Sacarmento Young Republicans Endorse (oops)
John Allard for Assembly
Roseville – The Young Republican Federation of California (YRFC) Sacramento Chapter has endorsed small business owner and State Assembly candidate John Allard. This endorsement adds to the long list of elected officials, business leaders and organizations already supporting Allard including the California Republican Assembly. Allard is running in the 4th Assembly District.
“John Allard is by far the candidate of choice to lead the 4th Assembly District,” said Sacramento YRFC Board Member Amanda Plant. “John adheres to core conservative principles and has the experience and tenacity to help curb the excessive spending and taxes in California. The Sacramento Young Republicans stand firmly behind John Allard’s candidacy.”
“The YFPC stands for smaller government and lower taxes, both of which our state would greatly benefit from right now,” said Allard. “I am grateful for the vote of confidence from the Sacramento Young Republicans and look to defend our shared belief in conservative values in the State Assembly.”
The YRFC is a permanently chartered organization of the California Republican Party. Its goals include the development of an intelligent, aggressive and effective Republican volunteer organization that will work to make the Party the majority party without sacrificing Republican principles. The YRFC has active chapters throughout the California.
Allard has served on the Roseville City Council since 2003 and served as Planning Commissioner from 2001 to 2003. With over two decades of community service, Allard has served on the Board of Directors of Acres of Hope Shelter for Women and Children, Roseville Chamber of Commerce, Roseville Community Health Foundation, Sacramento Valley Lincoln Club, South Placer Transportation Management Association, and The Gathering Inn, Sutter Health’s Placer County Community Advisory Board, and William Jessup University’s Community Relations Board.
Having previously served as the Chief of Staff to former Senator and Assemblyman Tim Leslie, Allard is a familiar name in the region with relationships established over several decades. His long list of endorsements and work ethic make him the immediate front-runner for this seat.
In 2005, Allard and his wife, Lisa, purchased a service-related franchise and have grown the business by over 400%. The parents of three children, the Allard family attends Bayside Church of Roseville.
