People are coming out of the woodwork.

I still can’t believe that some of my friends are getting sucked in by a charlatan like Nightengale… I really am.

Nightingale is a colossal fraud.  I sued her, along with four others, in 2008 for malicious defamation for her participation in the failed attempt to hijack and plunder my Minuteman Project.  You will hear nothing complimentary about her from me, or many others in the activist arena.

My personal opinion is that she is running for governor simply as a means to plunder donations from the public for the personal aggrandizement of her and a handful of fanatical cronies who see her exploitation as a means to collect hundreds of thousands of dollars for their own enjoyment.  Scams abound throughout the country, and this is just another one.

Nightingale was part of the cabal to destroy my organization, along with her friends and associates Marvin Stewart, Deborah Courtney, Paul Sielski (whom I had arrested on a felony warrant and imprisoned for six months back in March of 2007), and members of the California Coalition for Immigration Reform operated by Barbara Coe of Huntington Beach.

After 3 ½ years of prosecution against Stewart, Courtney and Sielski, a jury in Orange County Superior Court found them all guilty of internet fraud and piracy, U.S. Postal fraud, federal bank fraud and bank theft, and a number of other things.

Stewart and Courtney were forced into bankruptcy because of the judgments I got against them.  Sielski fled the area and is currently on the lam again.

Nightingale has severe personality disorders and is about as dangerous as a crackpot can get.  She routinely associates with some very hateful fascists and bigots and expects unwavering allegiance and homage from her minions.  In short, she’s simply a “kook.”

She got out of the law suit against her for defamation because the lawyer (an idiot) representing me failed to show up for court and the judge dismissed the case.  I fired the lawyer and did not reopen the suit.

Third Parties… unbelievable. We have a guy running in Rocklin for City Council that was thrown out of the Libertarian Party, for real. Maybe he and Chelene should go out on a date or something.

There are a very small group of Conservatives that refuse to accept Meg Whitman.

They are following the Charlatan Chelene Nightengale – bent on helping Jerry Brown get in to office, they are rallying to the only true fraud Chelene Nightengale.

You might wonder why the heck I am wasting my time ripping on Nightengale. It is simple, I have friends supporting her, I thought about supporting her myself (for about 60 seconds). I think it was the Jim Jones like behavior of those around her that gave me pause.

First off, how could anyone with a BK who ripped people off be a “Constitutionalist”? How can anyone who can’t balance their own checkbook be taken seriously?

Or – click on this Nightengale Utube video. The first two minutes are my buddy John from Ripon talking about why he supports her – the last three are the part you need to watch if you’re thinking about supporting her. Imagine her in the Governor’s office. (you’ll beg for Jerry Brown)

And of course Nightengale has a blog that is all about her as well. Unbelievable – but not really… I’ve seen a few things in politics over the years.

I like this quote, “Once early November comes and goes, you won’t have the opportunity to take cheap swipes at her because she’ll be employed and well on her way to making good on her debt to Frank“…

Apparently, the true Conservative is going to make good on her BK with the salary that comes with being Governor.

To my friends that read this – please do not vote for Nightengale.

First of all – we have to have Steve Cooley as Attorney General. The AG’s office has been used as a Left-Wing partisan hammer by both Bill Lockyer and Jerry Brown.

Steve Cooley also has a proven track record in LA County putting criminals in jail… Kamala Harris loves Cop-Killers.

Prop 8, Prop 187 and others have been allowed to die and the AG’s office has subverted the will of the people – most recently, Jerry Brown has obsessively used his power as AG to sue to stop development.

Which brings me to Meg Whitman.

She has done one key thing that Arnold never did – she has finally enumerated a fiscal plan with some details. I still have significant issues with Meg Whitman – but, she has real-world experience and that places her head and shoulders above anyone who has run for Governor since Bill Simon.

Jerry Brown will decimate what’s left of the state period. Chelene Nightengale can’t even balance her own checkbook or herself for that matter.

Abel Maldonado – he is not Gavin Newsome. Gavin Newsome is a liar, hypocrite and in the words of State Senator Elect Doug LaMalfa, “Evil”.

Damon Dunn – a compelling candidate who is talking openly about dealing with election fraud. Debra Bowen is bought and paid for by ACORN.

Tony Strickland for Controller – maybe for the first time in 30+ years we can have someone who is not a rubber stamp of the Democrat leadership who uses their office to exacerbate the year after year budget crisis.

Mimi Walters for Treasurer – see comments about Strickland

Mike Villines for Insurance Commissioner – if you want socialized insurance vote for Dave Jones. Jones also hates insurance agents, insurance companies and small businesses – he scored a perfect 0 from the NFIB and other groups. Villines is to the right of the current Insurance Commissioner Steve Poizner.

Doug LaMalfa for State Senate – he will score 100% from the CRA year after year. Need I write more?

Apparently, Nightengale borrowed $6k from someone right before running for Governor, and filing for Bankruptcy. I have been very suspicious of her and her motives for running. Basically, disaffected Conservatives should think long and hard before giving any serious thought to her.

I have worked with her at Save Our State.
First off, Save Our State did not go bankrupt. Instead, it was left to expire. That’s a long story. Basically though, Joe Turner incorporated it, ran it for awhile, and then turned it over to Nightingale as managing director. Her management style was iron hand, and it soon became apparent that it was all about Chelene instead of our agenda. I was there since the beginning and became one of the administrators, but I’m a stickler for legalities, and when things weren’t adding up about the corporate status and the donations, I started asking questions and was soon ostracized by Chelene. I then did my research and discovered that both Joe and Chelene had let the corp lapse, in addition to never completing the 501C3 requirements. Basically, we weren’t a charity,,,ever. So I filed and reincorporated it, and have been slowly trying to get to the bottom of the old corp management through the AG’s office and the Sec of State. Nightingale knew. She knew.

They then had several years of our written effort removed from the internet so it would not reflect badly on her run for office. There has been a file opened at the AG’s office, and now it’s headed to the FTB, but it’s going.
Yes, Chelene filed the chapter 13 BK, and then it was converted to a 7, She had borrowed 6K from one of our members just a few weeks prior to the BK, and after having been left out of the loop pn the Bankruptcy and the later finding out that Chelene was running for goivernor instead of paying him back, our member sued and obtained a judgement. She appealed this week, but it looks like she lost again. I have zero respect for Nightingale. Even after all her previous activism which seemed pretty good to me at the time, I realize now that it was intended for personal gain at the expense of everyone else’s contribution. As far as I’m concerned, she should tarred, feathered, and run out of the conservative movement as a poser.
