draining the heavy-handed Waters of the United States rule. When a veteran EPA official resigned this week, she complained in a letter to her former colleagues that “the new EPA Administrator already has repeals of 30 rules under consideration,” which the New York Times described as “a regulatory rollback larger in scope than any other over so short a time in the agency’s 47-year history.”

Trump promised to kill two regulations for every new one enacted, but in his first six months the ratio was 16-to-1.

Trump also approved the Keystone XL and other pipeline projects held up by Obama. He’s also rolled back a ban on coal mining on public lands.

With American companies being told that the boot of government is being lifted off of their necks, they are responding. When the President had no control of is the cowardice of the CEO’s who all ran and hid at the first sign of Charlottesville Trouble. In fact, the behavior of the CEO’s is reinforcing President Trump’s image as a populist!

The Media still believe they are relevant, so they continue to lie, distort and spin thinking it will influence opinion.

Did you know that the Environmental Protection Agency is at the lowest staffing levels since Ronald Reagan? (30 years ago)

Did you know that bureaucrats are sweating President Trump’s trade negotiating style? NAFTA is on the table, the TPP has been withdrawn from and the President is putting the hammer on China over their wonton violation of copyright. You’d think from the Media coverage of the Trump administration that he was getting nowhere fast with everyone.

The president also ordered an investigation into China’s unfair trade practices and theft of U.S. intellectual property.

The administration cracked down on dumping and slapped punitive tariffs on products from scores of countries, including aluminum foil from China, paper from Canada, biodiesel from Argentina and Indonesia, and silicon metal from Australia, Brazil and Kazakhstan — and that was just in August.

This sort of stuff is forcing a reaction in the global community and the President is getting things done on an international scale. For the first time in anyone’s memory, China and India are facing scrutiny over their tactics of stealing trademarks and flooding the market with items in order to bankrupt competitors.

As a lead in to the next post about Social Issues – President Trump rolled back some seriously onerous rules about government mandated diversity. (There is that word of division again)

The Trump administration blocked Obama-era rules that would have saddled employers with hundreds of millions of dollars in compliance costs and increased paperwork loads by millions of hours each year.

The Office of Management and Budget instructed the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission to shelve a rule change that would have required employers to submit 20 times as much data to the agency as previously required. The Obama administration called for the new standards, which would have affected 61,000 American companies with more than 100 workers and federal contractors with more than 50 workers, to demonstrate his commitment to closing the much-disputed “gender wage gap.” Obama’s EEOC called for businesses to provide 3,660 different data points about each employee and their pay structure, up from the 188 points.

The Trump administration is applying common sense to a slew of emotionally based regulations based on a liberal grab bag of wishes that are not factually based. AS you will see coming up, the Trump administration is tackling a slew of social issues even while some of the right are accusing the administration of not being conservative enough!
